0HR_PT_1 Extraction issue No entry in HR table T569R for 0106

hi experts,
we are implementing Time and Labour cube, and trying to extracting from ECC to BW cube (0PT_C01).
when i extract data from 0HR_PT_1 data source the PSA Request is in yellow for a long time. when i check the issue in ECC. Its giving the below issues.
No entry in HR table T569R for 0106
No entry in HR table T569R for 0105
No personal work schedule for personnel number 00013090
No personal work schedule for personnel number 00013145
No personal work schedule for personnel number 00500009
No personal work schedule for personnel number 00500026
How to rectify the above issues and the load make successful?

Hi,
Do the below things, as per the note 696836.
By using the view V_T569R, maintain the retroactive categories
1. 05 'Earliest time data carry-over'
2. 06 'Latest time data carry-over'
which constitute the time frame, in which the system will perform an extraction. Outside this time frame, the system will neither select any data nor calculate any delta. SAP recommends that you choose a period that includes approximately the current year. You have to maintain and update this time window periodically.

Hi Gurus,
I try to do a request dowload for SI_CONTRACT object.
When execute and monitor my request objects the status is OK.
Then, I check the BDocs Message Trace and I see the following error
"No entry found in table SMOFQFIND for BDoc type SI_CONTRACT - Queue name used: CRI_SI_CONTRACT (see note 677800 for further info"
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Hi Brian,
There was leading 0 for the contract # in the request detail, however this message is still in the BDoc message trace. The BDoc was posted successfully. I checked the table SMOFQFIND and could not find the entry for BDoc type SI_CONTRACT.
There are records for SI_CONNOBJ and SI_POD which are all delivered by SAP. I think we just need to maintain SI_CONTRACT in this table to get rid of this message. Just I do not know what exact to maintain for SI_CONTRACT.
Could you help to check standard SAP environment to see what is the detail for SI_CONTRACT in table SMOFQFIND?

requisites: Add one custom Tab to transaction PPOME relative to Position (Object type S)
problem:"No entry in the table T589A for P" when entering the transaction PPOME, and choose my new added Tab.
I get this error message "No entry in the table T589A for P" when entering the transaction PPOME, and choose my new added Tab.
The thing is, if I comment the line "MODULE BEFORE_OUTPUT" in subscreen 7000 of the infotype (the tab is infotype specific) this error disappear. But then the data entered in the tab, which should be relative to one position (type S), is now displayed for all positions. When leaving the transaction, and entering again, in the same tab, the data has disappeared.
I think I should not comment this: "MODULE BEFORE_OUTPUT"
Why is this error being raised, and what must I do do stop it?

Entry missing in table TMC6 for unit KOEIN

Hi,
The STD Info structure S071 us marked for VA (Sales Order), it does not allows to change as it is SAP STD. I have a scenarios where these tables to be updated for VB (Contract). So i thought of creating a new table copying the existing S071, while i try to Update Rules for the new Info structure, i am getting the below copied error.
I went through some of the links, but those are not giving the right answer. All comments are welcome...thanks

Is this the first time you're hiring an employee after you've created the positions?
Or have there been an upgrade in the system?
Please make sure that the following entries are there in T77S0 table:
PLOGI PLOGI 01
PLOGI ORGA X
Activate PLOGI feature via PE03.
run all the RHINTEXX reports.
Please also make sure that positions are in active status before assigning them to employees.
Change status PO13 - Edit Status change - Activate --> If needed.
Check the plan versions too.

0HR_PT_1 Loading Issue

I am currently loading 0HR_PT_1 in Dev (InfoCube 0PT_C01) using delta initialization.
However, monitor status is being displayed in 'Yellow' and data is not available for reporting in the Cube, even though 'Data Processing' indicator is all set to 'Green' in Details tab.
In fact, 'Extraction (message)' indicator is still in 'Yellow'.
Do you have any suggestion, how to resolve this issue?
R/3 log says following:
No entry in HR table T569R for 106
No entry in HR table T569R for 105
No personal work schedule for peronnel number 300092.
I have found two OSS notes so far, 696836 & 696838 that could resolve the issue, but not successful!
(OSS 696836 is already applied in Dev and I have maitained T569R as instructed in OSS 696838)

review the BW IMG (transation SBIW) in your sourcesystem.
The customizing for the datasources is done there.
follow the path "Settings for Application-Specific DataSources"
-> Human Resources -> Define Time Frame for Transfer
There is a documention for the functionality available which
should clarify this issue.
Even if you do not want to restrict the data selection with these
entries, you might enter 01/01/1900 and 12/31/9999 to prevent
the warning.
The possibility to restrict the selection was created to achieve
better performance, so in general I would recommend to use
a meaningful restiction (a year or two ) , as
extraction of time data can cause performance problems (runtime
and volume).

Change entris on dimension table

Hi All,
We have two entries in DIM table one for Fixed currency info object in the cube like blow.
1. DIMID   SID_0CURRENCY SID_0SALES_UNIT
    0          1000000044         2
DIMID is zero beacuse we have created Info Object with fixed currency.
Now we have to open this filed for all the currency but system not allowing to change the Info Object beacuse data in the cube and we have almost 2 Billion record in the cubes.
So we are thinking to do the changes like below.
We have another entries in the table for not fixed currency Info Object
2.DIMID ; SID_0CURRENCY SID_0SALES_UNIT
   2         1000000045         3
SO now we are planning to overwrite record 1 with record 2. so my new record 1 look like below.
1. DIMID   SID_0CURRENCY SID_0SALES_UNIT
   02         1000000045         3
Please suggest me can we change the DIM table.

Dont manupulate the dimension table values manaually,it may leads to inconsistency(after doing manual change RSRV sure will through error).If you do so the connection of Dimension table with Fact and SID will get distrub,same can be rectified by RSRV,repair objects.Not sure how for it will recreate the connections..
Still if you want to take risk...dont delete the Fact table data...via SE38 (prog name DB_DROP TABLES*...Not sure about the program name,better search) delete the Dimension table values(if its not permissible means same can be achieved by ABAP debugging),delete master table and freshly populate the master data table.
Use SLG1 for more Txn data analysis.

Table T588M for info type screen display:

I have deleted relevant entry in in table T588M for an info type still the system shows some screen. where from does that screen come. Can anybody help..?

As i understand, there is a screen element that you want to get it disabled but is not available in the table v_t588m. Is that right???
If YES, the screen element/ field of your screen, for example 3000 of it0817, can be disabled from the screen layout also.
Go to SE80 -> select the module pool mp081700 as your program -> select screen 3000 -> Click on the 'layout' in the application toolbar -> select the element and delete or change the properties, might be display properties in your case.

Extract First Entry from Hash Table, Place into Variable

I want Powershell to query a property and then extract the first entry of that property and place into a variable. How would I do that?
The command is:
Get-CsRgsAgentGroup -Identity service:ApplicationServer:server.company.net -Name "Dispatch" | fl -Property AgentsByUri
The output is:
AgentsByUri:{sip:[email protected],sip:variable2@company,sip:[email protected]}
So, I would like the entry "sip:[email protected]", to be pulled into a variable.

If I run this without the $Variable, I at least return this output which is a good sign, though still throws back an error.

ISU 0uc_sales_stats_01 Delta extraction Issue

we have a strange issue.
We recently went through migration/conversion during which we did a reinit of 0uc_sales_stat_01.
I have re inited it on 10th then on every day it adds up the delta records starting from 10th till that date.
on 11th it brings 10 & 11th, on 12 it brings up 10th 11th and 12th etc,.,.
When i did analysis from my end i can see table DBESTA_BWTRIG which is used for initial selection of posting date & recon keys in standard extract.
Once mass billing, Mass invoicing happens i get entries in this table.
But these entries do not go away even after the data is extracted into bw.
I can see entries in this table against 0uc_sales_stats_02. i deleted the active version of 02 DS and checked but still the entries remain same.
What is the exact behaviour of this table DBESTA_BWTRIG? how is it updated and deleted or modified?
How do i identify what is the exact reason for this delta issue?
Is there any setting where i am missing in ISU?

have a look on Des Gallaghers Post in 0UC_SALES_STATS_01 data missing
He describes that one has to load at first in Full-Mode. You will also find a hint on table DBWESTA_BWPROT in IS-U. There will be the records with open reconciliation key which aren't be extracted because of that.

0HR_PT_1 extraction takes a very long time.

I have a big issue when launching the initialization with data transfer for the datasource 0HR_PT_1...
The problem is that in the begining, when checking the process, the delay between the task:
Asynchronous transmission of info IDoc 87 in task 0171 (1 parallel tasks)
and the task
Call customer enhancement BW_BTE_CALL_BW204010_E (BTE) with 36.958 records
takes only a few seconds.
see ->
22:08:33 Asynchronous transmission of info IDoc 4 in task 0005 (1 parallel tasks)
22:09:44 Call customer enhancement BW_BTE_CALL_BW204010_E (BTE) with 36.524 records
But after a few hours, this delay became bigger and bigger to reach the 50 min (see below) for the same amount of records.
13:27:12 Asynchronous transmission of info IDoc 162 in task 0321 (1 parallel tasks)
14:19:19 Call customer enhancement BW_BTE_CALL_BW204010_E (BTE) with 34.282 records
Result, after 2 days of processing, we had to cancel the job. there was only 5.800.000 records in the PSA at that moment.
Anyone has a idea on why this delay is growing more and more ?

Note 353177 refers to table T569R.
It is advised to set the time frame to 1 or 2 years.

How to schedule a job poles for a entry in a table.

I have to schedule a job which runs somw stored procedures only on sunday and monday of a week at 3 AM in the morning.
The condition is that another application puts an entry into a table around 3 AM (some times before and some times late), now my should query
count in the table and runs the procs , however once its done ,it should do it monday and then it should not run till next sunday.
I have successfully created a job which keeps failing till it receives the entry and successfully runs the proc once the entry is there...
However how to schedule this thing ..correctly I need help , I want this job to disable itself on sunday once the procs are run wake up next morning
run again..and then next week ..

Hi,
This is a known issue in the previous SQL Server version and has been fixed in SQL Server 2012. You should be able to set 90 minutes and the change would be saved in SQL Server 2012.

Currently, you may schedule the job to occur every 1 hour or you may refer to the suggestion by Latheesh to get around this.

How to delete the entries in CDCLS table

Hi All,
There is a potential issue with the size of table CDCLS on production system. We need to reduce or manage the amount of data in this table. CDCLS is a cluster table and cannot be reduced directly,
So first we were reduced the entries in CDHDR and then from CDPOS tables.
After that we tried to reduce the entries from CDCLS table through the program - RSSCD7RE, We are facing the error as - no data available and No active archive key was selected.
Please help me out, how to proceed further in this task. Thanks in advance.

Go to DB15 and see the archiving object.
You can also use the archiving object CHANGEDOCU, please refer SAP documents for that.
