There is a similiar thread here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3598895. And I also had the same problem. For me at least the problem was that I had the Region Format set to something else than my home country (Settings - General - International). I know it's pretty silly that the 12days app looks at that particular property to determine which gift it should give you.

I purchased on the 10/01/15 the yearly CC and Lightroom download. The CC installed but only as a 30 day trial. I had previously trialled the Lr app, which had expired, yet this would not download as at the end of downloading, the message said 'trial expired' and the only option was to 'buy'/ (which I have on the 12 monthly payment plan). I used the name 'Benjoe9903' on a question a day ago, but cannot access this. How do I find where this is.. I am new to this kind on discussion and am getting really frustrated. Please help
Verify that you signed in to the CC desktop app with the same Adobe ID you used to set up the subscription. If you haven't signed in, or if you signed in with a different Adobe ID, your installed software will not be associated with your subscription and you will get exactly the kinds of message you describe.

PS CC 2014 DNG and RAW 8.5 did not update with the rest of the CC package. I downloaded/installed the DNG/RAW converter but how do you install w/i CC 2014 plugins
Thanks John. I have tried solutions 1 to 3 from (-http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.h tml) and they do not work. So I presume that all I can do is to remove all 25 CC applications and start again!
Incidently, ( http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/ ) does not list Adobe Camera Raw 8.4 as an update even though Adobe have announced that it is available (http://blogs.adobe.com/lightroomjournal/2014/04/camera-raw-8-4-and-dng-converter-8-4-now-a vailable.html). The same applies for Adobe Premiere Pro 7.2.2 (http://blogs.adobe.com/premierepro/2014/04/premiere-pro-cc-7-2-2.html). If they are not available this would explain why I cannot download them but I am very suprised that Adobe didn't mention this when I contacted them.

I have upgraded my software to OS X Snow Leopard. Now I want to update that to Lion. How do I do that? When I look at the Lion software available for download on the apple site it all seems to be update software for people already a version of Lion.

i am trying to update the software on my ipad from 4.2 to 4.3.3 but i cannot get it to download. I get an error message that says the software was unable to download because the network timed out. I have tried to download it 7 or 8 different times and still get the same message. I cannot restore the factory settings either. The same thing happens. Does anyone have any suggestions? It did this when trying to update to 4.2. I don't remember how we were able to get the software to update. Thanks.

Is any way to set up the store or computer to download only the cc version not the HD when you buy a movie?
every time that I download a movie in I tunes it downloaded the two version CC and HD, so it takes a long time for the HD. how can I stop or only download the CC version?

If not then does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your Mac's iTunes find it ? If that doesn't find it then see if it shows in the 'redownloading' area under Quicklinks :
Whether you can redownload the film depends upon what country that you are in, and if the studio/rights-holder allows redownloading. Does the film appear under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your Mac's iTunes

No, you will not loose anything. However, if you ever need to update any of that previously purchased content, or re-download it, you will have to use the older AppleID. Purchases are permanently tied to the AppleID you use when making the purchase.

Have you tried checking what the Apps panel states ? Is it giving you the option to install all the apps again or is it asking you to update ? May be share a screenshot of the Apps panel with us.

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, or by a peripheral device.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output andWi-Fi on certain iMacs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test. -

Check iTunes and see if you have a pending/stalled download e.g. Podcast, Music or Movies. Finish off the download and Apps should start downloading.
