$150 Bill Credit

My husband and I switched to Verizon from AT&Ton January 9 and we were told in the retail store that we would receive our $150 bill credit per line by the 2-3 billing cycle. The 3rd billing cycle has already ended and the new bill has posted to the account and once again no bill credit. When we switched we were on the 15GB plan and only paying $150 per month and ever since switching to Verizon our bill has been $230+ each month. Had I known my bill would have been this high every month for the same plan I would have never switched providers. This is absurd. Not very happy at this time with the quality and the fact that I was told the my credit would be applied on 04/10 and has not as well as that my bill would only be $10 more per month because we got a tablet not $80+ each month.

As for the port in credit I would call Verizon and see what they have to say, seems like in some cases if you didn't Edge instead of contract you have to convince Verizon to honor it.  As for my credit it was applied 35 days after I got my phone.
Phone Number 800-922-0204Press #, then 6, then 0 when it asks for your number. EXISTING CUSTOMERS press 4, then say "Customer Service" then wait and enter last four of social security number.
Curious what plan did you sign up with and did you do contract or edge and which devices?
Depending on which data plan and how you got your devices $230 sounds high or correct.
Assuming january-ish pricing
Contract: 4gb $70 + $40 + $40 + $10  = $160
Contract: 10gb $80 + $40 line access + $40 line access + $10 line access = $170 + taxes/fees
Contract: 20gb $150 + $40 + $40 + $10 = $240 + taxes/fees
Edge: 4gb $70 + $25 + $25 + $10 + monthly phone payment/24 + monthly phone payment/24 = $180 (assuming $25/month per phone)
Edge: 10gb $80 + $15 + $15 + $10 + = $170 (same assumption)
Edge: 20gb $150 + $15 + $15 + $10 + monthly + monthly = $240 (same assumption)
The difference with Edge however is that you wouldn't pay activation nor anything upfront except tax.

  • Bill Credit Not Applied

I have not received my bill credit of $150 per line as agreed to when I signed up 3 months ago. I was told I would receive credit on the 2nd or 3rd bill.

I have the same issue.  I was quoted one thing and then charged $100 more.  I have called a dozen times to get it corrected.  i get told it is corrected and then I get my bill and see that it is not.  I'm so over Verizon.  I'm calling one more time to get it fixed.  If it isn't I'm changing providers because this is the most ridiculous thing I've experienced.

  • Bill credit issue...

I received a bill credit of $150. My account balance is showing $-56.17. Last month was paid on time and February doesn't seem to be paid. Sooo, where did the other $93.83 go?

  • 100 dollar bill credit for iPhone update

Back in March my wife updated her iPhone 4 to an iPhone 5c during the promotion at the time where she would pay 100 dollar for the phone and then receive a 100 dollar bill credit. When we went to pay our bill in March we noticed the credit had not been applied. We called and were told it would take a couple billing cycles, not a big deal. We went and looked at our bill in April, still no credit. I called and was told the credit was definitely coming and it would just take another billing cycle. They explained that the cycle we were in when we purchased the phone didn't count for the 1-2 cycles needed to apply the credit. We got our bill in May, STILL NO CREDIT. I called this time and was told that we were never due a credit and it was not coming.
Now, I know I purchased it during the promotion and I had on 2 separate previous occasions had people tell me the credit was coming it was just processing and would take a couple cycles. Now I get a guy telling me there is no credit and he can offer me 25 dollar credit for my troubles. UNACCEPTABLE! Has anyone else had issues receiving the credit due? Is there any remedy to this? No one I call can seem to help!

I am dealing with the same thing!  Luckily when I checked out online I printed the page that shows the promotion under the 16GB phone.  Verizon is telling me it was only for the 32 GB as well!  I will be sending my printout tonight and I will post it here as well so hopefully everyone can get the money the deserve!  Like I told Verizon, why would I pay $173 (with tax) for an Iphone 5C when Walmart had it at the same time for $34 (with tax)... the only reason I didn't buy from walmart at the time was it was $29 plus tax and I assumed they taxed on the retail price of the phone like Verizon does, and later found out they only tax on the purchase price!!!
I am so disappointed in their lack of customer service and the fact that I have to call 6 times before someone tells me I don't qualify!

  • Still awaiting bill credit for iphone 5c "free after $100 bill credit" promo 3/1/14-3/3/14

upgraded to iphone 5c on 3/1/14, special offer for that weekend was "free after $100 bill credit" (purchase price was $99.99).  have not recvd the $100 credit yet.

I have been going back and forth with them. They do not like giving big credits so they keep saying it will be on the next bill and the next bill etc. I even had a rep text me the details of the promotion telling me I would get it last week. Every rep I speak with tells me I am not eligible, puts me on repeated holds, then I have to tell them the exact name of the promo to look up in their system. Thank god I know the exact name. Here is the screenshot I took.
I any of you have any luck with this let me know.

  • Can I get a bill credit or refund for phone price reduction?

I upgraded to an S4 mini last month on one of my line. Cost me $49.95. Now I see the phone cost id Zero. I would like to at least get a bill credit for the difference or to convert this line the the Edge program wit the price i paid applied to the device cost.

        ollie49,
Congrats on the new device! We'd love to help address your concerns.
When a purchasing a device, customers are provided with a 14 day worry free guarantee. During this 14 day period, if the cost of the device is changed we are able price match that offer. If outside of the 14 day period, we are unable to provide an adjustment for the cost difference.
Do you have any other active lines on the account that may qualify for the Edge program?

  • Missing bill credit on first bill

I have had my new phone and plan for less then twenty four hours and now see I owe $105. One day? After reading everything about billing I'm still confused how signing up for a plan that would (total) $55 plus tax per month, how it became $105 due now. I also don't see my billing credit of $100 that Walmart said I receive when I sign up for Verizon. I now feel stupid for getting a (smartphone) and a Verizon plan.

In general your first bill will be prorated from the day you activate your phone through the end of the current billing cycle plus you will be charged for the following billing cycle since Verizon charges for service up front.  The $100 bill credit you are referring to takes 2-3 billing cycles to show up on your account. Hope this helps your next bill should be $55 + taxes and fees.  The first bill is always higher so don't feel stupid for getting the smartphone.

  • Can't update billing credit card

I am having the same issue as everyone else: We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later.
I can't update my billing credit card, and I don't know who to contact.

Seems to have worked on Chrome. Didn't work on FF for me. At first Chrome gave me the same error, but on the second attempt, it worked.

  • What does it take to get promotional bill credit applied?

I've contacted customer service three times for a total of 90 minutes spent on the phone with them.  All I'm looking to do is get Verizon to follow through on the promotion of $150 per line credit for each data line ported.
1st CALL--"We filled out a form and you should hear something in 7-10 days."  GUESS WHAT?!  Nothing happened in 7-10 days.
2nd CALL (21 days after the 1st call)--"We're so sorry.  You're right, we owe you $600.  I've escalated this to my supervisor and they'll call you in 48 hours."  GUESS WHAT?!  No supervisor called in 48 hours.  Really, they never called at all.  I had to call them.
3rd CALL (4 days after the 2nd call)--"I have to fill out a form.  You'll hear something in 7-10 days.  I'll email you a copy of the form I filled out"  GUESS WHAT?  I never received an email of the form.
Why do I have to do all of the work to get Verizon to follow through on this?  How many times will I have to call and have the same form filled out and have Verizon not follow up?  How long is this going to take (it has been 5 billing cycles)?

Clearly our assistance is needed here BORea! This is taking way too long to get completed. Allow us to look into the status of the port-in credit for you. If you can send us a private message then we can gather some info a begin. We're looking forward to your reply.

  • New Customer $150 Port Credit for 2 Phones = $300.

I received credit for one phone.  When will I receive the 2nd credit?  I know that it states 2-3 billing cycles, but what happens if the 2nd credit does not appear?  There was a promotion in November for every phone ported over, you would receive $150 per line.@

    John_01930,
I appreciate the extra information. We want to make sure we continue to work and find where this credit is. I can advise when this was done not all stores were participating in the $150 port-in credit. However, you did receive one and not the other so we need to investigate further. Did both lines of service port over at the same time? Was there a temporary number assigned to one? Have you spoken to the store who you processed the phones from? This will help provide us additional information.

  • Intercompany Billing Credit & Debit Note

    Dear All,
I have configured intercompany billing. Now i can able to create invoice for Supplying part to Ordering Party. This invoice creation without sales order na. So, if i want to create credit & Debite memo for supplying party to Ordering party how to create. Because here we are creating invoice wioth out sales order and creating with reference of delivery note. In this process sales order creation belongs to ordering party to customer. So where we can maintain Credit & Debit note for Supplying party to ordering party. I think when we create invoice can we maintain billing type as credit note? please suggest me to maintain Cr. & Dr Memo In Intercompany billing between Supplying company to Ordering company.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Anj

    Hithere,
For intercompany stock transfer if you want to implement credit & debit memo in intercompany you need to reference credit & debit memo requests CR & DR or the returns order with delivery NL. You will define them in the sales area of the supplying plant. Then you maintain the copy controls from RE to G2 / D2 or CR / DR to G2 / D2.
For intercompany sales, the customer returns the goods to the ordering plant. Not the supplying plant. Coz customer doesnot know from where the ordering plant brought the goods from. So in that case customer to ordering plant is standard returns process. Returns between the ordering & supplying plant is again like mentioned above.
    Regards,
    Sivanand

  • Why is my bill "credit" for autopay being ADDED to my bill?

I signed up for Autopay (prepaid) and was offered a $5 per month credit. Well, the $5 is being added to my bill to the point where I am now being overcharged $25 since I just noticed it.
Sounds like someone forgot a MINUS sign for a CREDIT. I am shaking my head, this is rather ridiculous and makes me wonder about the quality/integrity of the billing system of Verizon. Can someone fix this ASAP? I am sure I am not the only one.

my mistake, the online bill is not clear in showing credits, thanks to the customer service rep, she cleared up the confusion.

  • How can I get missing promotional credits from March bill credit promotion?

I purchased 4 phones (for 3 new lines) in March and was doubly sure I qualified for the $100 promotional bill credits.  So I should have $300 in bill credits.  But I haven't received them. I have called customer support and they are no help. Can someone please help me?

I don't have an answer to your problem but I share it. We purchased two Droid Maxx phones in March that each qualified for the $100 credit and we too have not received it. I contacted Verizon in June to inquire and was told it might take 3-6 months. I called again on Sept 23rd and was put on hold several times while they researched my claim. Rep pushed my call to supervisor, Darren, where we decided he should call me back later that night, between 7-9, because I had already been on the phone for over an hour and he still needed to review all the records. He never called back. I'm still waiting but if I call again I will need to reserve time in my own schedule because I expect I'll be on the phone with them again for another hour or more.
So, I sympathize and hope our problem is resolved quickly.

  • Only getting half the bill credit I was told

I upgraded three phones to 5c 32GB being told I would get a $200 credit per phone on my bill in 2-3 months.  It has been 3 so I contacted Verizon billing who contacted the store and know they are telling me I only get $100 per phone.  Anyone else falling in to this scam?
