Hi Gurus.,
First of all thank you very much for giving me so tremendous response, But my client requirement is,
He has one customer and for that customer when raising an order ,for some orders Tax shouldnot caliculate and for some orders Tax should be caliculated,
For example :  If he gives price 100,Then the base price should be 100,For some orders he  gives price as 130 rs which is inclusive of tax like 110 should be the base price and 20 rs tax should get caliculated
So i have tried in the pricing procedures and we have standard pricing procedure RVAA01 & RVAB01 ,In which RVAB01 is the price inclusive of tax procedure,We can assighn different pricing procedures if any of the combination in OVKK is changed,But he dont want to change the combination in OVKK.
So client asks now when he raise an order he decides how the price should be caliculated, i.e the price may be he give price or price inclusive tax,of which the pricing procedure should automatically split the tax and price accordingly,He is asking in the way like when we raise a sales order we should do like a pop up box should appear asking which pricing procedure should be selected,So on selecting the pricing procedure the order should caliculate based on the selected pricing procedure
Thanks & Regards

  • Different Tax base in pricing procedure for a single sales order for different line item material.

    Hi,
I have a scenario wherein in a sales order, for two different material, the tax base of pricing should get triggered on the basis of sold to party and the material entered at line item level.
Logic triggers on the basis of Region of Customer & a unique field in the Material Master but problem comes in the calculation of Tax base as the sequence of condition type (from – to)  is already defined in the pricing procedure to pick from a particular step but in second line item the base is different i.e. the sequence of condition types that are maintained in pricing procedure should be different for Tax to calculate differently.
Kindly suggest if the same can be handled in a single pricing procedure and dynamically taking care of condition type sequence through Alt Cal Base Formula, so far I’ve tried both Alt Cal Formula & Base but it is not working
Client doesn’t want to go ahead by creating two different orders (through separate Pricing Procedure) for that. They want to have both materials in same order.
Kindly suggest a suitable way to handle this scenario.

    Hi,
Click on the ''check availability'' button at item overview and then click on ''One-time delivery'' on the top. This will ensure that you will have only one delivery for whatever quantity is confirmed on that date.
If you want to apply this rule for all orders across a sales area, then you can do the below configuration step :
SPRO->sales and distribution->basic functions->availability check with ATP logic->Define default settings-> Here in avail. checking rule select A (one time delivery). This will ensure that all orders created for a particular sales area will have only one delivery.
    Hope this helps.

  • Diff pricing procedure for invoice and sales order?

can u please help me out in the following question
Is it possible to have different pricing procedure for sales order and invoice?

    hi venkat,
yes we can very well have different pricing procedures for order and invoice. for the combination of
    sales org + dist chan + div + <b>document pric proc</b> + cust pric proc --- > Pric Proc.
we determine the pric procedure. So, just have a different document pricing procedure for sales order document type and invoice document type. You can have a different pricing procedure with this change.
Hope it helps. Pl reward if useful.
    Thanks

  • Songs for the same album are in different entries on my iPod

First of all, this problem isn't caused by album name misspelling(or unknown spacing in album names).
In iTunes, all the songs on the album "Black Holes and Revelations" are displayed together in one entry.
However, in my iPod, the songs get separated to different entries. Some entries have 2 or 3 songs in them, some have 1.
The entries for the songs have two different names. Some are listed as "Black Holes And Revelations" (a of and is capitalized), some are listed as "Black Holes and Revelations". However in iTunes, they are all listed as "Black Holes and Revelations" (no capitalization on the "and"). Syncing does not fix the problem, the songs of this album are omitted through the process (iTunes/iPod thinks that the album names are identical during the sync even though some of the "and"s are different.).
There are a total of 8 entries for the same album. All of the album artworks of the songs are accurate.
The iPod in question is a 160 GB iPod Classic

Generally all you need to do is fill in an appropriate Album Artist. For more details see my article on Grouping Tracks Into Albums, in particular the topic One album, too many covers.

  • 2 deliveries created for the same sales order

2 Return Del docs & 2 credit notes were created for one return order no.
Posted: Apr 17, 2008 5:33 PM       E-mail this message      Reply
    Dear SAP Support,
I would like to know why does the system created 2 return deliveries with the same qty for a single return order document no.? One return delivery doc.no. was created 2 mins earlier than the 2nd return delivery document no. on the same day. After these 2 return deliveries were created, a credit note was also created for each return delivery doc. number. Here is the document flow:
On Jan. 10, 2008, the Return Order was created
The Delivery block field is set to 90- (Return block)
The Billing block field is blank
On Jan. 14, 2008 @ 12:08:44, the 1st return delivery doc. no. was created. And on the same day also @ 12:10:44, the 2nd delivery doc. was again created.  These 2 deliveries were created by 2 users. 1st delivery is by manual job, the 2nd is by background job processing.  there was a 2 mins. interval for these 2 deliveries.
On Jan. 21, 2008 @ 9:47:33, the 1st Credit Return Note was created. And on the same day also @ 9:48:00, the 2nd Credit Return Note was again created.
In my initial investigation, I found out that there were changes made on the return order document before the 2 return delivery documents were created. Below are the changes that happened:
On Jan. 14, 2008, @ 9:25:22 hour, the following changes occurred:
    a) Delivery block was changed from 90 - (Return block) to blank
    b) Billing block was changed from blank to 08 - (check credit memo)
On Jan. 14, 2008, @ 12:08:44, T-Inv Comb field was changed from DC to C
On Jan. 21, 2008, @ 9:47:20, the Billing Block was changed again from 08 - (check credit memo) to blank
Will the above changes, contribute to this issue?
I am also suspecting that the timing on the creation of deliveries via manual job and scheduled background job processig could be the root cause because of the slim time frame between the two job?
I hope you can help me get an explanation to this and how this can be avoided.
Thank you very much in advanced for your help on this matter.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
    Kind regards,
    Cynthia M. Ondillo
    SAP SD Functional Support

    Hello Jonathan,
Yes, the  'update document flow' box is ticked and the entry in the 'Pos./negative quantity' field is '+'
Target delivery type is LR - Returns Delivery    Source sls doc. type is ZRE - Coats Returns Order
Item category is ZREN - Coats Returns Item
Since we do not see anything missing in the above setting, can we say that it is a system bug when running manual delivery job close to the time for running the scheduled background job?
If it is a system bug, how can this be corrected?

  • Pricing Procedure for the Accruals

    Hi Gurus,
Is it possible to define the condition type such that it gets posted as accruals but the Material Cost  ( MAP ) will not   change.
i.e PO will have the Condition as  Accruals but while making the GRN the Net price goes to Material Cost & Accrual Condition value goes to separate G/L account without altering  the MAP of the material. Also the Payment for this Particular condition has to be done through MIRO.
Any suggestion will be very helpfull
    Regards
    Mascot
Edited by: Manish Kumar on Oct 12, 2011 1:17 PM

    Hi,
What I understand from your process is, you have a requirement where the cond type value should not be added to the material cost but it should be posted to a different gl account at the time of GR and then at the time of MIRO it should be cleared against the same gl account . If this is your scenario then this is very much possible.
Does your other requirement states that even if the PO price is different and material master price is different then it should not be affect your moving avg price of the material master after doing the GR?
    Awaiting your reply

  • Count deliveries for the same sale sorder

    Hello
I would like to use the query to count how many deliveries have been made for the sales order
I have the following but it gives me an error message because I do not know how to use the function count
    COUNT T0.BaseEntry FROM ORDR T0, DLN1 T1 WHERE (T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry) AND T1.BaseRef = $[$38.44.11.Number]

    thanks for your prompt reply
I found the answer and you confirm this
    SELECT COUNT (T1.BaseEntry) FROM ORDR T0, DLN1 T1 WHERE (T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry) AND T1.BaseRef = $[$38.44.11.Number]
If you remember I need to number the back order when I have the result in that query will be used in the delivery note process table ORDR.
Then when the result is 1 it will be numbered as A
When the result is 2 it will be B and so on

  • Two pricing Procedure for one Sales Org

    Dear All,
Is it possible to assign 2 Pricing Procedure for a single Sales Org? If Yes, How come can we do this?
And, How come will SAP-System determine to use which Pricing Procedure at the time of creating Sales Order?
    Thanks and Best Regards,
    Amit Kr. Yadav

Pricing Procedure Determination - T.Code: OVKK
(Sales Organization + Distribution Channel + Division) Sales Area + Document Procing Procedure + Customer Pricing Procedure = Pricing Procedure
A Document belongs to a Sales Area. Based on a different combination of Distribution Channel & Division for Same Sales Organization, we can derive a separate Pricing Procedure.
For the same sales area, if Document Pricing Procedure or / and Customer Pricing Procedure, in that case also different Pricing Procedure can be determined.
If the combination of Sales Area, Document Pricing Procedure and Customer pricing procedure is the same, in that case separate Pricing Procedure cannot be determined.

  • Excise duty in the Pricing Procedure for Local Purchase / Importation

    Hi,
I'd like to know how to set up the pricing procedure for the purchase of an IS Oil Material; for local purchase and importation, especially with regards to the excise duty posting.
Local purchase:  the vendor will bill us inclusive of the ED tax he previously paid, so the tax is just passed on to us..  My receiving location has ED paid status. In the PO item, we need to see this price (inclusive of tax) in the net price field.
Importation:  the vendor only bills us the cost of the material.  When we received the fuel, we paid ED tax to local tax authorities.
I know that both in these scenarios, the system has to determine the excise duty.
My questions are (1) how do you set up the excise duty condition type  in the pricing procedure(or do they have to be maintained in the pricing procedure?) ?   and (2)  how do you set up this condition type in the config?
Thank you and hoping for your immediate feedback.
    zccr

    Hi,
You can use same pricing procedure
put 4 in subtotal in pricing procedure against the Discounr or freight cond
    and in taxinn
BASb ALTCBV 362 and for jmop 363
But this will work only if same  discount or freight value is in IV as that given in PO
if freing value changes in IV then its a problem
This is SAP bug, and SAP workes in that way only, freight value should be same in PO and IV
    other solution
in taxinn create tax code like v8 vat 4% for 003 tax clasification
in ftxp create tax code V8 desc vat 4%
in fv11 for jvrd put 4
and at the time of IV put this tax code for freight amount
and for regular material value V1 tax code
this will work only if u have used acess seq MWST instead of JTAX pr JST1
    hope this helps

  • Pricing procedure for billin

    Hi,
How system copies pricing procedure from sales document to billing document

as you know pricing procedure is determined by
sales area + doc. pricing pro. + customer pricing procedure
document pricing procedure will come from sales document types and Billing Types.
customer pricing procedure will come from customer master
Between the sales document and billing document the only factor that could change is the document pricing procedure
If they do not differ the same pricing procedure would be used and the control would be as per the configuration given in the copy controls.
If they differ then new pricing procedure determination will be carried out but for that in copy control we need to maintain PRICING TYPE AS B carry out new pricing else it will give you error saying pricing procedure could not be determined

The Problem I am facing is this
Let say one material A is Extended for 2 different Sales Area let say
    1000(Sales Org)                           1000

    Hi
The BP's created for one particular sales area are not getting replicated into CRM, though before sometime it was happening.
DJ>>  Hope the required sales area is available in CRM.
The BP with the "general data", and "role of sold to party" only flows but not with the sales area. There is no BDoc error in the SMW01 either. While displaying BP for the role of sold to party, it shows "Sold-to-party(maintained)" but the sales area entries though maintained for this sales area in the ECC, do not flow to the CRM.
DJ>> Please check the following -
    1. Create a BP in CRM (with the sold-to party role) with the required Sales area and see if this customer when replicated to ECC has the relevant Sales Area.  Ideally it should get replicated if all you middleware settings are fine.
    2. See you have not set a filter for a specific Sales Area and becuase of that BP is getting replicate but not the sales area.
    Hope this will help
