3 months subscription vochure & next payment date

I purchased Three-Month Subscription for Unlimited World Calling to Landlines and Mobiles Vochure and I redeem it, it works. But when i check my subscription at https://secure.skype.com/account/call-phones/settings?package=na-region-landline-us_world-unlimited. 
It show following details: Well, You all know, I purchased for 3 months... WHY THE HACK is happend for next payment on May 10, 2012. it should be Augest 10, 2012 though... C'mon Skype, please don't rip off from loyal and long term customers! please can you please fix it.

I can definitely understand why you are concerned and I checked your account. Subscription expiration date is 13th of August, thus it seems incorrect date is shown for the next payment.
I can assure you that Skype has no intention to rip you off, but it seems there is system glitch where incorrect info is shown on your account page.
In order to get this resolved please contact customer service as guided here:

They will collect all the necessary data from you(for example screenshot) and file it as a bug report to development team.

    if you are unable to freeze that field then put validation checks on that field ,if you dont have any exits/badis , then try to make use of BTE ( Busi Transaction Events ,Tcode : FIBF).search in sdn for more info on BTEs.

  • Next payment for subscription is too early!!!

    Hello! I have a question about the next payment date for the subscription. I purchased a subscription on July 25. and received an email with the record  of payment and the date when the next payment will be taken, it says July 30. the same data is in the notification sent to my Skype app.  I was surprised! I also checked my account on the Skype.com and there it says next payment on August 22, which makes sense, in a month after first payment. So, please, answer which info is true??? and why does it say such a soon next payment? it's a mistaken info? Thank you!

    Actually both dates are correct, but for different subscriptions.
    You have Unlimited US & Canada with recurring payment on the 30th of July.
    Then you also have Ukraine 400 min and next payment for it will be on the 22nd of August.

    Keep in mind that recurring payment will be taken 3 days before expiration date in order to avoid any payment delays or issues.

    I'm a bit confused about my subscription - I bought 1 60min recurring one today - 1 Feb. My next payment is due on 26 Feb. That isn't a month. Why isn;t my next payment on the 1st of March, and the 1st of each month thereafter?

    According to == the FAQ : == "The recurring payment is taken  three days in advance  of your subscription expiring, to ensure prompt delivery of your subscription."

    You installed Adobe what?  Assuming that perhaps you have a subscription for Acrobat XI Pro, I will move your post to the appropriate forum.  You could also try to Contact Customer Care.

    When I try to buy a subscription 12 month susbcription is disabled. I have tried a credit card (Amex) and Paypal payment methods. What I see is the following, "Unfortunately, you cannot purchase this amount of Skype Credit as it will exceed the monthly limit set for your current payment method. You can try purchasing a smaller amount of credit or use a different payment method. "
    Which payment method can enable 12 month subscription? 

    It might happen if you are using for example Skype Credit as payment method. Then if you don't have enough balance on your account 12month option is not offered.

    They will check what is causing this issue and help you sort it out.

There u see the table name and feild in which the data for that object is stored. It gives all details for that object

  • 1 month Subscriptions Not working

    HI,
    I have taken 1 month subcription for calling india on 13th March.
    There are 2 problems.
    1. The next due payment date is 4th April. which should be 30 days after I Bought.
    2. Suddenly today in it saying the Fair usage policy is over. I understand cannot call more then 6 hours. But even after waiting for 6 hours the day is not considered as changed. I cannot use 10000 mins in 5 days.

    You have several India subscriptions.
    Unlimited India is paid till 13th of April, but payment for India 120minutes is due on the 4th of April.

    Regarding fair usage policy, if you exceed 6 hours per day then subscription will be suspended until next day 00:00 GMT.

    I have a 12 Month Subscription with 150 minutes per month. When do the minutes expire? Is it one month from the date the subscription was enabled and then the counter is reset with the next month's allotted minutes?

    If you purchased subscription on the 10th then each month on the 10th minutes will be reset.
    Note: Unused minutes are not carried over to next month.

  • 12 MONTH Subscription Suspended!

    I am writing to you because my account has been blocked again, there is a restriction on my account and I cannot use my 12 month, 120 minutes subscription that I purchased on April 11. 2015. Also, I noticed that Skype has posted on my account payment history the $227.88 that I paid for the 12 months, subscription as “fraudulent.”  But I wanted you to know that the payment for Order No. xxx is not a fraudulent one. The transaction was a valid transaction and the payment was successful. I had a conversation with my bank about 3 weeks ago regarding Order No. xxx after they contacted Skype Customer Service and I was informed by my bank that the Order was a valid purchase and the payment was successful according to Skype. So, I don’t understand why Skype has put a restriction on that valid subscription that I have been using since April 2015 and now has indicated it as  “fraudulent” on my payment history on Skype.I know well that order No. xyz was the invalid transaction (fraudulent one) and my bank disputed for it in April, 2015.  So, please if you can explain to me what is going on, why this confusion and restore back my 12 months, 120 minutes subscription for me, I will appreciate.Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.P.A

    In that case you should purchase another Subscription but with a different amount of monthly minutes. You can't have two identical Subscriptions running at the same time on the same account.

    Every instance I find regarding this matter on the website it says it's in advance.  But when I called about my bill, the lady on the phone said my bill that's due is from the previous month.  So which is it?  If it's billed in advance I just paid a bill that I should not have needed to pay as my account was cancelled over a week before that month's billing cycle even started. If I already paid this amount and should not have had to, what should I do? Edit:To clarify, the due date for my bill (which I assumed was in advance) was on June 26 but I cancelled my account on June 16.     It is billed in arrears but not by a complete month. For example, my billing cycle runs form the 24th to the 23d. So my currently bill cycle of June 24 - July 23 was billed on June 29th and the due date for that bill is July 14th. So when I pay in a few days, I am paying for the current service month, not the next service month. The same should be true for you. Your last bill was for May 26 - June 26, not for June 26 - July 26. Anyway, just look at the bill details. It will show you the dates for what it is covering.
    To clarify: it is billed in advance by a full month. 
    You were billed on June 24 (even though you probably couldn't see your bill). The bill is for service from June 24 through July 23, which is a full month. Your payment date/due date are unrelated to how you are billed.
