I bought 46TL963 week ago on toshiba places all apps work but YouTube not working, does anyone had this problem? If yes please help me with solution.

It appears as if only some videos on YouTube will play using HTML5 and without Flash. For example, this video plays just fine for me and I do not have flash installed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fxEWddT44BY
So, unfortunately, you will have to install flash or wait for YouTube to fix their website.
Also, one thing to try: When I had Flash installed and the "ClickToPlugin" Safari extension installed, YouTube would load all the movies in a simple HTML5 format. So no annotations or any other annoying stuff. Might be worth trying. You will have to install flash but, with the "ClickToPlugin" extension, you don't have to use Flash.

Here in New Zealand if you wanna watch youtube you have to be in a 3g area.

Voice Search In YouTube Not Working

I frequently use the voice search in YouTube when looking for video clips. I would say something and it wouldn't find exactly what I wanted because it found something similar in the history. I saw I had a lot of search results so I decided to clear it and I did.
I tried a simple search of "cute kittens playing" and it went through the motions of the microphone activating, showing pulses when I spoke, and when the chime for the end when the microphone turns gray, nothing was in the search results. I typed it in and I had search results. I tried another phrase and same result, nothing in search results.
I tried the Internet Browser and the voice search worked, and I tried the Chrome browser and it worked when I said, "OK Google".
I tried YouTube search and the voice feature doesn't work. I only cleared the YouTube history.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I followed the instructions from the link you provided. It did not work. I tried the second suggestion. YouTube does not have an Uninstall button, but it has an Uninstall Updates button. I chose that option. It worked and Voice Search worked great. However, after I installed the latest update, the Voice Search did not work again. I have two phones and I find it strange that it affects one phone and not the other, yet it's the same model phone, the Galaxy S4. One is Black Mist and the other is White Frost. Voice Search works fine on the White Frost phone with the latest version of YouTube, but not the Black Mist phone.
Here are the YouTube versions on both phones:
Black Mist ---> 5.1.10 - updates uninstalled
White Frost ---> 5.5.27
Thank you for your help, but I hope the next update of YouTube will fix this problem.

Mac OS X - deep links in youtube not working, fast forward not working

Specs: Mac mini 1.66 Intel Core Duo, OS 10.6.8 Snow Leopard, Flash 11.1.102.64
Adding, for example #t1m30s, to the end of a youtube url does nothing, videos always start at the beginning. Yes this is an older computer but deep linked youtube videos work fine in Firefox but not Safari. I have another Mac Mini slightly newer, a Mac mini 1.83 Intel Core 2 Duo with same software specs and deep links work fine on it.
Also I can't seem to drag the marker anymore. Very frustrating.

While you might get an answer from someone here (I'm interested in knowing too, I run into the drag problem from time to time) I think you'll have better luck over on YouTube's forums.

Brand new MacBook Pro & Youtube: Not working together

I just bought this new MBP and whenever I go to watch a Youtube video, it encounters some serious difficulties. The videos load up to just a few seconds in and stop. If I drag the slider to any point in the video, it will play from that point, but only for a few seconds before locking up again a few second again.
I ran a software update, I've tried goofing around with some settings, and I have reinstalled flash. Does anyone have any ideas? It would be much appreciated.

YouTube not working on iPad 2

Greetings - YouTube no longer works on my iPad2. Not in the YouTube app, not in safari on YouTube, not on embedded YouTube clips on other sites. I have already tried hard reset (several times). I have closed inactive apps, including YouTube. Message I get is "cannot connect to YouTube). I have tried logging into my YouTube account first. My wireless connection works fine and ipad is connected and operating fine otherwise (I am online as I type this). The only thing I can guess is that it has something to do with my IP address? Maybe an ios5 thing? Has not worked for 2 months. Help!!

I have not tried it outside of my house. I don't have 3G connnected to iPad yet, though it is capable of going with 3G. I have tried other video on the iPad, such as video delivered via Vimeo. No problmes with Vimeo video.
The wifi Network is my home network. It delivers YouTube just fine to the 3 iphones in the house, 1 iMac, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. It just won't work on iPad 2. No idea why.

YouTube not working in Safari and Firefox (OSX 10.8)

Just bought a new 13" MacBook Pro (4 days old) that came with 10.8 installed. YouTube is not working and I keep getting this message in Firefox:
"The page isn't redirecting properly:
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."
Pretty much the same message in Safari. Made sure all setting are correct (cookies etc) cleared history and all that stuff. All other Flash based content plays without a problem, it's just YouTube.

Mountain Lion is kind of ******. At this moment all Flash content is not working in both Firefox and Safari. Reinstalled Flash Player and still nothing. It's playing no problem on my 5 year old MacBook with Snow Leopard.
Is anyone else having these problems?

OS 10.3.9 Safari v1.3.2, Youtube not working, Need new Adobe Flash player

Youtube stopped working over the weekend. Instead of seeing videos I see the text "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player." I clicked on the link and downloaded the latest version and it still doesn't work. I verified that javascript is, in fact, turned on so I know that's not the problem. Looking at my installed plugins the version that was installed is "Shockwave Flash 9.0 r115".
Reading other forums, is there a problem with this latest version of Shockwave Flash? Can anyone please help???

Adobe FlashPlayer should first be uninstalled using the appropriate uninstaller available here: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157&sliceId=2 and then the latest version obtained from here: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1ProdVersion=ShockwaveFlash and installed.
(You can check here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/ to see which version you should install for your Mac and OS)
Some users have mentioned that the latest Flash Player (v.9.0.115.0) conflicts with Leopard, and that they have needed to revert to v. 9.0.47. This can be downloaded from here:

This might be wroth a try in your case, even if are on Panther.

Youtube not working on Firefox - Lots of people around the world reporting same thing! February 18th 2015.

Just checked Youtube and it's not working, all i'm getting is a black screen with a spinning circle.
Have checked downdetector.com and Isitdownrightnow.com and lots of other people around the world reporting the exact same problem even though Youtube is playing fine for them on other browsers like Chrome.
I'm fully up to date both on my Firefox and Flash and Youtube was working fine for me yesterday.
Is this some Firefox problem? as thousands of people around the world are having same problem.

For other users finding this topic in the future:
1) Enter the config by typing about:config in the adress bar.
2) Enter media.mediasource.webm.enabled and press enter.
3) Right click on it and change to true, for some reason it is set as "false" which makes MSE & WebM VP9 not work properly.
4) Visit: https://www.youtube.com/html5 and check that everything is OK.
5) Try to watch a video. It should work now.

YouTube not working in Pakistan

My permanent residence is USA where I have no problem to play Youtube videos, but being in Pakistan recently on my work assignment I cannot play YouTube videos with Adobe Flash Player. Should it not work because I am in Pakistan now? Or should I get curtain updates to make it playing YouTube videos? Please advise.

Youtube not working on 8320

i bought used 8320.. its t-mobile! when i bought it used, and youtube was working! i think it was corporate cellphone with IT Policy.. i refresh its OS many times when i bought it when one month ago when i refreshed its OS.. m.youtube.com stop working! i think video streaming is stopped working!
whemever i click on watch button, nothing displays, not a single error!

Ensure that all of the Seller steps were already completed, including proper cleansing of the BB of the IT Policy. From what you've posted, that has not been done (refreshing the OS does not remove the IT Policy).

Youtube not working on safari on iPhone 5

When I got my iPhone 5 I noticed I could watch any video I wanted on youtube if I was on desktop mode in safari. For the past week or so I realized I can't do that anymore and I keep getting a message saying "sorry, this video is not available on this device." Turning my phone on and off is not working and my friends with iPhone 5 said they're experiencing the same thing. Can somebody please explain to me why I'm all of a sudden restricted? Thank you.

Some videos are not supported to play on mobile devices, I to have come across this issue and this is how i fixed it.
If you are on youtube in safari:
- press the 3 lines top left
- scroll down to the bottom
- select desktop version
From here safari will change youtube from the mobile version to the desktop version. Choose the video that would not play and it should work like a charm.

YouTube videos on my atv first gen is not working just recently. Before it never had any problems, I could log in into my account, search videos and when I select to watch, nothing happens. Tried restoring to factory settings and all the usual troubleshooting and no success. My guess is something related to apple. Any suggestions to find a solution?

i am using macbook pro retina for 1 year now but just a few days ago youtube stopped working suddenly and i thought it was because the site was down or something but i have checked that and found that it is not working just in my macbook
when i open youtube it shows a html format please help guys i have attached the photo ive reinstalled google chrome ,and also flash player with no respite

Go step by step by step and test.
1. Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.
    Plug it back to the wall. Power the router on. Wait until all the lights are lit properly. It will take a while.
    Restart the computer.
    Start up in Safe Mode.

2. Delete Caches.db
    Close all windows and quit all applications.
    Hold "option" key down and click "Go" menu in the Finder menu bar.
    Select "Library" from the dropdown.
    Library > Caches > com.apple.Safari > Caches.db
    Right click the Caches.db file and select "Move To Trash.
    Close windows and relaunch Safari.
3. Empty Caches
    Safari > Preference > Advanced
    Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
    Develop menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.
    Click Develop and select "Empty Caches" from the dropdown.
4. Delete Cookies
    Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and other website data:
    Click “Remove All Website Data”.
5. Safari > Preferences > Extensions
    Turn off Extensions if any and launch Safari again to test.
    Turn on those one by one and test.
