57F4 Chalan Print Out Problem

Dear Friends,
I had a printing problem of 57F4 Chalan ( Subcontracting Challan).
After creating 57F4 Challan, when I go to J1IF11 to take a print out, I clicks on Print immediately, system shows pop up for asking printer to print challan. After giving printer name I clickes on print I immediately, System comes out from tnasaction without generating spool.
I am confident about printing settings.
Can anybody suggest what will be the problem and its solution.

Alv report Print out Problem

Hi Experts,
I am having problem while taking print out of Alv report format. In that report, 1 column contains Unit Values.
Eg. Unit value - 'LE' , AFTER USING CONVERSION EXIT LOGIC it is converted into 'AU' which is finally displayed in the Alv -Report display format.
while taking Print-out of that report , that field Unit Value 'AU' is Shown in this format "****'.
Please give me your Valuable Suggestions.

while defining filed catalog define the data type also
clear l_fieldcat.
l_fieldcat-fieldname = 'MEINS'.
l_fieldcat-datatype = 'UNIT'.
l_fieldcat-no_out = ' '.
l_fieldcat-do_sum = 'X'.
l_fieldcat-seltext_l = 'UOM'.
append l_fieldcat to p_fieldtab.

VF02 Print Out Problem

Hi all,
We are facing the problem while taking the print out from VF02.
We are using ZFORM designed by our ABAPer.
While using standard form (LB_BIL_INVOICE) its working and while using ZFORM, we are able to see the print preview but not able to take the print out.
Error message is shown as given below
"Output could not be issued"
Message no. VF304
Diagnosis
An error occurred while output was being issued. It is possible, for example, that the form to be issued has not been activated or has an error. An error may also have arisen while the data to be issued was being edited.
Procedure
Check possible causes of the problem.

Go to VV32 and check wheather the condition record has been maintained or not.In VV32 .
check the access sequence , wheather it is billing type / payer in your output type RD00 .so only for that particular payer only that ouput may be generating . .But also see in the V/40 wheather for the billng type the ZFORM which you have created has been assigned or not .

Print out problem

I want to print out like this:
about two cm space between each number.
I have 4 columns and 4 rows

I think that you mean *\t*. :)
So the code would become:

OR

Photoshop 11 Size Print -out Problem

I have recently purchased and installed Photoshop 11 and I am having problems with my print-out. I am specifying an A5 size print, it is being shown on the preview as being 1/2 of A4 but is printing out as a 6" x 4" . I have tried thios several times but I am unable to overcome this problem. Is this a program error or can you offer me a solution for this problem?

Make sure that 'Scale to fit' is not checked in the print-dialogue box, and that the scale is set to 100% (bearing in mind that your document size must be correctly set in Photoshop before you print).

Smartform print out problem : urgent

Hi,
I have developed a smartform to take the printout of the Sales Order created in VA01.
I am facing a problem while taking the printout only if the line item in the sales order are more than 25.
I the line items are less than 25 then I am able to see to the print preview as well as able to take the print out but if the item are more than 25 then I am not able to see the preview also and even able to take the print.
Kindly anybody suggest

Remember one thing u always give the first page--> next page will ber first page only.. in u r requirement (because in the firtst u r printing the item details, who knows there colud be chances of items may not fit in 1 page so when the items are more it will give proble if u give the first page next page is second page)
do as follows-- you have 2 pages PAGE1(first page) PAGE2)second Page).. now
1..in PAGE1's give the next page as PAGE1, in the PAGE2 give the next page as PAGE2.
2.. After competion of printing the ITEM details u need to print the ITEM COnditions.. so we will trigger the second page explicitily by using the COMMAND after completion of first page..
for this--> at end of the main window right clice > create>flow logi-->command.
now command widow will be inserted.. in this tick the GOTO NEXT PAGE :inthis give PAGE2. in condition tab of the COMMAND "tick only after end of Main Window.

Invoice Print out problem

Hi Gurus,
In my invoice there are 4 line items.only last two line items are taxable and in print out system has to display the text on below four items.Currently its showing the text as " CA Tax-GST 5% of 7,800.00 CAD which is wrong, as its showing the total value of all the four items, It has to display the text in this format " CA Tax-GST 5.% of 1900 CAD which is total of two taxable line items .
We are using SAP scripts. Please let me know where I have to done the changes to show the text in above format.

Hi,
First find out the output type to print the invoice and using this o/p type find the print program and layout name. Then copy the print program do the necessary modifications and assain the new program in o/p type.

Free Trial InDesign Print Out Problems

I created several designs with the free month trial of inDesign. Today I signed up for the monthly plan. When I go to print out my latest design it prints out on older one (similar but different). Does InDesign not allow you to print out designs created during the free trial after it expired, even after you've paid for the month?

SAPScript Print Out problem

My user has changed a new printer. Then, the printout of first page of each document will go up 1 line and thus not showing in the boxes of preprinted form, but the following pages of SAME document are not affected.
Then BASIS has done something on SPAD > Full admin > Device Type > Format > Printer Initialization. This then caused the first document to be printed two lines down and we have no idea how to push 1 line up this time. We also tried to put Line Feed Command in 'First Page' but layout in eveyr page is gone. Anyone of you encounter this issue and able to resolve it before? Appreciate your help., Thanks.

Once all the settings are done check in MB90 you are selecting the line item and shoting the print.

PO Print out problem

Hi All,
 I am facing a problem which has history of nearly one year... when i make an import
PO the values for the P&FO condition are shwon wrong. Ex if we put p&fo as 10000.00 JPY
(Japanese Yen) the print preview is seen as only 100.00 JPY.
 This problem is only with a particular plant and particularly JPY... If I make the PO in
USD or EUR the PO shows correct values.
 One more unique thing is that even when we have corrected the problem in all quality servers and having correct values... when we transported it to the production it is showing wrong again.

Please make use of CURRENCY to override the problem.
Check this example for some understanding:
data: amt type wrbtr value '1234.56',
 cur type waers.
cur = 'USD'.
write:/ amt currency cur.
cur = 'JPY'.

PO Print out problems in smartform

Hello Experts,
I have got a smartform for MM PO.
Here i needed to do some modifications as per the clients new requirement.
The previous requirement was to print material basic data(long text using read_text from the print program) as per the material but according to the new requirement we have to print the material po text(long text using read_text from the print program) according to the item number in the po.
So for this requirement i changed the Id from GRUN to F03 and object from MATERIAL to EKPO, As our reuirement is to print material po text so in place of name for read text i concatenated the po number and item number.
All the modifications were done in the print program only, none in the smart form.
Now my problem is when i execute the smartform it says" Include text 020200481A does not exist (object EKPO, ID F03)"
in the include text module of the smartform the values are TEXT NAME : &itab-matnr& id : f03 object ekpo language en.
Please help me solve this poblem.

what is your SRM release?
Point to check:
are you able to open or save the CONF layout through either the POWL action button "Print preview", or the "Print preview" button inside the document itself?
Check BBP_OUTPUT_CONF_PREVIEW_SMART function module which is called before pop-up to open or save the CONF layout.
If there is no problem before pop-up, problem comes from document reader (Adobe?) you use. Update it with last release.

i am priniting a smartform with logo the problem is i a getting inverted logo where as verythn else id gd.

Check the same printing in another printer
because sometimes it will happen due to printer also.
So check and confirm it
and also check the resolution of the graphic technical settings and the output options in smartform
see the steps correctly
1) In Smart Forms Editor, In left pane, right Click any Page (say Page1) and select Create -> Window, Give it a name and Description (Say Window1)
2) Right Click on Window (Window 1) and select Create -> Graphics, Give it a name and description
3) In general Attributes, Select Name, get search help (F4) , you will find a list of pictures
4) Select any picture and set its Resolution in DPI
5) Press F9 to open Smart Forms Builder, Select window (Window1) and In Output options window set, size and position of the Logo
6) Set any other parameters if required, save and activate.
7) If there is only 1 Window in the forms, set it as Main Window in general attributes.
8) Use TCode SE78 to upload new pictures and logos.

Print out problem in F.64

Hai Friends,
I am getting the following message while i try to take a "Credit_Debit_memo" through F.64
In FB12 i am giving the document number and fiscal year a request is created. after that i will the print the report through F.64, when i execute i am getting the below message.
No output of the correspondence ZAP11 1000 0012263572 2009 TEST-DISP 20090331 130042
No relevant item in document 1000 0012263572 2009; no output
what is the reason. kindly explain me.

I got the solution. the posting key in FB03 is entered as 01 instead of 04 and also the document is created as 'SA' instead 'DG'.
