9.4 Install says "examining library" then it crashes!  What do I do?

I just installed iPhoto 9.4.   I launch iPhoto & I get to a screen that tells me I need to "Upgrade" so i do.  Then it says "Examining Library" and the whole application disappears.  What do I do?

When the crash occurs there will be a window that askes if you want to report it to Apple.  Select yes and then copy the first 50 lines of the report that appears in the next window.
