A charge was made deducted from my bank account for APPLES ITUNES STORE on 10/19/12 for something I never purchased and never authorized. I WANT MY $$$ returned IMMEDIATELY .....WITH AN EXPLANATION OF WHAT THE CHARGEAS FOR AND WHERE YOU GOT MY BANK INFO.
A deduction was made from my bank account on 10/19/12 by APPLE ITUNES STORE
for a purchase and/or payment that I never made and nver authorized. I want to know why
this $$$ was deducted and for what purpose. I ALSO WANT MY $$$ REFUNDED TO MY
ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY
Stop shouting. We are all itunes users just like you.
Look at your purchase history and see what the charges were for.
If you beleive it was in error then contact itunes support

Running ITunes 10.6, on a Win7 Home Premium SP1. Just loaded about thirty of my favorite CD's on my user account.
I would like to be able to make all of them available to my other family members in their accounts on my machine, without needing to reload them all and without having to store their disk images multiple times. Can this be done, and if so, how?

Not sure about the OS level for the IPods. I am doing this for my wife and son, using an account here created for my son, which he shares with me for support purposes. But I do know they both have IPods, and our PC's and their OS's were described above.You can move the iTunes folder to a separate drive on your pc an then configure each account to use this drive / folder as iTunes library ... The problem is, that iTunes by default stores everything in your personal music folder which is separate for each user account in windows (and by default is on "C" drive).
I create a separate partition on every pc/laptop (and map a drive name) where I store music, videos and other mass data. This will also keep the "C" drive small, which is backed up from time to time and so my backup is also small. -
Why am I being tod that my storage is full when my Icloud account only has 2.8gigs used?
Apple will send out emails when it calculates your allocation is close to or has been used up. This can occur even when for example, you have initiated a backup but not completed it, others appear to have noted it can occur when moving large amounts of iCloud email around from folder to folder, the email is sent when the space to be used is calculated.
The best way to manage your allocation is to use system preferences > iCloud > manage, on your Mac or settings > iCloud > backup & storage > manage , on your mobile device. From here you can view how much of your allocated space is in use and what for, as well as removing any unwanted data. -
How do I find out what the charges are on my credit card are for. Where is the iTunes account to sign in and check?
Launch iTunes then select iTunes Store from the source list left side of the window.
Click Sign In on the right side of the window just above Quick Links.
Now click your account name.
In the next window click See All to the right of Purchase History. -

I haven't used my ipad for over 6 months and when I plug it to charge (wall charger) it just doesn't charge anymore : any idea as to what the issue is and what I should do?If the battery has been drained completely dry it will take 20 minutes or more for it to indicate that it is actully charging!

When i plug in my ipad to charge its just coming up with a red bar in the recharge icon and not charging.... what does this mean and how can it be fixed... checked all cables, not broken
First make sure you are using the charger that came with the iPad and plug that into a good wall outlet. When the iPad battery is completely drained it may take some time on the charger before the iPad responds. Be patient and let the iPad remain on the charger for at least an hour then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. If the iPad restarts let it continue to charge until the battery is at 100%. If the iPad does not restart Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.

Recently I logout from App Store and immediately I logged into the App Store .After that I clicked the FaceTime and it is asking for signin.so I entered the credentials and clicked on signin .at that moment I got one pop up like rupees 5/- deducted from your carrier account
from that moment onwards its keep on deducting the amount from mobile money account.its nothing but when I am enable the feature like FaceTime and imessage you are keep on deducting the amount from the carrier account
actually I can use the FaceTime and iMessage through internet right
then how can you deduct the amount from carrier even if the Internet is on in my mobile

Everytime I use IE, first I have to click on the IE bar to allow blocked contect to display. What is the content that is being blocked from IE? viewers may not know what the problem is and see my site totally out of format.

I delete some emails ,there are moved to trash . I delete them from trash folder too and they still appear in a folder called 'all messages". I repeat the same actions and after a while they appear again!what should i do to delete them permanently??
If you are using Apple's Mail app 6.5 is the latest version irrespective of what a previous poster says. It does sound though that you are using a gmail account online via a web browser. Please confirm and fill in missing information.

Not sure what I did but all of a sudden everything I touch has a voice attached to it. For instance, if I touch an icon it tells me out loud what the icon is and tells me to double click it. ***??? Help!

Time Machine will not let me restore from backups after June, 2013. I can see the files on the external hard drive but Time Machine skips all of them and goes back to June, 2013. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Your Desktop Picture settings and Dock items are stored in the files
/Users/your short user name/Library/Preferences/com.apple.desktop.plist and
/Users/your short user name/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist
in the "Preferences" folder in your user library. This looks like the system has trouble to write to these files. Check the permissions on your user library and remove the above files from your user library, then log off and on again.
Your user library is hidden in Lion and Mt. Lion. To reveal it, use the Finder's "Go" menu. Select "Go" in the Finder's main menu bar and hold down the alt/option key, until you see the "Library" in the drop-down menu. Double click it to open a Finder window, so you can browse the files inside.

if i open passbook on iphone 5, it always say cannot connect to itunes, any fix from apple tech support? and whats the reason for this problem? why do we have to figure it out and not even apple can give answer??
actually i found out how to fix it
1 sign out of apple account
2 close down passbook app
3 change year to 2013
4 reopen passbook and sign in at the button with your apple ID
5 change the time to auto update and it should work from now on.
