With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)

Hey, I recently updated to the newest version of itunes and whenever i open it it freezes automatically. It pops up and i can't click on anything or do anything.
I've tried reinstalling it and redownloading it multiple times but I still get the same results. I've also made sure to download the one with quicktime.
I tried downloading an older version but it says that my library was created by a newer version and it can't be read. Something along those lines.
Can someone please help me? I'm at my wits end about what to do.I'm having the same issues! iTunes over the past few days has been freezing on opening (sometimes), freezing during routine playback (sometimes), and when it freezes it refuses to die even when I try to force-quit!

Firefox freezes upon opening, although I have uninstalled the Skype toolbars add-on
I tried opening it in Safe Mode (with all add-ons disabled) and it ran fine. I enabled the skype add-on and FF died, so my best guess is that the Skype add-on was the problem (I could enable or disable, but not uninstall). I uninstalled the add-on from the CP, then uninstalled/reinstalled FF and am still having problems with Firefox, although the Skype add-on is no longer in my add-ons list.
Edit: And now even in Safe Mode, FF is freezing.Alrighty den... I downloaded AppTrap from downloads.com. I was then able to delete all of the associated Firefox files hidden on my computer with this program. Once done, I was easily able to reinstall Firefox and import my settings from Safari. I am back in the groove. Thank you all for helping me narrow down the problem.

What is the default key command for THE COMMAND (apple) key? I seem to have changed it somehow along the way and now when I push the command key (only) it hides all open windows and shows the desk top and when I push it again it shows all windows again...I need to return to default A.S.A.P. just this one key...Any ideas? Anyway, if your Mac meets the requirements you can skip 10.5.x, and even 10.6.x if you can afford to erase all your data.

Two days ago, I loaded Light Room 6. Today I went back to Light Room 5. LR 6 corrupted an entire folder of images, and caused errors on my Raid 5 causing win 7 to run "Chk Dsk" and fix the errors to the operating system. LR 5 has not shut down for the last 5 hours. LR 6 has a serious bug. Anyone else experiencing this problem. Yesterday I was on tech support, waiting for 3 hours, finally they picked up and informed me there department was closing and someone else would call me on Monday. So, I'm working today and all day Sunday to make up for the down time using LR 6.
I don't know if the bug exists in the program or the "Creative Cloud.
Question: Does anyone know why if I bought Light Room 6 [NOT Light Room CC with the monthly rental], I have to enter my serial number if I want to use it?Entering the serial number is probably part of the registration process.

Keynote 6 is compatible with Mavericks only, your profile states you are using Snow Leopard, if thats the case use Keynote version 5 and all will work as before.

I am using Adobe Creative Cloud, I go into Apps and I get the error message undefined. I cannot download anything. I try to refresh application, nothing. I can even see what I downloaded previously. I am using windows 7, 64 bit.
