Go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ and then click contact iTunes Store Support. Then find your issue in the categories and then it will most likely take you to a page with suggested things to do but also on this page should be an option to e-mail them. Just explain your problem and also have the names of the songs that you are having problems with listed in the e-mail so they can help you more quickly. They usually get back to you within 24 hours.

OK, I think I understand what's happening.
Movies are now stored in iCloud: see http://www.apple.com/itunes/inside-itunes/2012/03/movies-now-available-on-icloud .html
So they may take a while to download to your Mac. Movies are big, after all.
I believe you can guarantee the movie stays on your Mac by going to Preferences (in the iTunes menu at the top), and going to the "Advanced" tab, and checking "Copy files to iTunes media folder when adding to library".

Iphone contacts deleted off husband work phone and mine are there
I have an iphone with an icloud acct. My husband has an iphone for work that was installed with his work contacts. We unfortunately without thinking added our itunes acct on his work phone. Woke up and his work iphone contacts are gone. How do we reset it back to his work numbers. I guess the icloud changed his contacts?
Unless you have a pre-DH backup of your iphone and/or Contacts to restore to, you can add this to your list of grievances when consulting a divorce attorney.
Or get him to buy you a nice dinner at least! -
To check the install was done I have run Ps and wasted a major part of the trial waiting to get the encoder.
Kevino24635473 I would recommend reviewing the installation log files for Premiere Pro to determine why Media Encoder is not being installed. I am using LR5.6 on a Windows 7 machine with plenty of memory. LR, CS5 and all of my plug ins have been working just fine. Tonight I've found that if I make any kind of significant adjustments to an image, and the go to "Edit in.." that function does not launch. I can use the Edit in command on an unmodified image, or if I reset the modified image. I have the issue with all of my plug ins, including Photoshop, all of the Nik software, RadLab, and OnOne. I believe that all of the plug ins are current. I've been working with them yesterday and I had no issue. I cannot recall anything that has changed since then, and I have not installed any software. I'm at a loss!! Please help!
I have traced the problem to a corrupted profile. When I captured the images in question, I also used Color Cherckr to create a profile for processing. When I apply that profile to the adjustments I make, I can no longer "Edit In". If I use another profile, even one that I created using Color Checkr at a different point in time, I don't have the issue. Something seems to have corrupted the new profile. I will re-create the profile and see if the issue is resolved.

In Firefox 5.0.1, why are websites off-center now? And where are the scroll bars?
After updating to Firefox 5.0.1, website content presents off-center, font sizes are either too big or too small, and the scroll bars are missing. I am running OSX 10.5.8 on a Mac Mini.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Alarms Go Off Several Minutes After They Are Supp...
I have a Nokia 5800. Ever since I upgraded to the latest version of the operating system, the alarms go off several minutes later than they are supposed to e.g. an alarm set to go off at 05:45 actually goes off at 05:48. Sometimes it can be up to 10 minutes later. Any suggestions to fix this would be appreciated.
Note I have done a hard reset and reloaded the operating system in the last few days but this has not fixed the problem.Albums created from camera roll or photo stream don't have the actual photos. They only contain links to the actual photos which are in your camera roll and photo stream album. If you delete a "photo" from an album you only delete the link and the original photo is still there. However, if you delete a photo from the photo stream or camera roll photo it deletes it everywhere.
Albums are similar to a music playlists. When you delete a song from your iTunes library, it is also deleted from the playlist as it is no longer in your library. If you delete a "song" from a playlist, the original song is still in your music library. -
My apple ID password works for all of my devices but one. i only have one account and have changed the password several times but still cannot get it to work on my iPhone. any suggestions would be appreciated.

it turns out that my iphone seems to default to an incorrect User ID (it defaults to an @me account, which is not something that i have ever used).
even when i change the User ID in my settings for the iTunes store, it still appears when i attempt to get updates for my existing apps. however, it does seem to use the correct ID when i attempt to purchase new apps.
If someone actually had an answer to correct this, i would love to update my existing apps.

I've just signed up to iTunes Match as I have songs on my iPhone 4 which wont sync with iTunes as they are from CDs but I can't see my music in the cloud now. Anyone had the same problem and have an easy fix?
What fixed it for me:
On your computer, open iTunes > My iPhone (or whatever name you gave your iPhone) > "Music" page
Uncheck "Sync Music"
Click "Sync" button (bottom right)
Let it run and finish
Uncheck the box for every song, playlist, etc.
Click "Sync" button (bottom right) (This step may be unnecessary, but I did it and got the result I wanted.)
Let it run and finish
Check the boxes for the music you want on your iPhone
Click "Sync" button (bottom right)
Let it run and finish
See if that doesn't work for you. I tried a lot of things that did nothing, but this seems to have fixed it, and quickly. -
My iPad 2 won't charge and it's completely shut down. I've tried pressing the two buttons simultaneously, but nothing works. It's driving me crazy! Any offers of suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
1. The most efficient way to charge an iPad is with the charger that came with the iPad and having that plugged into a wall outlet. Trying to charge while connected to a laptop often doesn't work because the USB port may not provide enough power.
2. Once an iPad battery has completely drained it may take an hour or more on the wall charger before the iPad responds. So after an hour on the charger reset the iPad. Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button continuously until the Apple logo appears. Then release the button and let the device restart. You will not lose data doing this. It's like a computer reboot.
3. If the iPad still does not start up make an appt at the Apple store. It will be far better if you have an appointment rather than just walking in because those with appointments will be taken care of before you are. -
Just purchased and downloaded pe 13. While installing, I found out pe13 is not compatible with my OSX 7.5 system. Any Idea's on how to swap for pe 12? It's not available on the Adobe web site. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Adobe is not going to swap 13 for 12. It is selling only 13 download as you found out. So, you are going to have to purchase 12 if you want to use that program. It may still be available at some retail locations, such as Amazon.

I have songs on my iPhone 6 that I can't remove and when I plug into iTunes and go to "Summary" and "On This Device" the songs don't show up but they are on my phone. How do I remove them? Not even sure how they got on actually since I have a iTouch and keep all my music there. HELP!!
Have you tried deleting the songs from Settings?
Settings -> General -> Usage -> Manage Storage (not the iCloud link!) -> Music and then click Edit to enable you to be able to delete. -
I can't get some song on my iphone they work off of the computer but they wont show up on my phone they are in the "on my iphone" section but they gray and have a gray dotted circle next to them i have tried every thing I just want them on my phone HELP!!!

I recently purchased 3 CD's, some of the songs are cut off in the middle of the songs. Several times ITunes sent me a link to redownload the CD's or certain songs and each time either the same songs or different songs on the CD's would be cut short. What could be causing this?

Hi We're using iPlanet 4.1 with Verisign certificates. Every now and again it seems to die, i.e. when you attempt to access it you get a 404. The process is still in the Unix process list and when you go into the admin server it claims that the serve
