Access Not Made (Initialized Field)

Hello Experts,
I have come across a generic problem. I have defined a new field (material Type - MTART) in the field catalog and included the same in the new condition table (Country / Destination country / Material type / Cust tax cla / Material tax cla ). The condition table is included in the already defined access sequence. This access seuqnce is assigned to the tax conditn type ZWST.
A condition record maintained for the conditon type ZWST for newly defined access. When I create a sales order, the ZWST condition type is not picking up the record maintained for this access. Error message - 102 Access not made (Initialized field)
Subsequently, thecondition value from the next access is picked up.
Question - Did I miss any step during creation of a new field in the field catalog?

Error message - 102 Access not made (Initialized field)
If you are getting this msg in a sales order in the analysis why a particular condition type value has not been picked
Then this will not be a Error message and also not warning message
There will be a yellow exclamatory mark
Access not made (Initialized field) conceptually means
Suppose if you maintain a condition record say a condition type ZR00 for a sales org 1000 and DC 10 for a material X the price is Rs1000
Now in sales order the value for ZR00 is not coming and the message is Access not made (Initialized field)
This means that in the sales order either sales org is not 1000 or DC is not 10
Simply it means that condition record is maintained for sales org 1000 and DC 10 but your sales order is not created for those data
hence the access is not executed because the initialized fields sales org 1000 and DC 10 is missing

*ZINTER is originally used in billing and was decided to also use for order.
There is no problem involved in billing.
Please take note that I already found other discussions and an OSS Note regarding this issue and applied the suggested solution. But still I encounter an issue in the order created.
After implementation of the proposed solution which is moving Material type(MARA-MTART) and Valuation Class(MBEW-BKLAS) to the corresponding fields TKOMP-MTART and TKOMP-ZZBKLAS.

Sales Order Pricing : Access Not Made (initilized field).

Dear members,
In my sales order for a condition type, I am getting message as access not made (Initialized field) and there is a yellow Exclamation mark on one of the field (field name is price group).
I have a condition record maintained, But why I am getting this message.
I have read some threads here and saw my access sequences and went down to table fields, all table fields are correct. (meaning The see komk fields are assigned to document fields).
If this yellow mark comes, is it be configuration error or a data error ?

Go to the access sequence and check wheather sub-routines has been maintained.in the access sequence or Exclusive box has been checked for any key combination. If it has been checked then remove that check box and then create the sales order. then there wont be any problem

Access not made for condition type

we have a condition type ztax (Non Setoffable Tax) con. class as discount or surcharge. for this condition we created a access seq ztax having table one table with one field as tax code
requirement is, if user enters tax code this condition type should come automatically in PO.
in mek1, for different tax code we have maintained diff. tax %. but after entering the tax code, this condition type is not coming in PO.
if i check in analysis, system says"access not made (initialized field).

New Condition table / access not getting picked in purchase order.

I have created a new condition table for the tax to be calculated for Site / Material combination. The access sequence is also crated.
When I created the purchase order the condition / tax is not getting picked. When I checked in the analysis, I found that the error was Access not made (initalize field) for the site. The material is being picked up.
Please note that the site is getting picked from KOMK table ( I think it is a header table), while the site is actually there in the line item level in the po.
Request your help at the earliest.

TCODE OBQ2
Select the tax access sequence. Click on accesses. Tick the right combination required site / article . then click on the fields tab. This will take you to the next screen. There click on the field for which you want to change the selection table and then click on field catalog at the bottom of the screen.
This will take you to the field catalog screen. there select the table and field and then save.
With this procedure you can select the required field into KOMK OR KOMP.

SCOM 2012 Issue The Data Access service is either not running or not yet initialized

Hello All,
My SCOM 2012 console all of sudden stopped working when I changed the size of the SQL database for the SCOM server.
The setup is all on a virtual machine running windows 2012, with SQL 2012 running SCOM 2012 SP1. Everything was working until I made the SQL server database size change.
Now I am getting an error when I try to open the SCOM 2012 console. It just says Failed to connect to server servername.internaldomain.com The Data Access service is either not running or not yet initialized. Check the event log for more information.

The issue got resolved after refresh the SCOM Data base access service account in SQL 2012.
Unable to launch the operations manager 2012 R2 console after extended the C drive of the SQl server ,getting error "The Data

Got to your SQL server -->databases-operationsmanager--security-users--locate the daa service account and refresh.issue fixed and am able to luanch.

Start SCSM Services
Microsoft Monitoring Agent
System Center Management Configuration
Microsoft System Center Data Access Service.
Wait 2 min...
check Event Viewer...

Get "System Center Data Access Service" is running Automatic not manual and verify that SQL server is running and connectivity between SCOM and SQL is up and not slow for any application run on background.
To make sure that no application take utilize connectivity between SQL and SCOM. Try to restart SQL and SCOM and check again.

The owner details are not loaded by default when you load all projects.
You have to make sure the details of the project owner are loaded before you can access them:

Error could not access a java object field called allowAppDataInServContext after Applying Security

After applying the security patch 12-26 I am getting the error "Could not access a java object field called allowAppDataInServContext". When I removed the update the error goes away. When I read the update it returns.
The error states it occurred in the following line: cfapplication name="somename" clientmanagement="No" sessionmanagement="Yes" setclientcookies="Yes"

I have also load and execute query.but fail to resolve it Please suggest me and provide solution.

If you use the Include<TSource> Method in the Load method, we will retrieve only the ids of items in this query, so
the listItems.ListItemCollectionPosition will not be initialized.
You can use the <ViewFields> tag in CAML Query to specify the field values to return with each item instead.

The Data access service not running or not yet initialized.

Hello guys ,
i am getting the following error wen tryin to open the console The Data access service not running or not yet initialized. on scom 2012 R2 before it was working fine but once i closed the console and open got the error
OS : Windows 2012r2 patched and scom 2012 r2
sql : 2012 r2 enuff database size
tried few things as :
1. change the account to domain admin for system center data acess service still no luck
2. created registry keys for servicepipetimeout to 6000 bt still nit working
3. Refresh sql account used for sccom data aceess service still no luck
4. the service disappears as running after 30 seconds and the console is unable to open
kindly help if some perfect resolution as lot of time has been wasted and need to meet deadlines.

Check that following:
Verify permission of SCOM Account on sysadmin and OM DB.
Check firewall that is disable
Check antivirus that didn't block scom folders or services.
Check SQL services is running
Check Space of database at 5 GB as you configured. It is best practice to set the db size at a reasonable size and not to set to autogrowth.

What it have to do is to replace the Title and Site logo, using the "Title" and "Value" fields of the "Configuration Values" list.

Field not appearing in Field Catelog (V/60)

Hi Guys,
I need to replace an existing table by creating a new Table in the existing Access Sequence with the combination of "Ship to Party/Product Hierarchy".
Logistics>Shipping>basic Shipping functions>Output determination>Maintain Condition Tables-->maintain output condition table for deliveries.
I am choosing a new table by the name 902, but i am not getting the field " PRODH Product Hierarchy" on the right hand side to choose from.
I checked the field catelog also. Firstly the field catelog was also not having the field, and then i added the field in it by choosing new entries.
I guess i am missing some step in between, thats why the new field (PRODH) is not showing on the right hand side while creation of the condition table.
One more thing, when i am seeing the Field Catelog, i am able to see a very large number of fields, then why only a few are appearing during creation of a new table??????
Can you guys help me out on this, this is the 3rd time I am posting this query.???

For adding field into Field catalogue:
I shall give an example. But you should first identify the field for Profit Center (Design ID) and then do as follows:
For example if you want to use field PSTYV ('Sales document item category') that is included in structure KOMP ('Pricing Communication Item') as a key for a condition table.
When you create a condition table (Transaction V/03), however, the system does not propose the field in the field catalog.
Prerequisites:
For technical reasons, field PSTYV was included in structure KOMP, however, not in structure KOMG ('Allowed Fields for Condition Structures').
To solve the problem, proceed as follows:
1. Call up the ABAP Dictionary (Transaction SE11) and create data type ZZPSTYV. Choose PSTYV as a domain.As a short text, you can use, for example, 'ZZ - sales document item category' and as a field label, you can use the field labels of PSTYV.Save, check and activate your entries.
2. Call up structure KOMPAZ in the ABAP Dictionary (Transaction SE11) in the change mode and make the following entry:

ZZPSTYV     ZZPSTYV
Save, check and activate the change you made.
3. Note:Because of the change in structure KOMPAZ, field ZZPSTYV is now known in structures KOMG and KOMP because structure KOMPAZ is included in both structures.
4. Call up Transaction SPRO. Navigate to 'Sales and Distribution -> Basic Functions -> Pricing -> Pricing Control' and execute 'Define Condition Tables'. Choose 'Conditions: Allowed fields' and include ZZPSTYV as a new entry.
5. Note:Now you can use field ZZPSTYV as a key field when you create a condition table Axxx.
6. Supply the new field you defined by including the following source code line in USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP:
              MOVE xxxx-PSTYV TO TKOMP-ZZPSTYV.
In order processing you find the user exit in Include MV45AFZZ, and in billing document processing you find it in Include RV60AFZZ.
Consider that you can also use this note as a help if you want to use other customer-specific fields as key fields in a condition table.For header fields, use structure
KOMKAZ instead of structure KOMPAZ and USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK instead of USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP.
For more information, see Transaction SPRO via the path 'Sales and Distribution -> System Modifications -> Create New Fields (Using Condition
Technique) -> New Fields for Pricing' and Note 21040.
For creating a condition Table:
1) There are almost all the regularly used Conditon Table predefined in the system from 001 to 500.
See what best you can use the Standard Tables to avoid further errors.
2) In case you should define the new condtion Table,
a) Goto TCode: V/03
b) Give a Table any number from 501-999
Press execute and reach to next screen.
c) Check up whether the field you are looking is already added in Field catalogue.
d) Double click on the fields you want to make a Table..one by one. Note that the sequence here is important in higher hierarchical to lower..
Eample : Sales Org, DC, Division, Customer and then Material etc..,
e) After selecting, click on the Techincal View buttin (redone) and reach to next screen.
7) Check which key should be in header and which key should be footer. Use check and uncheck functionalities there..
8) Once you are through with all the above steps ..click on generate button.
Check the Table is generated or not.
You can check it at V/04 or V/05 or in SE11.

SQL access not possible (LC10 / LiveCahce)

Hi All!
I have installed my SCM system and LiveCache Client on the iSeries. My LiveCache Server is installed on a Windows 64-bit Server. I am following the post steps to Initialize LiveCache:
To initialize the liveCache instance LCA:
a) Choose Back (F3). (in LC10)
The liveCache: Initial Screen re-appears.
b) Enter LCA in the Name of database connection field.
c) Choose liveCache: Monitoring.
In the tree structure select <LC_NAME>(<host name-LC_Name>) Administration and
double-click on Operating.
The liveCache Administration menu appears.
e) From the menu, choose Administration Initialize liveCache
Several dialog boxes appear.
f) Confirm with Yes.
But when the screen comes up after selecting LiveCache Monitoring, up in the left hand corner, there is an '!' that reads: SQL access not possible .
Has anyone encountered this problem?

The problem is that you tried to connect as SUPERDBA user, which was created
with Default type < database parameter DEFAULT_CODE=ASCII > & the Application is UNICODE system.
What has to be checked/fixed on your system:
-> Go to TA LC10 -> LCA connection -> Integration && check what user you set for the Standard liveCache user. Why did you set 'SUPERDBA' user ? It has to be SAPR3 or SAP<SID>. Check what
   user you selected during the liveCache installation as LCUSER.
-> Please check in LC10 -> Integration for LDA/LEA connections if you set the DBM user - control
   & liveCache user and passwords correctly. You could also test connections in /ndb59.
