Account is not in Chart of Accounts ABC

Hi all,
While doing Contract posting through transaction code RERAPP the following error I am getting.
"Account is not in chart of accounts ABC" Message Number is: F_001.
These is error is coming whenever I am using Condition as Security deposit account for Contract.
In config I mainatined as Special G/L account symbol as "0" and assigned this Account symbol to Flowtype for Security deposit account.
And in Replace account symbol I used Special G/L account symbol "0" for this Security Deposit Account and I am not entered G/L account in G/L account field.
My basic scenario was I need to pay Security deposit amount to Vendor.
Experts Please help me to solve this issue and is there any other settings I need to do.

in customizing view "replace account symbol" please add the special G/L Account that you are using for account symbol "0" in G/L account field.

HI, I'm trying to GR a PO for a material using movement type 101 and am getting the following error
"Account determined for entry (chart of accounts no) WRX 0003 not possible"
I know that I need to go to OBYC to make an entry for transaction WRX for valuation group code 0003 and valuation class and then assign it to the relevant gl.
My problem is I don't know what the valuation class should be. In the PO there is short text entered for the item rather than a material number so I cannot go to the material master to check what valuation class is assigned. Is it linked anywhere to the material group?

so that it will take this GL account for blank materia number

u cna give valuation class to material group

Account numbers with unassigned Chart of accounts

Hi..
Records for the cube are coming from R/3 via a program into a table. BW loads the data from the table. In the table there are some records for an account number 40200 which is assigned to Chart of Accounts and some records for the same account number 40200 which is not assigned to Chart of Accounts.
The data was loaded into BW. Now the query shows two records for the same account number.
I want to assign the Chart of accounts to the unassigned ones, in BW, so that the query shows only one record.
Is there a way to fix this issue in BW? Do I need to write some transfer routine?

Thanks for the reply. I already tried this out. In the scheduler selection, for the datasource - 0account_text, text attribute for account, I gave in the account number with no selection in chart of accounts and scheduled the package.
It is bringing the texts only for the account number which has chart of accounts assigned to it, not for unassigned ones.

Drilldown report FGI0 Account Number and compounding Chart of Accounts

Dear all,
I created a drilldown report in FGI0 for FAGLFLEXS (Reporting for Table FAGLFLEXT). I am showing the field Account Number. However the field display is [Chart of accounts][Account number] in the corresponding column, but I want to display only the Account number.
If I remove the compounding field RKTPL from table TKAFD, then the program cannot find the Account Number Text.
Is there a way to show only the Account Number, without the Chart of Accounts in its 4 first fields, and also show the account text?

Mail account is not shown in internet accounts

Hi,
I have multiple email accounts configured on my Mail client. One of my email account is not show in Internet Account in System Preferences but it is available in Mail Accounts list so I am unable to edit it

In IE, favicon will not be shown in the title bar or the addressbar as in other browsers. As its name indicates it is "Favorites Icon". If we add the web page to the favorites (ie Bookmark) then this icon will be used.
In IE,
1. Open the web page,
2. Select Favorites --> Add to Favorites
3. Now, You could see the Favicon in the Favorites menu.
May be in the later versions of IE, it may use the favicon to show up in title bar or address bar similar to other browsers...

I have Norton Internet Security, but that doesn't seem to have stopped it. And it's goofy. It won't let me lock it by clicking its lock. The lock keeps magically coming unlocked.

How can copy GL account created at one chart of account to another COA

Hello sap experts
we have a requirement where client is using one chart of acocunt ND12 & they want to copy all the g.l account created at this chart of account to a new chart of account ND13.
Kindly suggest is there any way to copy g.l accounts from one COA to another?

IMovie works in Test account but not in main user account

I have been having issues with iMovie such as lag time and trailers not playing back properly in preview mode. I created a new user account to see if it was isolated to my own user and sure enough the problems went away and iMovie is working smoothly.
So what could be causing the issue on my user account? I tried to usual suspects: repair permissions, delete preferences, etc., but nothing helped.
Any ideas?

I'm working with SAP Business Objects 4.0 SP2 patch 5 and SAP Enterpriseportal. I want to use Single Sign On with trusted authentication in enterprise portal. EP administrator has created an infoview in order to be able to connect the portal and BO.
I have configured trusted authentication in BO but when I try to use the infoview from the portal the following error appear:
"Account Information Not Recognized: The user account has been disabled.(FWB 00012) "
the user used in the sap portal is also defined and active in sap BO.
In order to activate SSO in BO I executed the following steps:
1. Log onto the CMC.
2. Went to the Authentication management area.
3. Select the Enterprise option. The "Enterprise" dialog box opens.
4. Scroll down until I see "Trusted Authentication".
4.a. Click Trusted Authentication is enabled.
4.b. Click New Shared Secret.
4.c. Click Download Shared Secret.
5. Selected Update to commit the shared secret.
6. Saved the trustedprincipal.conf file in the boe server in the path:
'D:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects
Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86'
7. Modified the file 'D:\Program Files (x86)\SAP

Hi Giovanni,
The configuration you have wonu2019t work. You have two different web application servers: Netweaver and Tomcat. Your user credentials are only established in one of them: Netweaver. When you configure trusted authentication in Tomcat you have to authenticate the user in this Web Application server. The REMOTE_USER canu2019t pass from one server to another.
You can confirm this capturing your request using Fiddler in your browser.

Error in P & L aacounts not in chart of accounts

Hello,
I have maintained account group P & L in my chart of accounts 4040 in SPRO>Financial Accounting>General Ledger accounting>Preparation>Defined Account Group.
When trying to create G/L account FS00 it throws error message
No P4040L statement account type is defined in chart of accounts 4040. This is because I have to create Retained earning s in OBD4. Error is like
"No P&L statement account type is defined in chart of accounts 4040"
Procedure Define a P&L statement account type in chart of accounts 4040
When I have given account group with chart of accounts 4040 why still I am getting this error? Once I deleted entry & added P & L in Chart of accounts 4040.
When I tried to post Retained Earning it requires G/L account. While creating G/L account it says No P4040L statement account type is defined in chart of accounts 404. I have created P & L account in OBD4 Still not able to resolve. Experts please help me. THX.

I have had similar issue, I have created the account group as well as the chart of account and two earning accounts X and X1 respectively with their GL Account assigned to them with OB53.
But on creating the GL account with FS00,the system is giving me this message
" no ZGALL statement account type is defined in chart of account ZGAL.
I have followed this tread and try to implement it is not working. I later went to OB53 again, the system does not give me access because I have initially created retain earning account.
Could you guys come to my assistance please?

Country chart of accounts mapping to operational chart of accounts

We intend to use country specific chart of accounts to one of our company code along with operational chart of accounts. We try to map 1 operational G/L account to a group of country G/L accounts, system not allowing doing this, understanding it allows only 1:1 mapping.
Is there any work around to achieve this?
Requirement at country COA level, G/L accounts should be created and reported by Department: e.g.
Salary u2013 Finance u2013 600100
Salary u2013 R/D u2013 600110
Salary u2013 Marketing u2013 600120
The same way for couple of P&L accounts to be created, but in operational COA we do have only one expense or revenue account these are used across the globe (all company codes).
I heard that, it is possible in SPECIAL PURPOSE LEDGER, creating new ledger and assigning the country specific chart of accounts, inputting some validation to achieve this purpose.
Simulating the purpose, with an example; during posting, where Operational COA G/L ACCOUNT equals to specific COST CENTER check FUNCTIONAL AREA and pick the appropriate country COA G/L ACCOUNT .
Substitution for Validation; Functional Area = Country Specific G/L Account
Currently Iu2019m using the mySAP and using New G/L (not document split), would like to achieve the Special Purpose Ledger functionality by creating a new ledger type in New G/L to map country specific chart of accounts to operational chart of accounts (N:1).
Please share any other alternatives avail to achieve this.
The reports are needed by functional area,
Balance sheet by functional area G/L accounts (country specific COA)
(Figured some difficulty to assign functional area to G/L accounts, though I have cost of sales accounting is activated)
T/B by functional area G/L accounts (country specific COA)
Journals by functional area G/L accounts (country specific COA)
Document line items by functional area G/L accounts (country specific COA)
Please try to share you thoughts and advice on this.

My account has not updated new prepaid account

opened a new Prepaid mobile added to my account which has not happened also had alot of trouble rechargeing with Voucher because the my account was not showing after number of phone calls to Telstra and being told by robot can't do that ring this number same answer rang again and used a different answer got through to overseas call centre very nice but had np idea what i wanted recharge my prepaid finally someone worked out to recharge with voucher.My problem now is my account still has not updated so I can recharge more when needed???
