ACE4710 Show crypto files displays file size mismatch

For some reason when I compare backup and active ACE4710 certs size I have a size mismatch on 2 certs. I have done everything I can think of to elimanate this mismatch in size. I start off on the active with crypto import terminal xyz.pem which then a show crypto files displays as say 1800 then through a console session with putty I attach to the backup where i use the export from the master and run the same import command then show crypto file again where there is a  significant file size difference. Could this be as a result of the serial connection versus the telnet session otherwise on the master? I know that the master is using the correct file size cert as it is up and tested where unless I do a failover to the backup I do not know the cert will work and as well crypto verify shows both sets match on active and backup?  Right now I am in a warm standby state for ft as a result. Thanks.

Hi,
Figured out a fix. What I later came to realize is that I had originally uploaded through FTP the key and cert pem as one file which then the system seperated (with an ultimate  file size based on this procedure) did not later match my copy and paste import file size for the two already seperate files. As well I was very carefull about white space and verify was done on both active and backup ACEs and the key pair in question. I was able to fix the problem by exporting from the copy and paste version and then re importing to the other device also through the terminal then use the new ones in the SSL proxy config for the pair in question. Then delete the FTP uploaded cert and key. Thanks for your help.

  • File displaying wrong size.

The file displaying the wrong size is Fallout New Vegas on a wineskin wrapper. The wrapper was 500 Megabytes. When I installed fallout New Vegas on the wrapper, it remained at 500 Megabytes. I had installed it on the Desktop and now my About my Mac is doing the same thing. It only displays the 500 megabytes the file shows. I clicked more info and it still said that. How do I fix this to display it?
BTW, when I copy it, it says 8.33 Gigabytes and  that is it's correct size.

The Mac is reporting file size in megabytes.  Windows is reporting file size in mebibytes.  The difference is that a megabyte is 1,000,000 bytes, while a mebibyte is 1,048,576 bytes.  This change was made in Mac OS X so that reported disk sizes would agree with manufacturer's claimed sizes...  most manufacturers claiming a size of 500 GB mean 500,000,000,000 bytes.  Mac OS X will also call that number of bytes 500 GB, while Windows will call it 465.7 GB.  That confused a lot of people.

Have you still the init.ora file ? Try to restart your db with an pfile instead, then recreate a spfile.

I don't think it is related to firewall/security, because other updates for flash, dreamweaver and others updated successfully.
I had the same issue with one of Dreamweaver CS5.5 updates, it wouldn't update no matter how many times i redownload (using Adobe Updater).
one aspect is that, it takes its time downloading updates, but fails upon applying them, so links (accessing web) is not an issue here.
Also, looking at the error message, it says file size mismatch, and it appeard just ONE second after trying to download sig files
it's possible that, either sig file size mismatches what's written in webfeed file (or whatever "manifest" file as referred to in log),
    or
dmg file size as written in sig file does not match the one dowloaded. as sig (signature) files are small, around 5k each. (could have been downloaded in less than one second).
I don't know why I haven't seen anyone else complaining from the same problem, though seemingly sig files are the same for same dmgs.
Or, I could have been the first to complain, and what I did worked for them too, hopefully

  • Metadata - show properties when display of the file in the folder

    Hi
We just setup KM and now I am searching the possibilities to shown the properties of a file such as size, modified by, modified at , etc
This are the standard properties. But I would like to shown custom properties for example For_Period and In_Period.
Reading the documentation of metadata / properties / layout set I thought that I can creatie 2 custom properties which will also be displayed besides size / modified by.
But the test doesn't give any result.
Has I understand wrong the documentation ? Or is it possible to display custom properties ?
If yes, can you explain me how ?
    Kind Regards

    Hi Pascale,
    > Has I understand wrong the documentation ?
    Probably
    > Or is it possible to display custom properties ?
    Of course it is.
    > If yes, can you explain me how ?
The main documentation about this is to be found here: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/79/a1d23e6b2c3d67e10000000a114084/frameset.htm
Anyhow, you should get familiar with the whole FlexUI first, that makes these things MUCH more understandable... So better read the whole chapter: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/82/80b1a12de07c48bf74c3983f42dcf1/frameset.htm
    Hope it helps

  • [SOLVED] Arch has pacman -Qkk "Size mismatch" for files in /usr !

    Hello!
With following command I was checking on files that differ from it's original versions in mtree:
    pacman -Qlkk 2>/tmp/pacman_size_mismatch 1>/dev/null; cat /tmp/pacman_size_mismatch | grep "Size mismatch" | grep -v /etc/
Files in /usr look suspicious, because /usr should only have read-only data (according to wiki):
    warning: linux: /usr/lib/modules/3.12.7-2-ARCH/modules.alias (Size mismatch)
    warning: linux: /usr/lib/modules/3.12.7-2-ARCH/modules.alias.bin (Size mismatch)
    warning: linux: /usr/lib/modules/3.12.7-2-ARCH/modules.dep (Size mismatch)
    warning: linux: /usr/lib/modules/3.12.7-2-ARCH/modules.dep.bin (Size mismatch)
    warning: linux: /usr/lib/modules/3.12.7-2-ARCH/modules.symbols (Size mismatch)
    warning: linux: /usr/lib/modules/3.12.7-2-ARCH/modules.symbols.bin (Size mismatch)
I have checked other machine and reinstalled linux package, but it seems like it's default behaviour.
Is there any explanation on that? Is this some error?

Just so you know, you don't need the 'l' in -Qlkk.  Just -Qkk will yield the same results.  If you use -Qlkk, pacman will first list all the files in every single package first, then give you the -Qkk results.

  • Copying files folders display different sizes

I'm pretty sure I'm not crazy, but isn't it true that when you copy files from one drive to another, the sizes as reported in the Finder may not always be equal even though the actual files may be exactly the same. Nothing fancy here, just a manual drag and drop of about 20 folders with many files in each. In all cases, one drive is displaying consistently smaller folder sizes than the other by <1% and as much as 30%. Should I worry or is this just one of those oddities of sectors and formatting and so on?

It can vary due to File Allocation Block sizes, but 30 % would either mean a really small file... 1,025 bytes requiring 2 1,024 size block & may report 2048 on one, or one drive is not HFS+, like perhaps FAT32, in which case whole Forks can get lost.
Or are you talking about the Get info Window that reports in Bytes for size?

  • Flash files displayed in browser before-don't any more

I have already spent hours trying to figure out what's going
on here, and I've searched the forums for an answer. Either I'm not
searching for the right words or I'm the only person in the whole
world with this problem. I have been inserting simple .swf
slideshows in a Rotary bulletin for months now using Dreamweaver 8.
No problems. In the last two weeks none of my .swf files display in
any browser. Like they don't exist at all. Regular images are fine,
but the .swf files simply aren't there.
This is a page that should have a flash file playing in the
article called "A Golfing We Will Go."
    http://bbrc.net/archives/Vol18/061206/rev.html
When I look at the code, it shows the reference to the flash
    file (
    http://www.bbrc.net/archives/Vol18/061206/RTWCletus),
but it's not displaying. I also noticed that even though the DW
code has the .swf tag on the end of the string, it's not showing up
in the code I'm viewing after I've published the page to the
server. So, I updated the page and added .swf after the flash file
name (RTWCletus.swf). It didn't make any difference.
The only thing I've done differently in the past few weeks is
to install the latest DW updater. I have seen references to that
screwing up things with IE, but that isn't the problem I'm having.
My files aren't displaying in ANY browser and I don't get any
message window. It's not just this page, either. I made one page
with one simple .swf file and it doesn't show up. Yet, I can click
the Play button in DW and it plays the video just fine. What could
    have changed?

I decided there is no need to make anyone wade through that
whole page of code since even a simple page is not displaying the
.swf file. I created this tiny test page with just some text and
    the flash file.
    This is the page:

  • Incorrect file date and size

I have just resaved a large project in Photoshop CS6 as both a .psd and .jpg file but both the file date and size in Explorer and Photoshop>Open show the date and size of a previous save.  This was a bit confusing and concerning as I thought I had lost all my hard work, but on opening both files they contain the latest updates.
Anyone else experienced this, and why is it happening.
    Thanks

They show the same date because what your looking Window at The File Explorer UI and Photoshop Is using a Windows File Open Dialog are showing the same File date. I ask where you were seeing dates in Photoshop.  It turns out your looking at file open which is using a windows dialog.   Windows file system records date for files in it file system directories and knows where application store dates in some files formats. Like Image files metadata.  Windows UI has options to display many of these dates.  Some date may be redundant however if there is an option to show a date it will be stored in a different location.  Which also means these redundant date may be out of sync if they are updated at different times.  Which date windows shows by default I'm not exactly sure which one that it is or when it gets updated.
If you right click in the dialog column title bar you can select many dates to be displayed some date will not be present in many file formats. Here is a screen capture of Photoshop open dialog have you even seen this.

  • Tags, no longer displaying file names and other issues

I upgraded to Mavericks, MacBook Air.
I need help sorting out what is going on with Tags.
I have a screen shot, but uploading it to this post is another problem I have run into with Mavericks.  I click on the camera icon, click on upload file, and then I get a list of greyed out files, and am unable to select any of them.  Very unmac like.
Back to the tag issue.  The tags are listed in the open finder window.  Most of the tags I have created, when selected, will display all the files with that tag, and show the file name or icon.
BUT, one of my tags, which has over a thousand files, will not display the file names.  What is shown are a list of blank icons, and no file names.  The preview for each file still shows as it should when a file is selected, and the file name is listed in the preview.
A picture is worth a thousand words, so I really wish I could have uploaded the screen shot!
In addition, some of the files, e.g. a .pdf file, will show no icon, no file name, no file size, but will open when double clicked and dispaly the file name and a greyed out addition to the file name "-Locked".  Much weirdness.
Tags have not been working well for me.  I have used colours extensively in the past for organization and now it seems to be a huge problem converting to tags.  What a painful transition from Mountain Lion!

With the backup completed, I followed your suggestion:
"Go to your Finder "Go" menu hold the option key and choose Library. Then go to Preferences folder and trash these files:
    com.apple.finder.plist
    com.apple.sidebarlists.plist
Then, restart, or log out and in again."
The smart folders disappeared.  The original Tags named by colour are back on the list of Tags, and the problems remain unchanged.
In the Tags I created for my file collection, call it the LotsOfFiles folder, there are no file names listed, none.
However, when I changed the permissions on every file in the LotsOfFiles folder to Staff-Read & Write, then I was able to change, add, and delete Tags from the files.  Also, once the permissions were changed the file names appeared, after five minutes... so I edited this entry when I discovered the change.
The files in LotsOfFiles have been collected since 1995, and have been saved to many computers and many backup systems.  They also have been used, saved, changed etc. in operating systems dating back to OS7, and almost every operating system up to 10.9.  They also are being used on different computers right now, one running OS 10.3.9. one running 10.7, and one running 10.9.  The computers all have different admin logins and info.
But I still can't upload files to this forum!

  • Error while displaying file " C:Temp Filename.Ext cannot be created"

    Dear Friends
Some users face problem while display the file. They get message " C:\Temp\ Filename.Ext cannot be created ". I checked Details. I got explaination as follows.
Caution! You are not authorized to work with temporary storage
    Message no. ED204
    Diagnosis
You do not have authorization to read or write from or to the temporary storage.
The system uses the temporary storage when you display or change programs using the ABAP Editor.
The system checks to see whether there is a temporary version of the program.
If there is, a dialog box appears in which you must choose whether to use the temporary version or the database version.
The system fills the temporary storage when the editor crashes or you save a temporary version of the program.
    System Response
You probably do not have the authorization object S_DATASET.
    Procedure
Ask your system administrator to assign you the relevant authorization.*
Actually this  problem never occurs frequently. User access the files very frequently creating around 200 Mb to 400 Mb in C:\Temp Folder per day per user. I observerd as per message that User is not have Access right to C drive. Once I get access from IT for that user he is able to display file. But before giving right he is able to display file. But suddenly he is not able to display. I am not getting exact reason why this problem occurs. Some users temp folder size is upto 700 Mb with no acces right to C Drive still he is able to see the image.
In DC20 I have kept C:\Temp as path for temp folder.
I have checked the links  also
    Request you to provide me
What is exact reason of the error?
Is the solution to problem is giving access rights to the user?
Do I have to give authorization object S_DATASET to a user?
    With Regards

    Dear Amaresh
Thanks for your reply and solution.
So you mean to say thats this Authorization object  has to be provided to user?
But my question is how the user was able to see the file even when this Authorization Object was not assigned.
He was able to display all file. But for particular DIR he is not able to display.
    I have checked this thread
    http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/PLM/Error26172withSAPGUI710+patch13.
    User has SAP GUI 7.10

    Request your help

  • Ways to handle large volume data (file size = 60MB) in PI 7.0 file to file

    Hi,
In a file to file scenario (flat file to xml file), the flat file is getting picked up by FCC and then send to XI. In xi its performing message mapping and then XSL transformation in a sequence.
The scenario is working fine for small files (size upto 5MB) but when the input flat file size is more then 60 MB, then XI is showing lots of problem like (1) JCo call error or (2) some times even XI is stoped and we have to strat it manually again to function properly.
Please suggest some way to handle large volume (file size upto 60MB) in PI 7.0 file to file scenario.
    Best Regards,
    Madan Agrawal.

    Hi Madan,
If every record of your source file was processed in a target system, maybe you could split your source file into several messages by setting up this in Recordset Per Messages parameter.
However, you just want to convert you .txt file into a .xml file. So, try firstly to setting up
    EO_MSG_SIZE_LIMIT parameter in SXMB_ADM.
However this could solve the problem in Inegration Engine, but the problem will persit in Adapter Engine, I mean,  JCo call error ...
Take into account that file is first proccessed in Adapter Engine, File Content Conversion and so on...
and then it is sent to the pipeline in Integration Engine.

  • Not all files copied to burn folders are showing up as alias files.

I am trying to perform a very trivial function of burning JPEGS on my DVD.  I've done it tons of times with minimal issues.
However, recently, I have noticed a consistent issue in the burn folder:
When I try to place JPEGS from a master/original folder to a burn folder on my desktop, I notice that most all files will correctly be "alias" files (as expected).  However, there are a few (one or two) that will show up as JPEG files.  That JPEG file size is smaller than the original, which leads me to believe that it is having trouble making it an alias file.  When I click on that JPEG file in the burn folder, I get the following error "the file 'xyz.jpg' could not be opened.  It may be damaged or use a file format that preview doesn't recognize."  However, when I open that file from the origina source, it opens fine.
When I "get info" properties, I notice that in the general file information section, it does not show the original source location (as it does when looking at the alias "get info" properties.)
So what I have to do at this point is delete the false JPEG file image in the burn folder, and individually replace that with the file from the original source.  At that point, it makes it an alias file.
Although I found a work around to get files burned, I want to fix this so this does not happen when I am placing large amounts of files in burn folder.  As it is, I can no longer trust the burn folder and have to inspect it before I burn to make sure all files are alias files.
Anybody experience this and have a way to fix this in the system?
Many of you probably are experiencing this, but if you are not checking your burn folder, it will just look like a corrupt file on your CD/DVD.
    Thanks for your help.

I am still having the issue.  Currently, what I do is export full res files from my master RAWs using Aperture 3.  To do this, we create an export folder on desktop or any other specific storage location.  We then use the burn folders as a simple method to create an immediate backup DVD of the JPEGS.  As described above I am using the drag and drop technique currently to move images into the burn folder, as we have a few different labeled burn folders in our workflow.
I am not using iPhoto at all for this process, as all of my images are managed with Aperture 3.  However, since the files/exports coming out of A3 seem to be fine, I am not currently questioning the integrity of the export.
I am going to try to use the burn folder technique from finder as BRB8910 suggests as an alternate method and report back on the outcome.
But Here is a revised issue of the initial stated problem:
I went back to my desktop to do some additional testing and tried a new condition...keeping the burn folder closed down.
On my desktop, I created a new burn folder called "burn tester 2".  I left it unopened and dragged the same master images from the same master folder directly into the folder collapsed down.  ANd guess what?  All the alias images seem to appear in the "Burn Tester 2" burn folder fine.
NOW, here is the newly discovered issue.  I removed the alias files in the "Burn Tester 2" Burn folder.  For my next test, I opened the empty burn folder.  So know I have an empty open burn folder window.  I then opened my master folder and highlighted all the master JPEG images and dragged them into the same "Burn Tester 2
burn folder that is now open.  Guess what?  The issue remains.  I will get some files that copy in as corrupt JPEG files along with mostly Alias files.
I deleted the burn tester 2 burn folder all together, and recreated a third virgin burn folder and this time opened first.  when I dragged images to the freshly created and open burn foldder 3, I get the same issue.  When I delete the burn folder contents and collapse (close) the burn folder window, I then drag images to that burn folder 3 directly on the desktop (while closed), and then all the Alias files seem to drag in fine, with no JPEGs.
So it appears after my testing, I discovered that this issue only happens when I copy into a burn folder that is an open window.
I am just really confused as to why this is happening.
Hope this provides additional insight.  BTW:  Yes, I did reboot my system prior to retesting and I am using MAC OS 10.6.8 MacPro Quad Core with 8 GB RAM.
