I think you mean Photoshop CS2. Photoshop 2 is from around 1992. The old Adobe activation servers were taken down. CS2 is about a decade old Adobe made a new download for old customers that legal customers can download and install. Download Acrobat 7 and CS2 products

I have a macbook pro running snow leopard. Just recently I cannot view youtube videos and other online videos. I recently updated my flashplayer plugin and I believe that is the problem. Is the latest flashplayer plugin compatible with 10.6.8? If this is so, I need to find an older flash player plugin to reinstall. I do not want to upgrade from 10.6.8 at this time because I have 18 yrs. worth of financial records on Quicken that I have read will not work with Lion and I've read bad things about running music programs on Maverick.

1) Quicken 2007 for Intel (Snow Leopard, Lion, Mt. Lion and Mavericks) is a full featured app that can be downloaded from Intuit for $15 and will work with your data file if you are using Quicken 2005, 2006 or 2007 (if you version is earlier, let me know for more instructions on easy conversion):

Do I have to install Adobe Reader Version XI (11.0.06) when I have Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard Version 9.5.5 on my WIN7 Pro, just because Firefox 26.0 needs a newer plugin?
No. 9.5.5 is the latest version but it is no longer supported with updates. It is possible to get Firefox to stop blocking.
Version 11 does have significant security enhancements though, particularly on Windows. -
Why do duplicate and/or older versions of plugins/addons appear on startup?
I recently started using CCCleaner and ran an analysis of all the plugins and add-ons that are enabled for start-up on FireFox. Interestingly, many of the older versions of some add-ons and plugins appeared and are enabled. Moreover, several of the same programs appear more than once. Is this appropriate? Can the older versions of the the plugins/add-ons be disabled?

This is probably done in an older Firefox version because current Firefox versions move the previous folder to an Old Firefox Data folder on the desktop.
If you do not need any data from other than the profile that you currently use then you can remove all other profiles.
You can also remove older versions of plugins that are no longer needed and only keep the most recent plugin version.<br />
You can see the path of plugins in the pluginreg.dat file in the profile folder.

I'm trying to download iLife and iWork apps for my MacBook. For example: The GarageBand app will not download because it says it is compatible with 10.9. I have 10.7 and cannot update to 10.9 because I'm on a 13in. Late 2007 MacBook. Any suggestions?Click here and follow the instructions. I am using Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard version in Windows 8.1 and when I try to create a .pdf file, I receive the following error message "Acrobat could not open "file name.log" because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged. To create a PDF document, go to the source application then print the document to .pdf" I am going to the source application and printing the document to .pdf yet it's saving the file as a .log file. After reinstalling the software, I initially didn't encounter this problem but on my second and third attempts to convert files to .pdf format, this error message reappeared. How do I resolve this problem?

Firfox requested to update previous version to new version of which i allowed. After installation complete i tried to connect to the internet and was denied with a following error window appearing. As explained above i shall explain again as shown in the error window.

Thank you.This issue can happen when the updater wasn't able to update all files in the Firefox program folder.
Do a clean (re-)install:
* Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
* Firefox 4.0: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html
* Firefox 3.6.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
* Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
* Don't remove personal data if you uninstall the current version.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere (not in the Firefox program folder) and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox. -
Adobe Acrobat XI pro version, Windows 7, running on iMac parallels, converting pdf to a pdf with reduced size is not possible, error: error in converting the file! What to do? Its a bit annoying not to be able to store pdf files in reduced size, any idea?? Thanks, Jörg

Are you trying to reduce the file size with the "Reduced size PDF" in the save as other option.
Give it a try if you haven't done it prior.
Open that PDF>File>Save as Other>Reduced size PDF.
If possible ,please share the snapshot of the error message with us so that we can have a look in order to assist you further.

I accepted/installed an update for iMovie and it turns out that this version is not compatible with my graphics card. So now I can no longer open or use iMovie. Any ideas on how to get around this - how to revert to the previous version??
Look in your Applications folder. If your system behaved as expected, you should have an iMovie 9.0 folder in your Applications folder. Apple moved the old version there as even they suspected the new versions was a train wreck.

No, not without upgrading to a higher version of the Mac OS. However, the easiest thing to do is get another browser for use with sites that don't like older versions of Saari. I always have a secondary browser on any computer, Mac or PC. For our Macs, I install FireFiox alongside Safari when setting up a new computer.
As FireFox is updated sometimes weekly, YouTube should not have a problem with it.
