Active Directory User which can Create a User but not Allowed to Enable Disabled Users

Hi Guys, we have a requirement to create a User Group in Active Directory which will grant its members permission to 'Create Users' but not be allowed to 'Enable' 'Disabled Users'.
We have tried delegating control and assigning permissions by going to 'Security Tab>Advanced'.
It seems like when a group is granted permission to create users, it will also be allowed to enable, disabled users.
Kindly advise if it is possible to create a user group with permissions to 'Create Users' but not be allowed to 'Enable', 'Disabled Users'.

According to my experience, you can assign permission with create/delete user objects. If you want to disable/enbale
a user, you must be a member of the Account Operators group, Domain Admins group, or the Enterprise Admins group in Active Directory, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority.
In general, if you just give a user group the permission to create user objects, it cannot disable or enable user accounts. Please make sure that the permission you assigned is correct and the
user group are not the member of Account Operators group, Domain Admins group, or the Enterprise Admins group in Active Directory.

The manner how you put files on the server is unimportant.
It's the Webserver (usually Apache) itself that does the protecting.
So either use the control panel where you host your website, or use the method explained on the page I linked to.

First off, it is a "Bad" idea to enable 'root', as that is the one known account that exists on every Unix system. If 'root' is enabled, it makes it much easier to break into a Mac via the one account that has absolute control over everything.
Having said that...
i too do not observe in editor section enable root user when I perform what Kappy offered in link.
Did you click on "Login Options" to get the "Join..." button?
Did you click on "Open Directory Utility" ?
Did you go to the Menu Bar and click "Edit"? It should be right there 2/3's of the way down the "Edit" menu -> "Enable Root User"
If you want another way.
Start an Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal session

You have now enabled 'root'. I hope you gave 'root' a very VERY STRONG password, as you have just opened yourself up for script kiddies to go after your root account.

you need to use either FIM or AAD. I would recommend the AAD, even though it's in beta, it will properly be a better choice.

Run this in a few of your databases and see how often you ONLY get one row returned.
Normally there is no "default" file system for data files (read about the DB_CREATE_FILE_DEST parameter and Oracle Managed Files for the exception to that).
You could pick the same file system as an existing tablespace, but even then there is no guarantee that the file system has sufficient space for the new tablespace - you have to check that OUTSIDE the database.
Given the query at the top it is pretty simple to create a SQL script that generates a SQL script. This can be run in any database via sqlplus, and then the generated script can be edited as needed and run immediately, under human control, avoiding surprises.

For example, if you find there are multiple filesystems to choose from, run this then delete the filesystems you don't want from the generated script. If you find there is only one file system but it is too full, work with your SA or storage to to add space or allocate a new file system, then modify the generated script accordingly.
This example assumes a traditional file system, on a UNIX-style OS, not using Oracle-Managed files. ASM or RAW will have a different format for the data file location, of course.

What you're calling "Adobe Forms" is really Adobe FormsCentral. The FormsCentral service is indeed going away soon, but you can always create PDF forms (AcroForms) with Acrobat. Acrobat also comes with a desktop version of the FormsCentral desiger, which can be used to create simple PDF forms that can be used apart from the FormsCentral service. So you'll no longer be able to create and host web forms with the FormsCentral service or use PDF forms with the FormsCentral service. You will be able to create standalone PDF forms with Acrobat and simple PDF forms with the FormsCentral desktop app.

No Plug-In specified and not allowed to bring up user interface

We have several users here getting an error when trying to sign a pdf with Adobe's digital signature. When they click in the field box to sign the document they are getting the following error,"No plug-in specified and not allowed to bring up user interface for selection." We are using Adobe acrobat 9 standard with the latest updates. I have done a total uninstall and reinstall and recreated the digital signature and still the error persists. I have gone as far as renaming the windows profile and nothing seems to work. Any thoughts?

A signature field may have associated so-called "seed values" that specify certain signature properties and restrictions. The document's author can associate "seed values" with an unsigned signature field. One of the "seed values" specifies which external signature plug-in must be used to sign this signature field. If you do not have the required plug-in in the Acrobat installation then you cannot sign this signature field. This is the most likely reason that you get this error message. In some environments this is done to restrict the signing to only signing credentials that reside on hardware modules or signing pads. There might be other reason why the document's author chose to put in this restriction.
Contact the author of the document you are trying to sign and find out whether this is the case and if it is then which plug-in you need and where you get it from.

How to restrict the user to change the project structure but not the documents?

I have created one project assigning different users in Solution manger. I want to risitrict some of the users to change the project structure but simultaneously allwoing the project documents to be created, edited or deleted using solar01 under Project documentation tab. For that I have followed the steps provided in the follwoing link.

I am able to restrict the users to change the project structure, but I am not able to allow access to the project documents. It gives me the message "You are not authorised to change the project". This fulfills my one of the requirements. But, Is there any way to restrict the user to change the project structure but not the documents?. Any help will be apperitiated.

Basically there are 2 different authorization role ...you should look for and customize as per requirement in Z* namespace.
role - SAP_SOLAR01_ALL
this take care of objects in Solar01 like tab access etc
role -SAP_SOL_KW_ALL
this takes care of entire documentation within solman

From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
If you wish, you may be able to salvage the errant extension by uninstalling and reinstalling it. Its settings will revert to their defaults. If the extension still causes a problem, remove it permanently or refer to its developer for support.
