Add column to custom inventory report

Please add a column that show the date a device was first collected into the inventory report.

I am using the Excel output to populate a database.  We will be using that data in development of a Change Log site, we will need to have a complete inventory of all chassis in our network.  I am asking for the "Date added" column so that I can easily keep track of any new or changed chassis in the Network to easily add those devices to the database.
I know the Delta report identifies any changes, but the format of that report is not the same as the inventory report.  I would have to run the Delta report, then a new inventory report, use vlookup to identify the new items in the inventory report.  It can be done, just looking for an easier way to keep my database current.  If the "date added" column was in the Inventory report, keeping a current list of our network would be much easier.  I could sort by data added, add those rows to my database.

  • Custom inventory report

    Hi,
    If I give a user full rights to "Inventoried Device Rights" and "Reporting Rights" they are still unable to create Custom Reports, am I missing something?
    Or is this working as designed or maybe a bug that only ZCC Administrators create Custom Inventory reports?

    I would of thought reporting rights would cover this too.
    Doco extract:
    2.3.16 Reporting Rights
    The Reporting Rights dialog box lets you allow or deny the administrator the rights to create, delete, execute, or publish reports.

    thanks!!!

    If you still have a working install you can use regedit to get the keycode from the Local Machine key. Other than that you'll have to find the original CD packaging where you'll find the keycode on the packaging. Or check with your accounting department, they may have received an invoice with the keycode on it, I don't think we did that but worth trying.

  • How to hide or add columns to a linked report in SSRS 2014

    Hai All,
    I have a report deployed on a server. And I created a linked report to it into another folder. Now I can actually manipulate on parameters of the linked report through Report manager but I have to hide some columns when displaying the linked report. Is there
    a way to show or hide the columns on the Linked report.
    Regards,
    Rajesh

    Hi,
    This is a  SQL report designing issue, with report builder we should be able to change the visibility of a column. Reports that deployed to
    report manager can be edit by report builder, we may save it after edited.
    Please check the article below:
    Column Visibility Dialog Box (Report Builder)

  • Add column to "Customer Receivables Ageing" report

    Hi all!
    I would need to add a new column via SDK to the matrix in the SAP report "Reports Business Partner -> Ageing -> Customer Receivables Aging". I also want to populate this column with SDK after the report was loaded.
    Does anyone have any suggestions??
    Thanks

    Hi.......
    I guess this is not possible to insert an extra column to the SAP Standard report.
    I would suggest you to develop your own report so that it will be easy to insert desired columns.....

  • Custom inventory report not working using OITM token

    We are running SAP Business One 8.82 (8.82.068) PL:06. I have created a custom report where I attempt to use the OITM token within Crystal Reports as the parameter, but it does not seem to work. The report will run when I run it within SAP B1, however, it does not take into affect any options I choose within the token. The example provided below shows how I use the parameter, how the report is run and what options are selected, and the results I get. As you will see, I select the check box to hide inventory items with zero stock, but clearly in the results pane you can see inventory items with no stock displayed. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Thank you in advance for your help.

    In Crystal Designer, under Report>Select Expert>Record
    add a formula like Oitm.ItemCode = {?Your Paramater token}
    This is what will filter the report results. You can add filters to your token eg MyParameter@SELECT * FROM OITM WHERE ONHAND >0 as well, which will help to filter, it depends where you want to do the filtering.

  • Customized inventory reports

    We are in the process of trying to setup the Novell Defined Reports so
    that we can customize the reports using consoleone and the doc says.
    We ran into an issue where when trying to install the object it is
    asking us for a volume to choose where to install to. Unfortunately the
    drop down is blank and we are wondering if there is something we forgot
    to setup when we installed Zenworks.
    Can we setup the Defined Reports if we are not using a Netware server.
    As a side question I herd that Console One has been replaced with
    imanager? Can imanager do customized reports or do I need to get an add-on?

  • Add columns with custom fields in the table control of MIGO

    Hi,
    I have to add custom fields in the table control view of item in the MIGO.  I have added the fields in the GOITEM structure and i am able to display it in the item details tab.  I want the same fields to be visible as columns in the table control view of the items.
    I found that TV_GOITEM is the control in SAPLMIGO program referring to the table control of items but it is referring only to the standard fields available in Screen 200.
    Please let me know if there is any screen exit or option to add the custom fields in the control TV_GOITEM.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your reply.  I have added the custom fields in the item detail.  But the customer wants the custom fields in the table view also.
    Is there any screen exit available to modify the table control of MIGO?
    Thanks.

  • LMS4.2 Inventory Reports

    Has anyone found a way to run inventory reports for 3750 stacks that will show the serial number, etc., for each switch in the stack?  My inventory reports are way off because the master switch in the stack is the only one accounted for in the inventory report.  Does anyone know how to get the 7961 ip desk phones in the inventory reports?  TIA

    I have a custom inventory report that I created called "basic device info".  It just reports Device name, device type, serial number, IP address and image version.  I just ran it on both a 3750G stack and on a 3750-X stack.  It reports the SN for all devices in the stack.
    Just for grins I ran the canned detailed device report on the 3750G stack and I see SNs for all devices in there also.  What report are you running?

  • Navigation column link on Custom Homepage Report

    I have a working navigation column to another report when viewing the report from the shared folder. If I add the report to the homepage as a custom homepage report the navigation link on the column values no longer works.
    The value from the homepage report goes to https://secure-ausomxgea.crmondemand.com/OnDemand/user/ReportIFrameView?SAWDetailViewURL=saw.dll%3fGo
    Any thoughts on why it works on the report itself but not when the report is added as a custom homepage report? Any work around or other type of link to try to get to another report?
    Thanks

    I was able to create an html link on a new column. Now I'm trying to make the text be dynamic.
    Is it possible to have an html column with the text for an html link to be based off of a field?

  • OIM report / add column to working report

    Hi,
    I need some help with OIM reports.
    Cannot add a column to a working report. What I have done is that I have changed the Stored procedure and then changed the Report XML Metadata to include that column.
    The report just turns out to be blank after the changes made.
    A snippet of the change to the Stored Procedure(added line in bold):
    -- contruct the query
    strColumnList := ' tusracc.system as "SYSTEM", ' ||
    ' vifs.ifsemp_employee_id as "EMP_ID", ' ||
    ' vusr.usr_first_name || '' '' || vusr.usr_last_name as "EMP_NAME", ' ||
    *' vusr.usr_status as "USR_STATUS", ' ||*
    ' tusracc.attribute as "ATTRIBUTE", ' ||
    ' tusracc.attrvalue1 as "ATTRVALUE" ';
    strFromClause := ' v_users vusr, v_ifsusers vifs, tmp_user_access tusracc ';
    strWhereClause := ' tusracc.usr_key = vusr.usr_key ';
    strWhereClause := strWhereClause || ' and vusr.usr_key=vifs.usr_key(+)';
    IF strsortcolumn_in IS NULL THEN
    strOrderByClause := ' 2 ' ;
    ELSE
    strOrderByClause := strsortcolumn_in ;
    END IF;
    IF strsortorder_in = 'DESC' THEN
    intSortDirection_in := 0;
    ELSE
    intSortDirection_in := 1;
    END IF;
    -- run the report query
    XL_SPG_GetPagingSql(strColumnList,
    strFromClause,
    strWhereClause,
    strOrderByClause,
    intSortDirection_in,
    intStartRow_in,
    intPageSize_in,
    select_stmt
    OPEN csrresultset_inout FOR select_stmt;
    ELSIF intdocount_in = 2 THEN
    OPEN csrresultset_inout FOR select dummy from dual;
    END IF;
    In the report XML Metadata I have added a line for the USR_STATUS column(change in bold):
    <Report layout="Tabular">
    <StoredProcedure>
    <InputParameters>
    <InputParameter name="v_resource_name" parameterType="varchar2" order="1" fieldType="LookupField" fieldLabel="report.ResourceAccessList.label.resourceName" required="true">
         <ValidValues lookupCode="Lookup.Reports.Objects"/>
    </InputParameter>
    </InputParameters>
    </StoredProcedure>
    <ReturnColumns>
    <ReturnColumn name="SYSTEM" label="customer.report.system" display="true" position="SectionHeader" primarySort="true" filterColumn="false" />
    <ReturnColumn name="EMP_ID" label="customer.report.emp_id" display="true" position="SectionHeader" primarySort="false" filterColumn="false" />
    <ReturnColumn name="EMP_NAME" label="customer.report.emp_name" display="true" position="SectionHeader" primarySort="false" filterColumn="false" />
    *<ReturnColumn name="USR_STATUS" label="global.label.Status" display="true" position="SectionHeader" primarySort="false" filterColumn="false" />*
    <ReturnColumn name="ATTRIBUTE" label="customer.report.attribute" display="true" position="SectionHeader" primarySort="false" filterColumn="false" />
    <ReturnColumn name="ATTRVALUE" label="customer.report.value" display="true" position="SectionHeader" primarySort="false" filterColumn="false" />
    </ReturnColumns>
    </Report>
    Anything that I have missed to do? We have restarted the app server, but it still doesn't work.
    Regards,
    Thomas

    Arghle.....
    I found the reason for the blank result page with this...
    apparently we are not allowed to name a resulting column in a stored procedure to USR_STATUS, silent fail :/
    When I renamed this to EMP_STATUS it all works as intended...
    Duh!
    I wonder in where it says not to do this...

  • Add Columns to Adhoc Reports Layouts?

    Are there any config or sql injections or translations to add additional columns to the custom layouts in the Adhoc Reports in RPT?
    Specifically, would like to display Related Specs when running reports for Trade Specs.
    Edited by: Trey on May 1, 2013 11:26 AM

    You could probably technically add related items as a search result column in a ready report, but it isn't an out of the box available result column. So it will require some undocumented customization work. I don't think the results grid is the best location for this data due to performance implications and even UI display challenges. I think your best option would be to create a BI Publisher report. Your PLM4P license includes a free limited use license for BI Publisher. This would be a good topic to discuss during a dev to dev call.

  • INVENTORY REPORT for customer but not consignment company owned

    HI Everyone,
    I am working on creating an inventory report and sending it out to a customer.
    We have a customer who needs to see their inventory we are going to ship. we are making materials for them on an MTS scenario based on a forecast... So the customer before placing a PO should be able to look at the inventory levels we make for them. on a daily basis.... No what I am trying to is execute a program that sends out an inventory report (the programs I am using are( RSMIPROACT and ROEMPROACT)... I try to fill in the fields and save as a variant and we run it as a background job every morning and we send out an idoc to the customer...
    The above process is a scenario that still needs to be worked on...
    THe customer should be able to look at only his stock and not any other stock....
    Now can we use a display of listing/exclusion function to send out the material stock report.... we need to send the total inv as well as the mat numbers... can we acheive it with the listing/exclusion funtion..
    Or is there a program that pulls all the data from the tables which store the customer material info record where we maintain all the materials for a customer...
    If there i a better way through which this can eb done please suggest me... thank you..
    Once again the above stock is not consignent stock... we are manufacturinng based on the forecasts and we need the customer t be able to look at the stock on a daily basis.... Please help...

    There is no report / funtionality is SAP to acheive this. Custom program is the only solution. Your logic looks ok, where there is a CMIR maintained, you may pick the total stock from table MARD put into a format/layout and transfer via idoc to the customer.
    Thanks & regards
    AHP.

  • LOV of column names with a report's custom column headings?

    I have a list ov values definition that looks like this:
    select column_name d, column_name r from all_tab_columns where table_name = 'DATABASE_LIST'
    I'd like to list the custom column headings from a report as d, rather than repeating the column_name. How can I do this?

    As Anton said, the best thing is to store your custom headings in a table so that you can use the table for your LOV as well as for your report headings.
    To use dynamic report headings, you can use the 'PL/SQL function body returning colon-delimited headings' feature on the Report Attributes page.
    So, if your report headings are stored in table t that function body can be
    declare
    l_headings varchar2(4000)
    begin
    for rec in (select heading from t) loop
       l_headings := l_headings||':'||rec.heading;
    end loop;
    return ltrim(l_heading,':');
    end;Hope this helps.
