Add new company (subscriber) for partner application

Hi
I want to add new company (subscriber) for partner application that is accessible from portal.
and I want to get username , password , company in login page and change the login page to accept 3 parameter but I don't know what is the next step . and where can I define my company and define user for the company .

1. Get info regarding the chart of accounts.  It forms the basis  for FI\
2. Though automatic postings are not regular, check the required details for configuration for APP.  If you are going for APP, u need to check house bank also
3. Check the tax procedures (Varies between countries) - Sales Tax and Withholding tax config
4. Payment terms
5. Discount received / paid configurations
6. Dunning details - Check if existing standard SAPscripts will suffice ur needs.  Else u may need the help of ABAPers

    you can add new tab in Buisness partner with the help of screen configaration functionality,in screen configaration u select first bp role (sold to party or retailer etc) and click on process screen sequence  and again click on overview and u will get fields right side of the screen, there u will see the field "new screen" click on that and add description for new tab and click on continue,save the document
    now u will again create a bp with modified bp role u will see changes means u will see new tab page on perticular bp role

    I am trying to create a new company on the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, but I dont know how to do so. I try to navigate on the General Ledger setup menus, but there i dont find the possibility to add a new company. As i was reading the implementation guide it was saying that the system comes with a set of predefined types of companies.
    Can you please tell me if there is a possibility to add a completely new company in the system and please advice how to do so.

    If I am getting your question correctly, you intend to configure a new legal entity in E1. For this, go to "Company Names and Numbers application" using E1 Mene or type P0010 in the fast path. Hope it helps.

  • SSO for partner applications

    Hi All,
    I have installed 10g AS Release 2 on a system. I also have Application Express(formerly HTML DB) installed on the same system. I registered one of the HTML DB applications as partner applications and have put SSO authentication for it.
    When I try to login the AS looks at the OID installed on the system(which I gave during installation). I want it to look at the Oracle gmldap.oraclecorp.com server OID so that only Oracle employees login.
    Can anybody tell me how to change the OID and what are the entries to be give to configure it to gmldap.oraclecorp.com server??

  • SSO requires double login for partner application

    I'm having some trouble with SSO partner applications, when I login to a SSO protected application, the login works fine, but when I try to navigate to another application I'm presented with the login page again, the sso cookie seems to be working since clicking on the login button without entering the user credentials works. For example, I log in to portal and from there I navigate to a forms application that is on the same server and the same port (portal: https://apps.mydomain.com:4444/pls/portal --> forms: https://apps.mydomain.com/forms/frmservlet?config=app) I am presented with the login page and after clicking on the login button without entering any information everything works fine. This is happening for all the middle tiers that are connected to the same OID. Any ideas on what can be wrong on my configuration?

    The problem sounds really wierd.
    Can you check your SSO settings for your Portal ECC system? I mean, please check the User Management/Administration properties in your System Adminstration of Portal System that points to ECC.

    We currently have 10.1.2 SSO running and configured to accept a partner application from another app server (10.1.3). A sample application attempts to authenticate a user and then use JAZN to confirm whether the user is in the correct OID group. The user can authenticate successfully, which shows up in the SSO audit table, but the group check fails. I believe this is due to the realm not being visible to the other app server? How do I go about setting up the app server or application on the 10.1.3 platform to be able to check the 10.1.2 SSO server for the right OID group when the user authenticates? I have tried to set up the file-based permissions through the EM console, but seems to be only valid for the local setup. My thought was that the system-jazn-data.xml file would need to identify and point to the SSO server? When I troubleshoot that file, I see the correct realm entry and also the correct JAZN group and the OID GUID for the group. Any suggestions?

  • How to get logout to work for partner applications

    I have configured the demo partner application of the ssosdk 3.07
    And login / logout works.
    My problem is that the sample logout code, only clears the
    cookie of the partner application, so the code redirects the
    appliation to the login server which reauthenticates the partner
    application.
    So shall the logout code clear the portal30_sso cookie.
    My other problem is the other way around, when I log out of
    Portal, I also need to be logged out of the partner application,
    have anybody have any success with that.

    It appears that ssodatax in your environment is unable to find the script ssoseedp.sql. This script should be available in plsql/sso directory under the ORACLE_HOME. Please find the script ssodatax and look for the sso subdirectory within the directory that contains ssodatax. If you find ssoseedp.sql in sso, then you can try running ssodatax from the directory that contains it.

    Here I need to  update large amount of data.For that i can use the LSMW (BDC recording) for VK12.
    But in the BDC recording in VK12 tcode the first selection screen was not captured.That is the material number,SORG and DIST_CHA is not captured in recording.
    Could anybody help me is there any standard LSMW for this transaction or how to get these fields in BDC recording?

    Its very much possible to add a new link on the logon page by customizting logon par file.
    Please follow these procedure:-
    1. Downlaod the latest Par file from portal under System Admin -> Support
    2. Upload the downloaded file into NWDS in EP perspectibe and add required jars in Java Buil path and lb folder
    3.Navigate to the folder PORTAL-INF -and open the jsp file umelogonpages.jsp to cutomize.
    4. Just add the following sample codein jsp to refer a website. Please this code where ever you want on the logon page as per your requirement.

    we are currently setting up Groupware Integration with CRM 7.0 and Outlook Exchange 2007. We would like to filter the BPs that are replicated to Outlook's public folder. The replication object BUPA_MAIN in Tx. SMOEAC has only got the following criteria fields:
    BPARTNER
    CENTRALARCHIVINGFLAG
    COUNTRYISO
    INDUSTRY
    IS_COMPETITOR
    IS_CONSUMER
    IS_CUSTOMER
    IS_DELETED
    IS_PROSPECT
    PARTNEREXTERNAL
    REGION
    SEARCHTERM1
    SEARCHTERM2
    SITE_ID
    We don't want to use any of those but would like to set a filter on BP Role and filter for all Groupware Employees. Only those should be replicated.
    We did set the filter conditions in customizing under "Filter Condition for Business Partners Exchange with Groupware" in order to replicate only BP with role GWEMP but still during Initial Load all Business Partners were replicated.
    Could anyone tell me how to avoid this?
    I hear it's possible to add new criteria fields to the replication object BUPA_MAIN.
    Could anyone tell me how this is done?

    Usually the settings under "Filter Condition for Business Partners Exchange with Groupware" should be enough to avoid the synchronization. With those settings all BP are filtered out except the ones with role GWEMP (Groupware Employee).
    We have the following setting in SPRO:
    BUPA     1     BUP001           X     X     
    BUPA     1     BUP003           X     X     
    BUPA     2        X     X
    BUPA     3                     X     X
    (first column empty, second and third column with X, last column empty).

    I'm trying to add a new field for Incompleteness Procedure G (Delivery header), but  when I try to customize the procedure G with new fields, I donu2019t find the field that I need  ModeOfTrnsprt-Border (EIKP-EXPVZ).
    Foreign Trade/Customs tables are not included like an option for new entries in the customizing of Incompleteness Procedure G, and Iu2019ve to prevent that users save the outbound delivery without entry a valid value for  EIKP-EXPVZ (EIKP-EXPVZ= ModeOfTrnsprt-Border).
    Otherwise, when users are creating the SD Invoice there is an error for create the Accounting document because Foreign Trade/Customs information is incomplete.
    So Iu2019d like to know If is possible to add a new tables ( and fields)  to use in the customizing for Incompleteness Procedure for Outbound Deliveries (procedure G).

    See as far as the table is concerned, the basic reason why it is not getting populated as SAP stores the possible values at the domain level. So i think the right approach to add the table would be to get access key for the domain and then add the new table name at domain level. Please reach out for help from ABAPer in this matter.
    You can also use User exit to met this requirement and the appropriate user exit will be as below:
    1.MV50AFZL
    2. MV50AFZ1

I definded new authorization object using "Production scheduler" (Field Name : FEVOR) by SU20. then use SU21/SU24 to add authorization object for some transaction code such as COOIS. use PFCG maintain new role and assign a  fixed production scheduler value and assgin transaction code COOIS to this role. create new user ID and assign to that role.
    logon system with new ID, run COOIS. but system don't check new authorization object(production scheduler). who can tell me why it is and how i can add new new authorization object for standard transaction code?

    there is an icon of generation.  just click there in PFCG and also in su21.
    then add this object in new role.
    Assign this role to user id
    while assigning the role also there is a generation.
    Please take a help of BASIS consultant also as this is entire a BASIS process.
