Add signature to all emails?

Is it possible to add/force a company signature to all outgoing emails?
(something to the effect "this email is intended only for its intended recepients...etc")

SOAP Add Signature to outgoing email

I have a working app that retrieves AddressBook/Contacts, properly sets up and sends email with attachments.
Now I am trying to add the default signature to the outgoing message.
I can successfully get the user's signatures and find the default signature, but I cannot figure out how to add it to the email. I have tried making a message part and adding that to the body with no success. I have read the javadocs, searched the sample code and read everything I can find about signatures in the forums, but I cannot make it work. Any help?
Here's how I am getting the signature, if that helps:

gwPort.getSignaturesRequest(true, signatures, status);

You have to read the signature and add it to you message body
programmatically. There is no way to do it automatically.
Is that what you are asking?
Are you saying appending the signature to the message body is
not working?

Utility, add-on, or program to browse picture attachments of all emails in a folder

Does anyone know of a utility/add-on/program that will allow you to browse your Outlook mailbox by folder, showing all the images that are attached to all emails in a thumbnail type view?
I'm thinking like something similar to how Picasa will let you browse a folder and it's subfolders, showing you thumbnails of all the images inside of it.

You may achieve this goal using VBA. Here is a code sample to save all Outlook attachments to hard drive, but I haven't found a sample only applies to images:

HT3228 when i access my outlook account online, the emails are permanently removed from my iphone, its rather annoying. I also want to add my gmail account to my outlook, so all emails will go into outlook, and I want to be able to view them from PC & ip

How do I delete ALL emails on Droid Turbo (pop3)?

I have a Droid Turbo, and love it. But I cannot figure out how to mass delete (all) emails from the phone. I use Pop3 to my email.
I know you can swipe individual emails to delete or press and hold on an email to select, then do the same individually to many and then delete, but I cannot find a "delete all" option like my previous Droid Maxx. Because I haven't been able to keep up with it, I have over 999 emails sitting in there with no way at the moment to delete them all unless I spend a few hours deleting each one, one by one.
Any help here?

That is extremely disappointing. If I delete the account from my phone, will it delete all the messages that way? I might have to find a way to delete and re-add the mail into the phone as the current amount of messages is a large bloat to the phone.
Also, where do I suggest this "delete all" be added to the phone? This was on the Droid Maxx and previous versions. It is odd they would remove an option that could cause extreme bloat.

I wanted to add folder permissions to a user but it seem you can only give permission to folders one a time. Bu I wanted to add permissions to all folders at one time, is there a parameter I can use ? Here is the example of adding permissions to the in Inbox

You will need to copy and paste it to the BIS signature edit screen.

All emails into my inbox are being marked as read whether they are or not.

All emails coming into my email inbox are instantly being marked as read. This is happening whether or not they have been opened in the reading pane, and is also happening on a colleagues computer as well.
Any suggestions as to why this may be happening?
It seems to have only started opening in the last week or two and I have not changed any settings in the mean time.

Sounds like you both have the same messed up add on. Try restarting Thunderbird with the add ons disabled and see if things go back to normal.
You can do this from the Help Menu.

Since they are in the same Exchange org, it would be impossible to send it through an external relay server before the other user gets it.
Transport rule does not have an option to send it through an external relay if any conditions match. In fact, transport rule cannot control any routing behavior except modify some recipients.
This will be possible only by creating another org for newdomain.com users and using a smart host to send between each other.

LN is correct. I discovered that I must drag my signatures (or my desired signature) to the email account I use. Having them only in "All Signatures" is not enough. For example, my ISP is called "Shaw." I dragged all the signatures I use to Shaw, then quit and re-launched Mail. Upon pressing Command-N(ew), all my signatures were available to me.
