Additional fields in SOLAR01
Hi,
We need to insert extra information at each process step, process, etc.
How do I add an additional tab or additional fields in solar01/solar02?
We do not want to use the keywords or Documents Attributes for this.
Using <b>'process function codes in tabs'</b> and GuiXT I have managed to add screen elements to SOLAR01 screens. However, (for clients reasons) we cannot use GuiXT. I would think I can solve this by using SHD0 instead to add the screen elements. But when I try to create the variant this gives me the error message: Variants are only possible for dialog transactions.
Best scenario would be to be able to add a complete new tab, or add fields to the administration tab.

Following are the BAdI available. Screen Enhancement should help you to add extra filed on the standard SAP Screen. Look for the documentation of following BAdI. And see, which one suits your requirement.

You can search for these BAdI for documentation in the transaction <i><b>SE18.</b></i>. In the search help for BAdI's give Package as <i><b>AI_SOLAR</b></i> as the search term. And execute. You will get list of BAdIs in your system. If you don't get all above BAdI's then you might need to apply some SAP Notes. Refer SAP on servicemarketplace and get the note details.
Other way is to search from <i><b>SPRO</b></i> transaction IMG Settings suiting your requirements.

Additional field in adhoc query
Hi all, I need to be able to report on the IT105 subtype 0001 system ID for employees who are withdrawn from the company, however, when someone leaves their IT105 record is delimited so adhoc query will not output anything. Has anyone coded an additional field that will look at the latest record regardless of the date?

Hi Experts,
In order to add additional fields to standard report i copied the code into zreport but i am unable to add additonal field into report because the code is looking so complex.

Additional feilds to add is :Region,company code,country

First check whether these three fields are available in the text elements area.
Please write your code in the subroutine %comp_ldesc.
Repeat the code for your three new fields

So this subroutine will give you the basic list. Now Program is creating ALV with this basic list. So I think you don't need to worry about that. Please have a thorugh look at the code over this perform, and write accordingly.

How To Add Additional Fields When Creating New Contact From w/in Mac Mail?
Hi there. When in Mac Mail and clicking on contact information provided within an email, we are able to either (1) CREATE NEW CONTACT or (2) ADD TO EXISTING CONTACT (by clicking on the arrow next to a phone number, address, etc.). If I choose "Create New Contact," how can I add additional fields BEFORE clicking on "Add to Address Book" button in lower right corner? Let's say, for example, I know this new contacts URL or company. (Currently, I am creating the new contact from within Mac Mail and then going to Address Book and finding the contact, then editing, the adding the additional fields, then saving, and then going back to Mac Mail. This all takes time.)
Note: When creating a new iCal event from within Mac Mail, we can click on Option/Alt key when selecting drop-down arrow...and this will allow us to add additional information. The same feature isn't available for address book???I have the exact same question and problem. If there was a way to automatically open the AB entry after "creating new contact" this would solve it.

I think you need to show more programs.
you said, the report program is 'RHXPE_EXPIRED_QUALI', but you upload 'rhpk_find_pers_with_expired_qu' program.
usually, ALV field is modifyed in 'PERFORM fieldcatalog_modify', if you use Functional ALV.
Try to search 'fieldcatalog function', you will find easy.

limited to MSEG, just as you can see in the text of the
report RM07MLBD_CUST_FIELDS itself:

If you want to insert some of these fields in the list of the
hidden fields delete the '*' in the type definition.

Additional Field in standard maintenance view

I would like to add an additional field plant in maintenance view V_TKZU3_CO (SPRO PATH: Controlling --> Product cost controlling -->Product cost planning --> Basic settings for material costing -->Overhead -->Define costing sheets ).
What I'm planning to do is to modify the standard maintenance view V_TKZU3_CO and regenerate the table maintenance generator so that the new field will be added and populate a ztable a copy of table TKZU3 + plant...
However what I'm afraid of is when I regenerated the table maintenance generator using the standard function group OCOE, it might impact some other standard object included..
Do you have any idea on how can I add the additional field without modifying the standard? Or if I will apply the standard modification I'm planning.. what are the possible impacts?

Additional Fields for ESS-Business Card Not Working for Certain Countries
Dear Experts,
We were trying to configure the additional fields to be displayed in Business Card - Overview Screen for all countries. We don't have problem configure and get the new fields display for Malaysia (Molga = 14) but having problem for the field to display for Hong Kong (Molga = 27) and Singapore (Molga - 25).
The strange thing is I am following the same steps as I configured for Malaysia. Somehow it is not working for Hong Kong and Singapore. As I understand, there is only 1 place to configure in SPRO for this requirement:
Personnel Management -> Employee Self-Service -> Service-Specific Settings -> Own Data -> Customizing of Personal Information Screens -> Determine Fields for Business Card on Overview Screen

Adding additional field in cProject is not working after transporting
Hi All,
My intention is to add additional field in cProject. So i copied a required view through program BSP_CUSTOMIZE and into another Z* BSP Application object. Then i had done the necessary modification on the view and saved. Then copied error.do controller and actived and tested in development server. It was working fine. So i moved the transport request for this object to quality system. When i tried to test the same thing in quality system, changes done in views are not reflecting.
When i checked the entries in table BSP_APPLC, i didnt find any. I hope this is the reason why my changes in views are not reflected.
Can anyone have idea, why it is not happening so. Kindly help.

KarthickEnsure that in table BSP_APPLC is an entry for cprojects linking to your own aplictaion Zcprojects and is activated.
I guess you have to reactivate the BSP_CUSTOMIZE in target system again.
Please remeber: BSP_CUSTOMIZE is not supported officially. -
Creation of additional fields in Infoset SQ02

I'm a FICO consultant trying to create a query.
Requirement : Link RSEG Table to BKPF Table in the join condition
Link: RSEG-BELNR concatenated with RSEG-GJAHR = BKPF-XBLNR
Now I'm trying to create an additional field in SQ02 named MiroYear and in the field code part i gave the below piece of code
"CONCATENATE RSEG-BELNR RSEG-GJAHR INTO MIROYEAR."
It shows no syntax errors. I added the same to the field group as well.
Issue: The additional field (MIROYEAR) is not appearing in the join condition in SQ02.
Is this the right way to create an additonal field? Have i made any mistake? Or any of you have any better ideas to join RSEG and BKPF in SQ02?

Table RESG and BKPF are linked BKPF-AWKEY.
Now first of all if you create an additional field, that field will not appear in the join.
One way will be to create an infoset with direct read to table RSEG, and then inside add additional fields for each BKPF field.
Then in the code
CONCATENATE RSEG-BELNR RSEG-GJAHR into MIROYEAR
select single ....
into (ADDFIELD1, ADDFIELD2, ADDFIELD3,.....)
from BKPF
where awkey = miroyear.

SAP Query - Additional field that collects information from table RESB
Hello gurus. I have a question.
I want to create a SAP Query that shows me the stock level of a list of materials, and also show me the total quantity of order reservations in an additional field.
I created an InfoSet with table MARD, which is the one that holds the Stock information in a plant. Then I created an additional field which would read information from table RESB, the table that holds order reservations per material.
So I wrote this piece of code:
SELECT * FROM RESB
WHERE MATNR EQ MARD-MATNR and
WERKS EQ MARD-WERKS.
ENDSELECT.

MOVE RESB-BDMNG to ZQTY.

This works fine. However, this is currently just catching the first record in table RESB that matches my condition.
What I would like is to collect every instance of RESB-BDMNG and add them to field "ZQTY", have it loop in RESB until it finishes finding every record that match the MATNR and WERKS. With this I could get the total number of order reservations that this material has in that table.

While I'm at it, let me ask you a related question.
When I execute the query, in the first records of the query where there's no value from RESB to transfer, the value of field ZQTY appears empty. Once it finds the first record in RESB and it populates ZQTY with a value, then the rest of the records with no hit get the proper value of 0.
Do you know why the first records in the query appear empty and not with a 0? Is there anything I should add to the coding to fix this? -

but when i search inside the report i could not retrieve any user exits but through a search utility i got 4 user exits of which 2 seem to be useful.these are

i activated the these exits and have tried putting in break point in side the include.
But the problem is this that

You can do it in two ways using append structure or include structure of that standard table.
once you added , you need to adjust it and activate using the menu utilities->data base utulity-> Activate and Adjust .
