I want reactivate my subscription to Adobe ACrobat for one month but I don't find this option. Someone can help me to find where is this option?

Hi Franck,
Please see the following from the Acrobat Pro XI subscription FAQ:
"If you canceled your month-to-month subscription and would like to restart it, either restart your subscription on the Account page, call Adobe Customer Service, or buy a new subscription.
An annual subscription cannot be restarted. Instead, it's necessary to purchase a new subscription."
To access your account page, log on to www.adobe.com with your user ID and password. Or, you can Contact Customer Care.

I have been unable to download adobe acrobat pro, which I purchased on a month to month basis almost exactly 1 year ago, since I purchased it. I just received a renewal email and it had a link to download the program and for the first time when I clicked on the link it actually sent me to a page that had the icon to download now. I clicked on that, but when I went to open the file and start downloading after about 3 minutes into downloading it says an error had occurred. Can anyone help me?

I am a little worried. If you are an existing subscriber why would Adobe need you to download... I wonder if the message is a fake.
I'm not clear, if you've had it for a year, whether you need to download, or you are just following the email?

Are you facing the issue with any pdf file?
Please try updating Acrobat to 11.0.7 and check.
You might also want to repair Acrobat and see.

That is not clear to me since they only appear to offer Anuual and Prepaid Annual options. You can always go with the free 30 day trial if you haven't already.

To install Acrobat 11 on to 6 computers you can purchase Volume License.
But since you want it for only a month you need to purchase Acrobat subscription.
A single subscription is good for 2 computers and the same Adobe ID cannot be used to buy multiple subscription copies of Acrobat.
You can however opt for Creative Cloud for Team license such that you can become the Admin and grant access to the 6 users who wish to install Acrobat on their machines.

Your Acrobat is running in Trial Mode. Try this KB: Creative Cloud applications unexpectedly revert to trial mode | CS6, CCM
If it doesn't work you need to contact Adobe Support for assistance.

Absolutely yes! You can install your Acrobat subscription on up to two computers like your desktop & laptop.
Install Acrobat and use the same Adobe ID credentials to activate the software on both the machines.

Adobe Acrobat X crashes every month around the same day

Every month, just before invoicing (when I need PDFs), my Adobe Acrobat X crashes. No PDF will open, and clicking on the program icon ignores me.
The problem is that when I try to reinstall just Acrobat, EVERY Adobe programme reinstalls. Then EVERY adobe programme wants to update to it's latest version (about a gig of downloads). This is a lot of hassle every single month. Is it going to do it forever? I have a full licence for CS6 Design Pack, and the licence number has been put in each time.

Does a REPAIR work?

I purchased the monthly plan for Creative Cloud but I don't need it, I want to use Adobe Acrobat to store my books. What can I do to get more space on my Adobe Acrobat account?

It doesn't make much sense financially, to pay 34 dollars a month for 1GB of extra storage space. Please someone help me figure out what I need to buy/do. Thank you in advance.
