Adobe Acrobat Pro : Problèmes avec le porte-document

Bonjour,
Je viens vers vous car j'ai quelques soucis avec un porte-document PDF.
Tout d'abord, je suis sous Adobe Acrobat Pro version 9.0.0.
J'ai créé un porte-document PDF en vu de créer un ebook, et pour cela je suis allé sur internet voir des tutoriels pour la mise en page.
Or dans ces fameux tutoriels, ils ont la même interface que moi mais des panels d'options beaucoup plus vastes.
Je voulais savoir si cela était dû à une version supérieure ou s'il fallait installer un plug-in ?
Si oui quelle version? Et sinon quel plug-in?

Oui, la réponse est la question : il faut impérativement effectuer la mise à jour en 9.5.5 (la dernière version, voir : http://goo.gl/s22UI0 ).
Les autres "layouts" que tu vois dans les tutos sont apparus avec la version 9.1

Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 with an HP Officejet G85

For some reason Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 will not recognize the Document Feeder on the HP Officejet G85 All-in-One. I put the Doc into the feeder tray, I open Acrobat Pro 9 and go to Create >> Scanner >> Color Scan. It will only use the flatbed scanner, I went through all the settings and cannot locate any where to tell it to use Doc feeder. One caveat I tried a "free to try" scanning program and it recognized the feeder and worked fine.(Please don't suggest using the "free to try" program I see no reason to buy another program, after buying Acrobat Pro 9)
I am using:
Windows 7 Home Premium
Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 - ver 9.4.1
HP Officejet G85 All in One

Have you tried scanning using Scanner native interface once? If yes, were you able to scan using ADF from that route?
If not here's how you can do it:
1: go to Create > PDF from Scanner.
2: Click on the button [Options] next to Scanner name and set the User Interface as Show Scanner Native Interface.
Now when you click Scan button, you will see Scanner's Native Scan settings window. Hopefully, there will be a setting for selecting the source for scanning (flatbed or adf). Select ADF and scan.
Please give it a try and update.

La question est plutôt vague. Détaillez nous le problème, le type d'affichage que vous obtenez, si c'est un problème sur tous les fichiers pdf ou certains uniquement, copiez nous les messages d'erreur affichés et/ou faites des captures d'écran…

Adobe premiere pro - Problème d'ouverture de projet

Bonjour,
J'ai un problème lors de l'ouverture d'un projet (qui est une leçon provenant du disque avec le livre "Classroom in a book - Adobe Premiere Pro CS 5").
Lorsque j'ouvre mon projet (qui a été enregistré sous le logiciel "Adobe Premiere Pro CS 5") avec le logiciel "Adobe Premiere Pro CC", ce dernier me propose de convertir le fichier du projet.
Ensuite apparaît une fenêtre m'indiquant de "lier plusieurs média" (qui sont 2 fichier .mpeg et 1 fichier .mp3). Je choisi alors de localiser un des fichiers qui se trouve dans un autre répertoire et lorsque je valide, le logiciel importe le fichier et aussitôt après apparaît une erreur de type "le programme à cessé de fonctionner".
J'ai donc déjà tâché de ré installer le logiciel, mais j'obtiens toujours le même problème.

Je ne comprends pas bien ce que tu as fait. Tu dis "....j'ai ouvert le fichier .mpeg proprement dit, mais je n'ai que du son et donc pas d'image" Ensuite tu affirmes "En fait il s'avère que le logiciel Première pro ne lit pas mes fichiers .mpeg".
Ces fichiers sont-ils correctement lus par un lecteur habituel Windows media ou VLC??? si ce n'est pas le cas, soit les fichiers sont corrompus soit ils ne sont pas au bon format soit tu n'as pas installé correctement les codecs et/ou Premiere CC qui est tout a fait capable de lire le format .mpeg.
Si tes vidéos ne sont pas très "lourdes", tu pourrais mettre à disposition le projet et les deux vidéos concernées sur un dossier Dropbox ou autre et m'envoyer un lien, je pourrais alors tester ce qu'il en est chez moi. Je ne serai plus libre pour un certain temps à la fin de la semaine.

Serial Number problem Adobe Acrobat Pro XI - Illustrator CS6

Bonjour
J'ai reçu hier les programmes Adobe Acrobat Pro XI et Illustrator CS6 par mon Université. J'ai reçu aussi les deux licences qui vont avec. Maintenant quand j'essaie de introduire les deux licences un message "we are unable to validate this serial number……." s'affiche. Je devrais contacter le service client, mais il y a pas de numéro de telephone et la chat marche jamais…..
Est ce que quelqu'un a déjà une solution ?
Les deux programemes vont être installe sur un Macbook Pro 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5 avec une version du OsX 10.8.5.

Printer hangs from Adobe Acrobat Pro 10.1.2

HP Color Laserjet 5550 PCL 5 over TCP/IP Port
Printer hangs for a very long time and then generates an error, but no record of it in Printer event log. The spooling size of the PDF is also incredibly large compared to the actual size of the document. This problem has just emerged after the upgrade from Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.

Have you checked to see if this might be related to duplex being automatically selected in the printing dialog in version 10.1.2? To turn it off try the following:
Open the PDF you want to print.
Click the Print icon to open the Print dialog box.
Click Size, and then deselect Print On Both Sides Of Paper.
It's a known issue with the 10.1.2 update.

Gros problèmes avec mon photoshop CC.

1- Quelques fois, lorsque je fais une opération, le menu défile très vite et je ne peux l'arrêter qu'en pesant sur ctrl.
2- Quand j'essaie de cropper, mon écran devient rose par parties et je ne peux continuer alors, je dois fermer le programme . Je perd tout ce qui a été fait.
3. Lorsque je me sers du Marquee,et que je fais une opération, si je veux continuer et faire disparaitre le pointillé, je dois d'abord peser sur content aware pour faire disparaitre le pointillé.
Ces problèmes n'apparaissent pas dans Lioghtroom 5, lightroom 4 et Photoshop CS6 et continuent d'exister même après avoir ré-installé le programme.

Gros problèmes avec InDesing CS6

J'ai le InDesign CS6, il plante très souvent et de plus depuis une quinzaine de jours je ne peux plus créer de nouveaux documents. Je suis sur EMac et j'ai le système 10.9.1

Adobe Acrobat Pro in Windows 7 w/ Autocad in XP Mode- not working

I'm running Autocad Arch Desktop (ADT) in Windows XP Mode within Windows 7, and have Adobe Acrobat Pro installed in Windows 7. Unfortunately, no "Adobe PDF" pulldown was created within ADT once Adobe Pro was installed, and there isn't any sign of Adobe in ADT (normally, Adobe automatically installs pulldowns within ADT once installed). Adobe and ADT function normally otherwise. Does anyone know how to get Adobe Acrobat Pro in Windows 7 to recognize and work with ADT in Windows XP Mode?

Can you tell me how to set the defaults to Courier 10pt font? I tried select all and it's grayed out, but that was after the
fact. Where are the original default presets?

Problem with Adobe Acrobat Pro XI after installation on Mac

I just installed Adobe Acrobat Pro XI on my Mac. My Mac has the correct version of OS and Safari yet I can not launch Adobe. When I launch it, an error box comes up and says a problem has been reported to Adobe. That's as far as it gets. Has anyone had this problem before?

Please try the following steps and let me know.
Delete all the files from following folders:
Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore
Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLCache
And, delete all files from following folder except cache.db
Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD
Launch Acrobat and enter the serial number when prompted and check.

CS4 suite serial number does not work for Adobe Acrobat Pro

Hello,
I am looking for a solution for the serial number issue I am having with Adobe Acrobat Pro. All of other programs within the suite open fine, but when I open Adobe Acrobat Pro it asks for a serial number. When I type in the serial number, I am given a red "X".
I have called customer support, but they haven't been able to give me any information that will resolve my issue (uninstalled 4 times now). I have Vista and have looked online and on the Adobe website to find a solution. It looks like others are having the same issue from what I can tell while searching. I have run the script too and then reinstalled, but still nothing.

After some stupid upgrade in my computer (who knows as Microsoft is always doing something), my Acrobat 9 in CS4 stopped working. The error message said to uninstall and reinstall Acrobat. So I went through the control panel and uninstalled it. I then loaded the CD and reinstalled. However the reinstall would NOT accept the orginal serial number. I called Adobe and they gave me a different serial number. Before I let the guy nof the line I tried the number and it did NOT work! So then he gave me another number which asked for the previous verison- apparently it was an upgrade number. Luckily I had my old CS3 software and I gave it that number and then it accepted the install. The program now works BUT there is no longer any ADD/REMOVE choice in the CS4 suite in the control panel. There is no way to automatically remove this program anymore! What a mess.
After reading some of the installation problems others have had and no solutions, I count myself lucky! At least I was able to get the program running.
Therefore my advise on the serial number problem is to get Adobe on the phonen and get them to give you a number that will work, and don't hang up until you know the program is working!
If anyone knows how to add the Acrobat to the the add/remove functions in the control panel, please let me know!
