Adobe Acrobat XI Pro - Download
Trying to convert a PDF to a Word document and it is not working. It's asking me to subscribe and I just downloaded the 30 day Free trial.
I can tell you what this usually means.
You downloaded the trial of Acrobat Pro. But you are still running Adobe Reader. Don't do that! Start Acrobat Pro (from the Start menu). This is like Adobe Reader, but has a lot more built in. Look for options under File > Save as.

I want to download Acrobat X Pro onto my second computer (laptop), but can only find Acrobat XI Pro downloads. I have logged into the Adobe website and gone to my Products, but nowhere is there an option to download this again.
The XI Pro download does not recognize my serial number as being valid.

You will not find your downloads under your my producs section.
Kindly go to www.adobe.com
Log in to your account using the email adress that you used to buy this software from Adobe
go to My orders
go to Oder history , click on the Order for Acrobat X PRO and you will be ale to see the download section for it.
You will have to uninstall Acrobat XI PRO first from your computer by going to your control panel. -
Adobe acrobat 8 pro download for mac
I just got a new Mac and my old Mac had Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro installed on it and I use it for work and I don't a newer version for what I do and I would rather not pay for an upgrade. Is there a free download somewhere of Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro or can I somehow transfer the software from my old computer to my new one?

Adobe acrobat xI pro download issue
When double clicking this file, I get the error message "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of of Windows that you are running. Determine the version of Windows, 32 bit or 64 bit, and contact the software supplier for the correct 32 bit or 64 bit version." No installation.

Try changing the 'Scale for screen resolution' setting and check.

Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro - License Agreement ACCEPT does not work
Today I purchased a license for Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro, downloaded the software and installed. I execute the program and when I get to License Agreement I select accept and nothing happens. I can't get beyond this point.
I called Adobe Tech Support and they weren't able to help. I've seen many posts about this and no definite answer.
Before requesting a refund, does anybody know how to fix this problem?

Had the exact same problem and tried all the previous tips to resolve, including registering the jscript.dll.
Thanks to the genius who posted the answer on another 'windows' forum (wish I could find that again).
Create a new local admin account (add that account to the administrator group).
Login to the new account and launch Acrobat. Then (hopefully) you can click "Accept" to the license agreement.
The registry key it creates is: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\9.0\AdobeViewer\EULAAcceptedForBrowser (DWORD=0x00000001). Not sure if you can just manually add the registry value as I had already fixed it by creating the new local account.
After it accepts the license agreement, you can go back into your normal profile and run acrobat. yea!. -
I purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro on a CD but didn't realize that my new computer doesn't have a CD drive. Is there a way to download via the web using the serial number on my CD?

Trying to download the free trial of Adobe Acrobat XL Pro. I keep getting the message "The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author." I've repeatedly tried getting a new installer file, but get the same message every time.
K_don52 and Ande8135 please remove your current installation of the Adobe Download Assistant and reinstall. You can find more details in the known issues section of Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant.

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com). -

I have an installation CD Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro with teh Serial No/key. Now I bought a tablet that has now CD drive. So I tried to download the Acrobat 9 Pro from the Adobe hoempage, but failed.
