Adobe Edge download problem
Hi evrybody.
Adobe application manager can't download Adobe Edge Animate. Is there any alternative download way to Adobe application manager for download Adobe Edge Animate.

Is Edge Animate not showing up in the Adobe Application Manager? If so your system might not meet the required Tech Specs listed here http://html.adobe.com/edge/animate/tech-specs.html.
If you do meet the Tech Specs let me know and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

You don't need Adobe AIR to download or install Adobe Reader.
Try downloading the offline installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ -
Adobe Edge installation problem
I downloaded Adobe Edge Animation installer in my PC with Windows 7 and, three times I tried install it, without success. All time this message appears: "Founded following problem: fail error on installation of creative cloud desktop. (Error 1)"

You can try this :
Please rename OOBE to OOBEE.OLD Folder from the following location
location in Window C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
location in Mac: library>.application support>>Adobe>> OOBE
After renaming the OOBE folder please uninstall Adobe creative cloud from the cleaner tool and re-installed the product from from www.creative.adobe.com/apps
PS: Please uninstall Creative cloud connection if you see in Cleaner tool.
As the above discusson also mentions renamimg, Please disable the firewall of the system & network & then retry.

Incase the error still persists, then the next best step would be to review your installation logs to determine the exact point of failure.

Hi I want to download Adobe Edge Animate, but it doesn't show up anywhere, not on the Creative Cloud App overview page and not in the Adobe Application Manager. What is wrong???

It's possible that your system does not meet the minimum requirements to run Edge Animate. Please check this site for the requirements:

I've just downloaded and installed the latest Adobe AIR - v3.6 as it asked the first time from Adobe, but it keeps showing this message. What am I doing wrong, or is it something else? I'm using Windows XP SP3.

This is a very specific case of some machines having problem with Air installation. I googled it and the closest i could get is to try installing an older Air version from here and see if that works.

Try with 3.5 runtime.
If it still doesnot work let me know. ill try getting more help on it.

I can't download adobe reader. A pop up says to close Adobe 8.1 and I have already deleted it. I have also restarted my computer and it still says 8.1 is open. What do I do?

Adobe indesign download problems
I purchased Adobe indesign and trying to download it. I went to the creative cloud webpage and hit download. It says it is downloading. But when I view the creative cloud apps. It says installed but I can't open it. I had previously used the trial. How do I download and start using Adobe indesign?

Adobe Reader download problem! Pls help!
I recently did a little 'housekeeping' on my Mac to clear up some space. But I must have deleted something I shouldn't have...When I go to open Adobe Reader an error message pops up. "Adobe Reader could not install correctly" then in subtext "Adobe Reader was unable to install and must quit."
I have never had problems before. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Can you open Adobe Reader by itself? If so, try to disable Protected Mode (Edit | Preferences | Security (Enhanced)).
If not, tell us your operating system and Reader version. -
OT: Adobe Updater download problem
Adobe Updater keeps saying... the following components could
not be downloaded (with only adobe updater listed in the
results).I believe there is an issue with the updater tonight. Mine
came back with the same result telling me that there is a different
version. The KB article I found says it means to wait for awhile
because Adobe is updating something on their end. -

Adobe edge show page only after download all image....
hi, i have a composition wiht 30 images....when i open page it loads in around 5-6 seconds because adobe edge download all the image and after show the page...i have set immediate preloader that must only download the code and show the page but only in teory..in practice it download all element as code and image and then show the page.... there is' a way to not download all the images and display the composition after downloading only the code or a management priority to download?
You need an event to trigger an advanced action, and timing is not an event.
Why not create another identical slide, and have the playhead move to that slide after the first slide (with a timeline of 30secs) is finished?
