From one of your prior threads, you appear to be working in Windows 8.1 64 bit with your Premiere Elements 12.
Where are you when you say that Premiere Elements 12 will not accept your Adobe ID - are you at the Sign In dialog step of the end of the
installation? Whatever the location, what is being rejected or not recognized specifically - can you tell if it is the Adobe ID or password?
Are you working with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
Please check out the following troubleshooting steps and let us know if any of them worked for you

Thank you.

My Flah Help can't download newer Versions and Ressources. So i can't use it. And i have to. And i paied for it.
So: How can i deinstall the rotten ADOBE HELP for Flash CS5 an install a new one (Mac OS X 10.6.8 )?

Do you receive an error message when trying to use the help files?  What have you tried so far to resolve your difficulties?

  • Adobe Helper for Ps CS6 Extended (OSX Lion)

I don't know if that was just me or not. You gotta to be kidding when I saw all legacy helper info still sitting inside Adobe Helper.
I was out of my curious running Adobe Helper from Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended. My goodness gracious, what is Adobe thinking?
This should haven't released much sooner. Adobe Helper itself is a messy helper app, it included legacy Master Collection CS5.5 apps along with the latest Master Collection apps CS6.
I don't want to see all of CS5.5 helper files sitting in Adobe Helper.
Where can I submit this feedback/bug?
Adobe Helper team should ought to be shame of themselves in this situation.
Anyone know any workaround solution to get rid all of legacy helper files? Please explain the steps in layman's terms.
    Thanks in advance.

The help files are for multiple versions, to be more discoverable through a web search.
There is a dedicated forum for the Adobe Help Manager/Community help application: http://forums.adobe.com/community/creativesuites/communityhelp

  • On hold with Adobe Help for over 46+ minutes

I called Adobe help to try to resolve my Creative Cloud product activation issues on a new machine, and at the time I am writing this message, have been on hold for over 46 minutes. Fortunately I wear a headset, but unfortunately this results in lost productivity time for me (which results in less income).
My membership with Adobe is current. I have a problem with the product that needs to be resolved.
I am very dissatisfied with the level of support Adobe provides for its products.

    A few questions:
Which OS version are you on?
Do you have the text or screen shots of the specific issues you are seeing?
You can email me at [email protected] and we will work to resolve your issues.

  • Help for Elements 8

I'm new to Elements 8.  The last one I had was version 4.  I had two questions...I had read another question about text effects that helped somewhat, but Elements 4 had text effects like "blowpen", but I don't see that on Elements 8!  Did they not put it on there?  And also, would anyone be willing to teach me how to make certain kinds of graphics?  There are some wallpapers/other graphics that I would like to know how to make.
    Thanks!

It would have been removed in PSE8. You can try other Text effects as well.
Also, for Graphics, there are a lot of graphics available in the content panel.

  • Install help for elements 12

I have successfully installed Photoshop Elements 12 and the photo part works very well, but I don't have the video section. What should I do?

    Hi olafthesnowman,

It seems like the file has not downlaoded successfully.
Please try to download the file once again and try to install.

  • Access denied in Adobe Help for LR3.3

Cannot utilize Lightroom Help (have LR3.3 currently) - receive message "Access Denied We're sorry you're not allowed access to the service you requested. If you feel you should have access, please contact the appropriate authorities and give them you IP address: XX.XX.XXX.XXX. Thank you for your patience."
I found an older response in this forum with LR3 beta that identified a similar issue and suggested copying a HelpCfg file from C:\Program files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe and paste it into C:\Program Files\Common Files and then restart Adobe Community Help and go to Edit>Preferences and click Update each Help package.  Did all of this but in the preference section, the Update tabs do not function and the Status of 'Using Lightroom 3' is listed as 'not available.'
Additionally, I use PS CS5 and Help works just fine with that program.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks.

Trevor, I start to understand a lot of mysteries from the past. I only use remote desktop connection to do stuff on that server and didn't know about the possibility to run Central Administration as a Administrator. I used to browse or call the page from
IIS. The reason that I haven't stepped on the necessity to launch it as the Administrator is that launching through IIS seems to give the same result. I remember though that I had irregularities in the behavior of the CA that where killing me... now I
    got the explanation.
JJPinto, the accounts are the same and access is always through RDP with the same url. Both time I can access, but some features would throw errors or "access denied"; anyway, for me the case is closed and I'm happy that I learned something new!

Not necesarily. I've done it a few times.

I'm not sure you can download a PC copy of Acrobat 9 unless you operating from bootcamp or other such application and running the PC partition.
    Yes. You can.
I've learned something. New. This must be recently changed. That last time I clicked on a Link I though was a dmg file and turned out it was and exe file my Macs wouldn't allow me to do so. But haven't tried recently everytime and exe file comes up I cancel. I gues I am used to the time everytime a Virus or some other nasty was downloaded it was packaged in and exe file and Macs owuldn't allow it. I suppose with the INtel guts now they can no longer refuse to download.

  • Local help content adobe premiere and elements 10

I usually check for adobe help updates (local content) once a week! There was an update to adobe premiere elements 10 this week. However, when I clicked update, it did something but instead of saying current, it said intergration pending. Nomatter what I did it remained pending. At this time I had over 100mb's of local content all together.  I decided to uninstall AIR, uninstall Adobe Help.AIR and delete the folder in the USER/DataAppData/Roaming folder and then reinstall them back. When I clicked Adobe Help, It redownloaded all the local content but only 61.8mb's  and it now it says that Adobe Photoshop Element 10 and Adobe Premiere 10 are "Not Available." All the other Adobe apps local help content says, "Current." Can anyone explain what's going on?

Hi: sorry for the delay -- the issue has been traced to some misconfigured redirects on the adobe content servers.  The redirects should be fixed sometime this evening. I will continue to monitor the situation with our IT team and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.  Please note that this is issue affects the online web help as well as the availability of local help.
    Again, apologies for the delay.

Please try it with version 3.7. You can find it at
    http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=3591
To install with Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0:
    1. Exit Photoshop Elements and Adobe Bridge
    2. Open the Finder
    3. Navigate to the root of the local disk (not the user's home folder).
    4. Navigate to:
    (Please read directory carefully)
    Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CS2/File Formats
    5. Move the existing plug-in to another location (for example, a new folder on your desktop). Ensure you keep this version in case you need to revert back.
    6. Copy the Camera Raw plug-in,
Camera Raw, from the download into the same folder as in Step 4.
    7. Launch Photoshop Elements or Adobe Bridge.
Also make sure that you don't have the Nikon raw/nef plug in installed and over riding the Adobe one. Sorry, I don't have a Nikon to be able to tell you the name of their plugin.

  • Why won't Adobe accept my Serial No. for Elements 10?

Why won't Adobe accept my Serial No for Elements 10.  I purchased it quite a while ago and never installed it until today.  It is refusing to ackn owledge my Serial no as a legitiamate no. yet I have triple checked it and it is from the DVD box I purchased.  Help!

    Hi MarBain,
Can you please tell on which OS you are trying to install Elements?
There might be a possibility that you are using Windows only Serial Number on MAC.
