By the today e-received updates for Adobe Photoshop Elemenst 12.1 and Adobe Premiere Elements 12.1 I got this error messages: Failure code = U44M1P2003. What to do? System = Window7 64bit.
Sometimes the Adobe servers used for the updates can get busy and it’s necessary to try a couple of times. Also make sure you don’t have a firewall which may be blocking the connection. It sometimes helps to temporarily disable internet security/anti-virus software. Because the Organizer is shared by both programs it often helps to do the PSE update first, followed by the PRE update in that order.
Select the 12.1 update for PSE from the updater dialog and ensure everything else is unchecked. Quit PSE and PRE if you have it running and then start the update.
If PSE updates properly to 12.1 repeat the process for PRE. -

Silent Install Adobe Premiere Elements 11 gives Exit Code: 1
When I want to perform a silent install, following the next link: http://www.itninja.com/software/adobe/premiere-elements/11-1663, it gives me an Exit Code: 1.
What's going wrong?
When I start a normal installation, it completes succesfully.
I'm using Windows XP SP3 Professional Dutch.

Adobe Premiere Elements 11 Serial Code Invalid
I bought Adobe Premiere Elements 11 from Amazon a few days ago because APE12 is not compatible with my computer, plus, I liked 11 when I tried it. I started to load the program into my computer, but when it asked for the serial number on the box, it said it was invalid. The customer service rep I was talking to said she'd look into it and it would take 3-4 minutes, but that was an hour and a half ago. The program is new (according to the sticker on the box), so I don't know what's wrong. I have a feeling I was took. Does anyone have any insight?

Adobe Premiere Elements 11 does not open
Hello,
I just bought adobe photo elements 11 and premiere 11. I already had a trial version from Photo Elements11. With the code I could activate the whole program so this succeeded.
However, I tried to install Adobe Premiere elements 11 (several times) I installed and de-installed and re-installed a couple of times but with no success. During the installation process it does go through the whole installing procedure and everything seemed ok; the icon appears on my desktop but when I try to click to open it, it doesn't open..(it's not doing anything at all, you see the mouse turning into that "swirl circle" very briefly then it stops and nothing opens)
I also tried to download the trial version and hoped with the code I could open it, but nothing happen there either.
Hope you can help me out. I also didn;t receive any error messages.
I have a Intel Core i5-2430M - 2,4 Ghz, Windows7.

IngeCould be the auxilairy processes failing to initialize. Perhaps the event viewer can provide some clues:

Could also be an issue with teh activation stuff, so try running Help --> Deactivate in PSE, then launch PRE to bring up the activation dialog....

Adobe Premiere Elements 11 just doesn't start (Win7, 64bit, NEW image)

While Adobe Premiere Elements 10 is just working fine, Premiere Elements 11 won't start. I choose "Video Editor" from the Welcome screen, then select either open project or create new project. I then get to see pink/grey status bar, but nothing else happens. Elements just won't start. Note: The Organizer is working fine.

Adobe Premiere Elements 11 Crashes from Mac App store (MBA 2013, Mavericks)
When loading, it simply hangs for 3 minutes then crashes. Can't get past the loading screen.

Adobe Premiere Elements 12 has stopped working
Running Premiere Elements 12 since last September. Although we don't always get along, it would always launch for me. This problem has been happening since Wednesday. I believe Microsoft updates were applied Wednesday morning, but not sure this affects the Elements startup. I applied the Premiere Elements 12 update on Wednesday morning, I though the installation said update 12.1.0.0, but it could have been 12.0.0.1. I remember a 12 and a 1 and a zero. The program starts, displays the spash screen, I click on Video Editor, which present the Existing Project or New Project tabs, clicking either of these causes the problem. Here are the details-

I find is interesting that I applied the update, but the app version is listed as 12.0.0.0, may give someone a clue. Control Panel says Premiere Elements 12.1.0.0 is installed. OS is Windows 7 54-bit. 8GB RAM.

Your screenshoot looks OK. Where is the 12.0.0.0 that you say you see?
1. Check out the Adobe Premiere Elements Previews Folder and the Media Cache Folder for pile ups of preview files and conformed audio.
(See Libraries/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Elements/12.0). Also check for pile ups of conformed video (See Edit Menu/Preferences/Media and Media Cache Database and its "Clean" button.)
2. See Edit Menu/Preferences/Scratch Disks and let us know where they are directed and how much free hard drive space exists at that location(s).
3. Is the problem confined to all projects (new and old)?
4. If you have not already, please delete the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file.

and in the 12.0 Folder is the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file that you delete. If that does not solve the problem, then delete the whole 12.0 Folder in which the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file exists. Be sure to be working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path cited.

Adobe premiere elements 12 not installing on iMac 17
hello,
I am trying to install Adobe Premiere Elements 12 onto my iMac 17, i go through the install process, agree the terms and conditions, enter my serial number (correctly), select where on my mac i would like it to be installed to and it begins to instal. Standard right?
However it only ever gets to 2% before the installation fails. When i hit the button to ask for a description of the error it opens up my web browser and gives me the following info.

What's going on? It did this when i was trying to install the trial version and it's doing it now with the disc!When i run disk utilities i can see the premiere elements 12 disks in the laft hand payne but when i click on them nothing appears in the right hand payne for me to select, therefore repair disk permissions is left greyed out. Ideas?

I bought and installed Adobe Premiere Elements 13. The download email provided me with an order number, a product key and a password. I never received a serial number. When I attempted to access the software, it required a serial number. I now cannot use this product because I never received a serial number.

The suggestion provided by Kglad is information on how to redeem your redemption code. Did you purchase from Adobe directly? If not then it is likely you received a redemption code as opposed to a serial number.

It's really anoying now. any ideas.This is really anoying me now.
It's simply keeps crashing when zooming in and out the timeline and when browsing through the media.
All photos are in jpg and video is AVI imported from Sony HC3 using DV Tape and Premere Element 4.0

If I install the latest version 13, I can not use my serial number and I get only the trial version I do not want to use because you have a kind of watermark in the movie you create.
Any help please?create a desktop folder and copy your installation files to that folder. then click setup in that desktop directory.
