Aebs crashes everyday

i have to unplug it everyday because i am unable to access the settings
internet still works though but it disconnects the airdisk
i reset, downgraded, upgraded, trashed preferences and profiles
i'm at the end of my rope with this thing.
is there something else i can try?
thanks for any advice.

Yes it is only one partition and is formated as FAT (so my girlfriends PC can see it, very tedious) would it make a difference if I formatted it as HFS? also it is a raid drive would that affect the outcome?

  • Why does my iPad crash everyday at least twice a day?

My iPad 2. Consistently crashes everyday when running applications or even just scrolling thru pictures. How do I fix this?

Could be one app or more causing the crashes.
    Restore your iPad as new.
How to set up your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch as a new device
Then re sync 5 apps at a time, test the iPad.
Or just try restoring as you normally would and see if that helps.

  • Safari crashes everyday about the same time. ????

I have a case where safari crashes everyday about 1:30 pm in the afternoon mountain time. The user tries to access gmail at this time through safari and it crashes. She then tries IE and it works. Safari goes down for about an hour and then it seems to work fine again. This happens day after day with the same scenario.
This has got me stumped? Any help would be appreciated.

Ok... Safari and Gmail have issues...
According to Google, "Gmail users with Safari version 4.0.4 might encounter issues loading Gmail." This link has more info:

  • SAFARI HAS CRASHED EVERYDAY SINCE I BOUGHT MY MAC

My safari crashes everyday. I have even tried going to firefox with the same result. I never had these kinds of internet problems in 20 years

You have a corrupt system or something else then. And hopefully you learned to do backups, repair your system and disk drive, and troubleshoot for what causes crashes.
Like emptying cache and remove prefs and bookmarks.
Kind of hard to help but it seems to be systemic.

  • Mac Excel 2011 crashes everyday; what can I do?

Please help me quickly resplve my crashing Excel program.
I get a message that says Excel has encountered an error and needs to close. After I send the error report, it reverts to the last autosaved version.
It's very frustrating, because even though autosave is set for 3 min...I still have to re-do everthing I was working on and loose my place.
~I use Excel everyday, and had no problems on my OLD MACBOOK, or any of my various PC's.

    Is it up to date?
Office has lots of issues with Fonts. While excel isn't a font heavy program, it's worth checking.
    Open Font Book
    Select All Fonts
Select Validate Fonts from the File menu.
    Resolve any problems.
Microsoft installs a lot of fonts that are duplicates of the System Fonts. I turned off all of the Microsoft duplicates.

  • Multiple crashes everyday. Help? :(

    Howdy,
My FCP is crashing all the time these days, I've tried reinstalling it, I even tried wiping the system and going from fresh. Nothing seems to have much of an affect.
My system details are as follows:
    Mac Pro
    2x2.66ghz Dual-Core Intel Xeon
    7gb 667 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM
    OSX 10.6.6
    Final Cut Studio 3/FCP 7
Each time it crashes I get a HUGE crash report, I can post it here if it's of any use? I just didn't want to bowl straight in with a monster report right away.
If anyone is willing to take a look and shed any light on the situation, that'd be awesome.
It's a work machine and is not young by any means, it's the oldest in our studio. I'm hoping it's not just down to its age though :/
    Thanks anyway.
    Chaz

if you get the Maintenance Pack from digitalrebellion.com, it includes an app that can read crash reports....CRASH REPORTER. It will tell you specifically what is causing these. Plus, there are MANY OTHER useful applications in there.

  • Firefox 35 crashes everyday for no reason on Mac OS 10.9.5

As the title says. One second I'm using it and the next it's gone, there no freezing, nothing special, it just quit and restarts, up to several times a day. It never did that since I started using it many years ago. It started happening not long after I updated from 10.8.5 to 10.9.5, or maybe after I updated to v35 shortly after.
Let me know if you need any information to solve this.

  • MacBook Pro (15-inch Early 2011) w/ML Black screen crash everyday since 1.69f4 SMC update

SInce the 1.69f4 SMC upadte installed though the App Store my Macbook has been randomly showing a black screen and the only way to get out of it is to hard reset. After that it takes a couple hours to get going again. Frequently when booting up after the black screen, the Apple logo and spinning ball disappear and it just sits on a white screen with the fan spinning like mad.
I have searched around and tried the SMC, PRAM and hdd disconnect but none of them seem to be a realible fix. It just fixes it self and boots normally when it feels like it.
I've read that black screen crashes can be a problem with the logic board but when it does boot it works perfectly ?? There is no log of any interruption in console or any sort of crash report. When it does restart there is no "your computer had a problem" message either.
Ive only had the laptop for <18months and its has never left my house, it stays docked to thunderbolt display so there cant be any physical damage.
Is there anyway to roll back the SMC firmware? it worked perfectly before this update now im losing 1-3 hours a day trying to get it started again.

do you have any proof fir this trick, because mymackbook pro early 2011 never used SSD for system and stroage.
but i had replace hardisk  from toshiba 500 GB  5400rpm to toshiba to 1 TB 7200 rpm were normal almost 1 years.but gettong problem at least  2 month ago .
    thanks
everybody  who's get try for this trick, please posting it.

  • Firefox crashing everyday. Updated, removed and reinstalled, but to no avail. Beyond acceptable at this point.

For the last month or two, Firefox has become unstable on two fronts; Firefox crashes, maybe once a week and Adobe Flash crashing in Firefox, maybe twice a week. I have tried everything, but this is becoming too time consuming to put up with. The instability seems to be a Firefox issue. It is free and a labor of love, but it isn't measuring up against Chrome for sure and even IE is more stable these days.
If I go download a full new .exe file and reinstall Firefox, seems to be good for a few days, but sooner or later the same issues rise back up. Something is not like it used to be with Firefox.

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
#Enter ''about:crashes'' in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
#Copy the '''5''' most recent Report IDs that start with '''bp-''' and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
''' Note:''' If a recent Report ID does not start with '''bp-''' click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

  • I am experiencing numerous mozilla crashes everyday. It is becoming a real problem.

My Mozilla is crashing multiple times every day. It doesn't matter if I have 1 tab or several open.

along with the crashes my computer is also freezing a lot. I can click on different things just fine and then it just stops and won't do anything regardless of what I click on, and then after a while everything I clicked on pops up.

  • Imac crashes everyday at 12:00:03pm

for some reason the whole system locks up at that time. it has something to do with a microsoft daemon that runs. if i delete the file from the accounts> login items it is fine. the file rebuilds itself everyday so it is a real headache. any ideas how i can resolve this? i migrated from my G4 imac over to this new one. thansk

Hi, you should probably review "A Basic Guide for Migrating to Intel-Macs", as it may be that you migrated something not compatible.

  • My router crashes everyday.

I need turn off power and turn on. Every day  the router crashed. model is MI424WR.

I wonder if that has something to deal with the DNS Client/Server in the router.
    I point to https://www.grc.com/dns/dns.htm
and try the Standard DNS Test and the Router Crash Test
