The cloud icon means that the songs are only in the cloud, they aren't stored on your iPad. You can turn off the showing of songs that are in the cloud via Settings > iTunes & App Store > Music (under the 'show all' heading) 'off'. On your iPad tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. Or on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should also be a payment link.

Hi all, im trying to restore my iphone 4S, however i keep getting error 1611 i have tried uninstalling itunes and everything else related, i have tried kicking the iphone out of recovery mode but then it gets stuck on the apple logo for a few seconds then changes to the low battery symbol then goes back to the apple logo and this continues untill i put it back into recovery or dfu mode, i have tried everything can anyone help me ?? thank you!

I downloaded some music on my iPhone through iCloud and I want them off the phone now. How can I get rid of the songs??

I just got the iPhone 4 and decided to put some music on it so i used the iCloud system. when they were downloading i decided i didnt want some of themso i stopped the sync. Now the songs are stuck onthe phone but they are greyed out and wont play... i cant figure out how to remove them! help please!!
P.s. i tried to redownload them and it didnt work either.. just made duplicates.

You are asking two questions, I believe. One is how to remove songs from the iPod without doing a Restore (erasing the iPod).
The other seems completely unrelated to the iPod. I think you have a situation where you have manually moved your iTunes Media folder (outside of iTunes), so iTunes no longer knows where your song files are located. Therefore, in your iTunes library (not your iPod), the songs are greyed out and cannot be played.
Does that sound right?
If so, do you still have your old computer, where your iTunes library worked properly?

I spent days searching for a clear and efficient solution for this: I've configured microsoft exchange on my iphone so I can access my job emails. The problem is that this obliges you to set a lock code on your phone. I tried to delete completely the exchange mail account, the "diactivate code" in the phone settings is still greyed!
I found stories about using the exchange management cosole but this thins is simply unconfigurable (keeps telling "Initialization failed" after asking clear and understandable information like a "friendly name for the exchange forest" and the "FQDN or URL of the server running the remote PowerShell")

Hi guys i had a battery booster app i recently added to my iphone, took it off as i realised it did actaully boost my battery but it did have useful information on the app display itself. I had downloaded it again for free from itunes app store but when i hooked my iphone back up to my lap top it will not start to download onto my phone again..why is this? it should be automatic shouldnt it? how do i go about putting this app back on my phone again?

if they're songs you purchased from itunes go to the itunes store on your ipad, go to purchased, and download from there.
