I am running Windows 7 on a Dell Laptop. Internet Explorer has been running wierd the last few days so I suspect there may be other problems.

The D810 requires Camera Raw 8.6 or later - the latest version that is compatible with Photoshop Elements 12 is Camera Raw 8.5 as far as I can see.
You need to either buy a new version of Photoshop Elements or use the free Adobe DNG converter.

This may be the right answer. However, there is one problem I need to work through first with the Restore before I can go back and rename the folders. The files I backed up from the old computer originated from two drives: C and an external hard drive and were backed up to another place on the ext HD. When I Restored the backup, Adobe PSE 8 copied all the files to the Adobe folder as requested. However, the Organizer looks on the ext HD for the files/folders that originated on the ext HD, instead of the C where I want it to look. (I chose the copy to new location option without preserving file structure.) I didn't realize this at first, so I have probably been making changes to files on the ext HD.
Does anyone know why this happened or an easy way to fix it? Otherwise, I will have to go back and manually reconnect all of these files/folders to the C drive.

hello, when this is happening after you've already updated firefox with your admin account, try to delete the ''updates'' folder and ''active-update.xml & updates.xml'' within the %localappdata% folder of your restricted account like it is described in http://kb.mozillazine.org/Software_Update#Software_Update_not_working_properly

99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, either get a sim card from the carrier your phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked, if you want to activate it. Because it appears that it was not officially unlocked.

Ah.. then I suspect you just need to go to Logic's prefs/Audio and check CoreAudio...
It has been unchecked somehow...

A misleading and malicious popup. Launch Safari with the Shift key held down; if that doesn't work, temporarily disconnect the computer from the Internet.

You can't import MPEG-2 files directly to FCP X.
Can you play this file in Quicktime Player? If so, then you can use the free program MPEG Streamclip to convert this to Quicktime. Use the ProRes codec.

There are a couple things that I would recommend trying. Try closing all open applications and power cycle the device. Next, go through the section labeled Troubleshoot issues on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in the second article below. If the issue persists, try completely signing out of the iTunes Store on the iOS device and sign back in. Be sure to test downloading an application after each step.

Firefox will not open on my computer, even after reinstall, with no error message or when I try to run "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -p. Help?

I recently installed firefox so I could use an adblocker. It installed just fine, and it worked just fine for about three days. Then yesterday it stopped opening. I'm on a Toshiba running Windows 7. The icon highlights when I click on it, but then it stops and won't open the browser at all. When I try to run it with the manual command "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -p, I get the error message, "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\ refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the Internet or your network, and then try again. I'm connected to the Internet just fine and my other browsers (Chrome and IE) work the same as always. Everytime I try to download a newer version of Mozzilla Firefox it starts to download, then displays a run box, and when you push the run button, a box appears and says file is corrupt. I recently installed windows 7 and I have slow internet.

Any apps that she downloaded onto the device are tied to her apple ID. They cannot be transferred to another account. To update those apps, you would either need her password, or you could delete the apps and download them using your own apple id.
