You are allowed to have two activated installations. If you happened to have one on this Windows 8 machine before, it is possible that the activation used for it was never deactivated (did you deactivate it before you upgraded Windows?). Talk to Adobe support thru chat. They might be able to resolve this with you:

I have apple iPhone 4S upgraded to iOS 6.0.1 and everything was working fine suddenly my Wifi was not connecting and found the wifi on/off button is greyed out and to enable it I tried all resets but still my problem have not solved, still wifi is off
Same here.... No fix. Replacing is the option apparently and if you're out of warranty, you're SOL. That was as per the "Genius" at Apple.

Rename the OOBE Folder to OOBE.old from this location
Path: Library/application support/Adobe/OOBE
Rename the PCD Folder to PCD.old from this location
Path:Library/application support/Adobe/PCD
Now relaunch Creative Cloud.

I just got familiar with my address book on my YouTube channel. I was adding contacts and everything was working fine then out of nowhere I got a Stop Script pop up notice. I am using Firefox. Now when I go to my address book on YouTube it freezes and I often have to use CTL + ALT + DLT to stop it and start over.
Is this a Firefox or YouTube problem? I tried looking at this page on IE and the same thing happens.You are telling us by yourself that is a Youtube problem, because it happens also on IE.
Anyway that may be an issue with your e-mail account. Maybe you have too many e-mails and YouTube gets so busy trying to add all of them. If you hadn't added them already, you could export that directions to CSV and divide the CSV in parts so YouTube wouldn't have so much work. How many directions you wanted to add? -

The nice thing about owning this overpriced POS is that Apple not only doesn't support it, but also doesn't want to hear about anything negative regarding it. So I spoke to the so-called "support" people at Apple who successfully screwed up my contacts beyond repair. I got a nice email from Apple asking me to rate the support I got. I was actually civil and described the issue tactfully. What do I get in return? Nothing. Not a damned thing!! You're luck you've got me by the short hairs on a 2 year contract but I'm still tempted to throw this POS through the front window of the nearest Apple store!! Not only will I be replacing this phone with a competitive product but I won't be buying anymore Apple crap. I guess when you con 27 million people into believing your rhetoric and sales lies, you don't have to care whether some customers get screwed or not. I'll be going back to Verizon and threatening legal action if they don't take this electronic dung heap back but I'm sure the teams of lawyers Apple and Verizon have on staff have insured that I have no rights in this matter and you're free to screw me anytime you please. Sad. I used to love Apple as a company and your products. Now you're just another Microsoft with more trendy looking junk. I've had it with you. Do you have the Onavo app installed? If so, try removing it.
1. Go to your Settings app -> General -> Profiles
2. Locate the profile called "Onavo"
3. Tap Remove
4. Go back to your home screen and delete the Onavo Extend icon -
I'm on Windows 8 64bit, and I have a 160gb iPod classic which has worked perfectly on all versions of iTunes including 11. Just a couple of days ago I updated to 11.1, and now when I open iTunes it gives me that error message. Re-installing or repairing iTunes has absolutely no effect, I've done that about 10 times now.
Everything in the program actually works fine, but when I try to connect my iPod, it says "connected, do not disconnect" for about 10 seconds before flashing up the "sync in progress" screen for about half a second, and then it goes to "okay to disconnect".
I have connected the iPod in disk mode and exactly the same thing happens.
Any ideas? Is my iPod now a brick until apple does another update?Upgrading to itunes 7.0 just cost me 2 days of messing around and in the end I had to revert back to v6.0 and resore my lib.
Apple CS was good but did not belly up the fact that 7.0 is defective in some cases and in the end told me I had a hardware problem!
The main issue is that I could not get itunes 7.0 to see my ipod (very infrequently after a hard boot I would see it but would not be able to upload anything). Worked(s) 100% with v 6.0.
This is very defintey 1/2 baked following in the steps of the other well known producers of sw that is not always functional/buggy the first time around.
My computer is a x40 IBM laptop with xp sp2. Will have to wait a few more weeks to see how this pans out.

I recently had to reinstall my software for a
dell computer a dell latitude d 830, then after installing all of my software and such including itunes the player did well even record to disks with no problems now that my system has done alot of updating of system files....now the itunes does not burn to my cd...error message 2131 this time ..this has occurred several times on this sytem and and as well as other system this one has window vista 64 bit home prem. why is the itunes not working to burn my disks
it worked fine before the updates to the system and the itunes software is up dated as well...can someone suggest something

The 2131 usually indicates firmware needs to be updated on a drive.
Head to your drivers and downloads page for your latitude at Dell, and check for updates to your firmware for your optical drives. If you're behind and you update, does that clear up the 2131? -
Is anyone else having problems with their screen saver not turning on? My was working when I first bought the lap top. Then it stopped activating, I could get it to come on from a hot corner, or if I powered off the lap top and the next time I would boot on it would work for a few days but then it would stop. Made an appointment with the Genius bar and they suggested to wipe clean the HD and re-install the software Mountain Lion. Which was done. It worked fine for a few weeks, now it has stopped again, and I can not even get it to stay on by activating it from the Hot Corners.
Anyone else having the same problem? And if so what have you done to try and correct it? Apple ran a check on my MacBook and they said there is nothing mechanically wrong with the MacBook that it is the software?????Back up all data.

Have you reset since the upgrade? Hold down the sleep/wake button along with the home button until you see the apple, then let go.

Have you tried a "hard reset"? If so, I would take the phone to an Apple store. If not,
1. Make sure the phone is OFF
2. Hold the HOME button and then press the power button and HOLD IT.
3. Hold both buttons until the phone comes ON, goes OFF and come ON again (about 45 seconds)
4. Re-sync with iTunes.

My husband and I both have iphones and everything was ok until I synced his phone and lost all his contacts and pixs. I downloaded verizon's contact retreival app and got his contacts back but now his contacts keep overwriting mine. I can sync my phone and get my contacts back but within a few hours, his show up again. We use the same apple id for purchases. What can I do?
Are you sharing the same iCloud account (in Settings>iCloud)? And do you both have Contacts turned to On in Settings>iCloud?
