After saving and publishing to folder, changes are not shown...

I have successfully published 2 updated versions of my website to the same folder on my computer. I have just completed the third update, saved it, published it, yet after uploading the changes aren't shown on the site itself. I have closed/re-opened iWeb and the changes are shown. Any help would be appreciated!

It is really easy with an ftp app to wind up uploading the old copy of your site instead of the new one. Try publishing to your desktop or someplace else completely different so you will know that you are ftp'ing the newest version.

Publish you site to a folder on your hard drive and open it locally with your browser. Check to see if the site is all there. If not
Try the following:
delete the iWeb preference file, com.apple.iWeb.plist, that resides in your Home() /Library/Preferences folder.
go to your Home()/Library/Caches/com.apple.iWeb folder and delete its contents.
launch iWeb and publish to the folder again.
If that doesn't help continue with:
move the domain file from your Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder to the Desktop.
launch iWeb, create a new test site, save the new domain file and close iWeb.
go to the your Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder and delete the new domain file.
move your original domain file from the Desktop to the iWeb folder.
launch iWeb and try again.

Why Material Classification Changes are not shown in MM04?

I have a material; I changed classification data by changing a value of a
Characteristic, e.g. unit of measure for reporting. It had allowed values of
No entry, mg, kg.. I changed it from No entry to mg.
However when I went to MM04; I do not see the change; why. I know
When I make changes to non Classification data; I can see changes in mm04.

I'm afraid you can't see these changes in MM04.
MM04 does not show the changes of classification of the material master only the changes of fields which directly belong to material master. You can get the classification change docs in the classification screen: menu Environment -> change docs.
Also note that Changes to the values of characteristics are not recorded in material master changes. These values are stored in the classification tables and if you want to track changes of them, you have to use engineering change management.

SAP Script for PO works in test mode but changes are not shown on PO

I've modified the sapscript for the Purchase order.When I go to se71 and print test it the chage is visible.But when I actually see the attachment in mail chages are not visible.

Hi Venkat,
Plz activate the debugger & check if the window where you have made ur changes (text element & texts) is getting executed or not. Debugging will help you to know whether or not the change is triggered.. & Also as to know why its not triggered.. (may be there are some codes above thats working differently when you display the PO at runtime.
To debug the script.. on the tcode SE71 ---> Utilities --> Activate Debugger

After upgrading to FF 7. When I change my Privacy settings to Use custom settings and check ok, the changes are not saved.

Using Win 7 sp1

In Privacy Settings: When I change the FireFox will: to "use custom settings for history" and check ok, the setting isn't saved. After I close, then reopen the Privacy Settings tab, the setting for FireFox will: is back to "remember history"

You can try to delete the cookies.sqlite and permissions.sqlite files in the Firefox profile folder.

After upgrading to 5.0.2, notifications are not shown on lock screen - even missed calls

I have exactly the same problem - but only after connecting my phone via exchange active sync to our companies server.
all lollipop useres except for the sony users don't have this problem.
settings (of all, only non sensitive, no notifications shown) don't make any difference.
My boss contacted someone at support and got some feedback that needed him to reset phone to initial, and "repair" it via companion. Did work for him (Z3), doesn't work for anyone else...

Deployement changes are not reflecting on Test Server

I have Local (development)environment , I have deployed this application in Test envoirment as well and working fine.
I have identified some changes and made changes on local machine and tested, now I am trying to deploy same changes on Test.
The changes are not getting reflect on Test.
I have stoped application and have import the MSI file also selected Overright resources check box same time, restarted the host instance and start application.
Changes are not getting reflated on Test server. Should I needs to GAC some thing manually on Assembly ? How ????
What else I can do to get it working ?
Note : Also have tried to delete application from TEST Env and imported MSI from DEV still same issue.

you need to run the MSI after it is imported, ths GAcs the dll (and also
adds the MSI package to show up under Add/Remove programs). If you just want to GAC the compoent.
Goto Resources folder on hyour application in Biztalk admin console
Select the assembly in Resource, right click, select Modify
Under Modify Resources - Options box, check the "Add to the Global Assembly Cache on MSI file import"
Repeat for each Assembly or other resources in your application that you want in the GAC.
The above option is using an msi. other option is simply gac the file to c:\Windows\assembly folder (either using gacutil command or copying the assembly to this folder)

Changes are not reflected after editing and saving the chart in th WAD 3.5

I have to display the chart in the report using WAD 3.5. But after creating a chart and then when ihave to make extra changes again and save the same, the changes are not reflected. I can see only the previous changes.
I am working on the chart for the first time. please let me know about the problem. My changes to the chart are not getting reflected.

Hope you are doing a right click and selecting Edit Chart. Click on Refine.
Then Click on Next till you get the button Complete. After you click on Complete, you save the Template.

Not that I'm aware of. You just export JPEG copies to a folder that you can point iTunes to. For instance, I have created a folder in my Pictures folder called Apple TV. And within that folder I have other folders of pictures that I can choose from in iTunes to share with Apple TV. But there doesn't seem to be any way to share a Lightroom slideshow. If you have laid to create a video file that would probably work. Apple TV is a little clunky in my opinion. Some things are a little more difficult to do now than they were a while back. I probably haven't provided you with much help, but just keep experimenting and I think you will figure it out.

Upon startup Firefox says "Proxy is refusing connections." When I select "Auto-Detect Proxy" from Advanced settings and solve problem, changes are not saved and upon next startup I must select again...!

Firefox 4 was working fine. Then one day, when I started up Firefox, it says "Proxy is refusing connections." I solved this by selecting "Auto-Detect Proxy" from Advanced network settings, but my changes are not saved and upon every start-up I must select it again! (I even completely removed my webroot antivirus protection, as it as hindering many proxy related programs, but this seems to not be the source of the problem)

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select "No Proxy"

CS5 indd files occasionally change after saving and reopening

Occasionally the contents of my InDesign document will change after saving and re-opening. No errors reported during the save however when the file is opened a text box may be out of place or leading may be messed-up on a few random pages or some of the recent changes may not have been saved. Any ideas?

There was no direct indication that you created the code in a standard module. I asked because you reported that the code works in the sample workbook that you downloaded but not in your own workbook.
I don't know what else to suggest at the moment.
Could you create a stripped-down copy of the workbook (without sensitive information) and make it available through one of the websites that let you upload and share a file, such as Windows Live SkyDrive (https://skydrive.live.com),
FileDropper (http://filedropper.com) or DropBox (http://www.dropbox.com). Then post a link to the uploaded and shared file here.

The link you posted gives be a 404 not found message.
The reason you're getting the repeat is because your site name is wilgenroos.nl and the first page of your site is wilgenroos.
The standard URL for domain names that are forwarded with the CNAME method is:
http://www.domain_name.com/site_name/page_name.html.
You can change the site and page names in iWeb to give you something more informative about the site and page.
If you're publishing to a 3rd party server and want to get rid of the site name in the url and only have
http://www.domian_name.com/page_name.html
do the following:
publish the site to a folder on your hard drive (already done)
use Cyberduck to upload just the contents of your site folder to the root folder of your account on the server.
You should delete the old site folder and files that are currently there beforehand.

Changes are not saved

After making changes to my iWeb site, I have re-published as well as saved all to .mac. However, the changes are not saved. How can I save the changes?

Try clearing your browser cache, and then take another look. The changes are most likely there.

Re-publish site using 3rd party FTP Client-Changes are not visible

I uploaded my Iweb site to the server using FileZilla. When I make changes in I-web and republish, the changes are not visible. I even tested it out by deleting the site folder and re-uploading everything after I re-published the site in IWeb...but the change still isn't visible. Any suggestions as to why?

Apparently you publish to a folder.
iWeb's job is done!
What you do next with the files is your responsibility.
Try uploading the changed files to their respective folders on the server.
You can identify the changed files by the date/time.
Then in the browser, clear the cache and reload the page.
iWeb is not involved.

Indent changing is possible but changes are not reflecting after refresh
