After starting Creative Cloud just a white Window appears, no Apps or something else Windows 8.1, more uninstallation and re-install didn't bring a solution. I have had installed Photoshop CC Trial Version, but had to re-boot the system, so I lost the Software. After re-installing the Creative Cloud Desktop appeared just a White window. I tried to delete the file of OOBD in AppData but no reaction. It still appears as a clear window.

    To clarify, I bought the Creative Cloud student edition today cause I needed illistrator for a class asap and there were also some other programs I wanted and I couldnt afford to buy them all seperatly. Thats why I bought creative cloud but then a couple hours later I find that the CS6 production premium student edition has all the programs I initially wanted.     did you check for the executable files, not just the shortcuts?
    if the executables are missing and the desktop app says they're up-to-date, CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed

    Please rename OOBE Folder from the following location.
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    After renaming the OOBE folder please restart the machine and then launch the application once again.

    Windows:
    C/Users/User Name/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and delete it.
    Mac:
    ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it. (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html)
    Launch CC desktop and try to sign in.

  • Blank screen after loading Creative Cloud?

    When I try to run the file, 'Launching creative Cloud does not finish installing and a blank screen appears.  (Windows 7)  I have tried uninstall/reinstall, I have tried removing the OOBE file step by step, neither of which have helped.  Suggestions?  I've now lost a day of my 'free trial.'

    I have Windows 7 Premium, but maybe this will help with your Windows 8.
    I've tried all the following solutions in many posts to no avail, except for creating new windows account. New account was the only way for it to work and I did not want that.
    I finally figured out the root of all evil. The ampersand in Windows user folder name (not the Windows displayed user name).
    If you have ampersand (&) or other non-alphabet characters in windows user folder name (Example: C:\Users\Bob & Mary), then Flash Builder will fail to install (happened to me), Creative Cloud will display white screen, and/or other miscellaneous problems.
    I confirmed this to be true and works:
    1) I had blank Creative Cloud window as shown in the first post.
    2) I renamed the display username and window user folder name by doing the instructions here:

       (Example: Change from "Bob & Mary" to "Bob n Mary" - without the quotes)
    3) After logging back in my newly renamed account, I opened Creative Cloud and login interface shows up! :-)

    everytime I open my creative cloud, it opens up to the window with a white screen. It was working a while ago but i can't seem to find out why it is doing this. Just wondering if anyone has either had the same problem and fixed it or knows how to fix it.

  • When reverting to purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro point product, after uninstalling Creative Cloud Desktop (and CC-based Acrobat XI Pro), how do I eliminate request to renew my subscription?

    Creative Cloud just wasn't working for me, so after several years of frustration with being abroad and not online when the program decided to require online verification, I'm ditching Creative Cloud and reverting to the purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro point product. However, after uninstalling Creative Cloud Desktop (and CC-based Acrobat XI Pro), it still wants to go online and check my CC subscription, disallowing use of the newly installed point product version from a several year-old ESD file (and the more recent AcrobatUpd11010.dmg file).
    Anyone have an idea of how to eliminate request to renew my subscription?
    If, as a journalist, I've have these issues over the past two years, including this final insult when I'm trying to get away from CC, it can't be a one-off problem. So I'd like to hear details about others who've had a similar issue with reverting from CC back to a point product or to CS.

    I had PhotoShop CS6 trial, which expired.
    I have purchased Creative Cloud student edition, I receive a message that my PhotoShop trial has expired.
    I am prompted to purchase the product to extend it, or type in the product's serial number
    (I never received a serial number.)
    I paid for Creative Cloud and have an order number, I should not be having this issue. 
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled PhotoShop CS6 multiple times, I also use DreamWeaver and am fearful that I will encounter the same issue. How can I use the Photoshop CS6 after I have paid for it?

    I purchased the Cloud Yesterday, also 2 weeks ago Monday 10/15/2012.
    I purchased it twice thinking 1 purchase did not complete.
    I still will need to request a refund for 1, I've been too busy between, work, school, and kid. I'm at work now.

    Pablosanchezphotoshop do you have sufficient disk space?  Are you logged in under an administrator account?  Finally which operating system are you using?
