Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post. (If you've got XP, although the procedure is for Vista and 7, just read "Computer" as "My Computer", read "Uninstall a program control panel" as "Add or Remove programs control panel" and assume the system is 32-bit, and you'll be doing the right things.)

I have been using my DEBIT card for over a year but recently I had to update my billing information, since then it will not accept my card. All the information is correct, it's just telling me to visit iTunes support. Can someone help me? Much appreciated

There is no such warning on the Irish Apple site.!
My point was that, I would not have even considered trying to reorganize my itunes library had I known that the feature is not available in Ireland.
And that falls into the domain of Apple Ireland advertising.. which I"m sorry to say is false and misleading.
There are no "posters" telling the Irish customer that icloud / itunes music is not available!
I"m not blaming Apple for not "having the feature" in Ireland.. I am upset at them for falsing advertising a feature that they cannot for whatever reason deliver to Irish customers..

Hi all- I'm new to this online community of Apple support; my iPhone 5s is stuck on a screen that has the connect to iTunes icon, this started after I upgraded to IOS 8.1.1 from the beta to fixed version; I don't use iTunes and have an IPad, home PC, office PC, and Galaxy Tab, and I went through (failed) the process of installing itunes on my office PC but needed to update windows; after going through all redommendations I could find, including Apple phone support, I still haven't had success. Does anyone know a way to get my phone past that screen? I don't have time to keep doing updates and installation attempts;'I don't care about the content at this point; but I can't get to the settings to "reset all" and start from scratch; I bought i loud for storage and have an old 4s that has a broken screen butt still works and I have another active 4s on my plaN. I can not connect to the ITunes store. I have updated my apple ID and made sure that everything is set correctly. However, I can not purchase or update any apps no matter what I do. My partner has the same phone and hers works perfectly. I'm not sure how to sort this out. Please help

AndyI've been having this problem for weeks and have found no solution to it. There are lots of other people with this issue too if you look back on the boards. I even e-mailed AND called Apple and have had no luck. I tried all the suggestions they gave me and all the ones I found on here- nothing worked. I even uninstalled and re-installed iTunes (boy was that a pain!) and no difference.
The weird part is that I have an old laptop that works and if I buy music with the laptop I can download it with my regular computer buy buying does not work on my regular computer. That tells me it's not a connection issue. I can't get to my account either.
I can't figure out why an issue that has kept so many people from purchasing a product has been ignored! -
I had an unauthorized purchase on my old apple ID so I created a new one since the old one had been deactivated and now I cannot update any of my apps, I have read that the apps will be tied to the old account but since the old one was deactivated I cant update them and I do not want to delete/lose their data, re download, and start all over again. However, I asked them to reopen it, and they just asked me to provide some security information (billing address, a recent purchase you made, etc.), and then they re-enabled it.

I updated my IOS on my iPhone 4S and it locked up. I had to restore my phone and now iTunes will not go past the setup your phone screen even though the phone as been restored. How do I get iTunes to go past this screen so I can sync my phone again?
Depending on what iPhone you have when you get to the connect to wifi you should be able to activate your device over cellular data. Try doing a hard reset by holding the home circle button an power button until an apple pops up and the go through the setup again and when you get to the wifi part a option should be setup with cellular data iPhone 4 and above should give this option sometimes doesn't like showing up that's why u have to do a hard reset first

Last night i was downloading the new update for the Iphone4 on my laptop through Itunes. After the download was done, it was starting to install, and then an error came up and didnt get a chance to check it. Now my Iphone is stuck on the screen with the USB pointing to the Itunes Icon and wont do anything else. Any advice on how to get this fixed, or do i need to go to the Apple store and have them look at it.

I was attempting to update iphone 4s today, laptop went flat during the last stages. The iphone now only displays USB cord, with an arrow pointing towards iTunes emblem. iTunes will not accept/read the iphone. HELP??
If you have the latest version of iTunes you should not have to download the ipsw file separately as jalp suggests. iTunes will download it automatically.
This error (9) most often means that your antivirus or firewall (or router) is blocking access to Apple's servers. In rare instances it can also mean that the phone was hacked (or "jailbroken") to unlock it. If this is the case you must do a DFU restore, not Recovery Mode, as follows:
Reboot your computer
Disable your antivirus and firewall. If you has Kaspersky you may actually have to uninstall it, as it can never be turned completely off.
Connect the USB cable to a USB port directly on your computer, not to a hub. DO NOT connect the other end to the phone
Disconnect all USB devices except for mouse, keyboard and iPhone cable.
Launch iTunes
On the phone hold the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time for EXACTLY 10 seconds, then release the SLEEP button but continue holding the HOME button. The screen should be black. If it has an Apple logo this means you held both buttons too long. Release the HOME button and do it again.
While holding the HOME button connect the free end of the cable to the phone.
After a short while iTunes should recognize a phone in "recovery mode" (iTunes doesn't know the difference between DFU and Recovery modes, but the phone does)
Release the HOME button and don't touch the phone or the computer until the process completes or you get an error message. Ignore any displays on the phone.
If the error recurs the phone was probably messed up when it was hacked. This is not a hardware problem, or if it is, it isn't one you can fix.
You can try repeating these steps with a different computer and a different cable. If that fails also the phone is probably not repairable. -
I have a wifi connection but "safari cannot open the page because it is not connected to the internet" I have reset everything; I have used Itunes to update and reset. Still no good. It worked until 2 days ago
Reset everything.. did you do this?
Tap Settings / General / Reset / Reset Network Settings
If you're already been there, done that, could be a third party app preventing Safari from accessing the web.
Re sync your apps 5 at a time, then test the iPad. -

Yes it would, possibly even brick it.
Have successfully connected my ipod nano with iTunes so looks like the device driver is working.
Can I use my ipod nano USB connector to check?
It is not much help to you, since the device that you need still not recognized.
Anyway looks like I may have to swallow the loss of data. Have set-up a call for tomorrow with Apple support so will wait until after this before doing the factory restore!

After the icloud update I have not been able to access any of the newly formatted icons including mail, is anyone else experiencing this. I report to apple through the tab but nothing changes. My iPhone mail is unaffected.
Happy to report that iTunes Match has returned to working like normal on iTunes 10.7 on my computer today. If any iTunes engineers read this thread, I really appreciate the fix.

Hi, I bought an Ipod touch in Dubai. When I upated to iOs 6, everytime I would download an app it will says that it's not available in the emirates store and I should change to the US store. I updated to 7.0 and now my ipod wont play in my car stero. I have reset, bought an itunes song and reset again but nothing is working. Pandora wont play. I can hear it very slightly in my speakers if I turn up the speakers but it is so faint. It plays thru its own speakers and my radio plays thru my speakers in my car so my its not my speakers.Help! I have an article for you that can provide some helpful troubleshooting steps to address your issue:
No sound through stereo headset1
Inspect the headset jack for debris and clean if necessary.
Connect the headset and make sure the connector is pushed in all the way.
Check the volume setting. Adjust the volume by pressing the volume up and down button on the left side of the iPhone.
If you are trying to listen to music and cannot hear any audio, make sure that the music on iPhone is not paused. Try squeezing the headset microphone to resume playback. Additionally, from the Home screen you can choose iPod > Now Playing, then tap Play.
Make sure the latest version of iTunes is installed on the computer that you are syncing the iPhone with (songs purchased from the iTunes Store using earlier versions of iTunes won't play).
Try another Apple headset (some third-party headsets require an adapter to be used with original iPhone).
Try a different song or video.
Check to see if the iPhone alert sounds or other iPhone sound effects exhibit the same audio issues.
Disconnect the headset from the iPhone and see if sound comes from the built-in speaker.
