The problem I have is that the information that was stored under the apple menu (located on upright of the screen) then under "About this Mac" then "More Info...", all that info is not available anymore. When I did a reset on the PRAM that info seem to be gone! The reason I had to reset the PRAM was because when I was deleting some files from All Documents folder I was trying to delete more than 1000 files at a time. I read on apple on-line help to perform this step but now I do not get the information I need. Most importantly the Serial ATA drive, how much harddrive space have I used and left!

If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup copy of your computer, not good, then you can redownload some itunes purchases in some countries:

Did you fail to import your photos before updating? If so, then they are likely gone. You can try restoring from backup. If that fails then they are gone. You should regularly import photos to your computer, most especially before any update.
Did you fail to transfer any purchases on iphone ( that were not on your computer) to your computer before updating? If so, then you will have to redownload:

By synching our computer and tablet together with our new iphone, we lost all our critical calendar data. How do we get it back? The help info, HT4901, was the closest info from the Help pages but it assumed we were already on icloud and had simply disconnected our calendar from icloud. Actually, we were simply trying to synch our devices by signing up with icloud for the first time, so it seems our calendar never had a chance to get uploaded. In any case, how do you reconnect / re-access a calendar on icloud?
If your calendar does not appear on icloud.com it never uploaded to iCloud. If it is no longer on your computer you would have to restore it from a backup source such as Time Machine to restore it.

The voicemail system used for the iPhone is different from the voicemail system used on the rest of the Verizon Wireless network. When you activate the iPhone, you lose your saved voicemails from the other system. When you activate a non-iphone, you lose any saved voicemails from the iPhone voicemail system too.

I have used my force9 emails for a few years with now problem on my laptop and also for maybee 6 months on my iphone4s but after syncing with itunes on my laptop i have lost all the emails & email setting of my phone.
I also back up on icloud and tried looking on there on my laptop but there is only my icloud emails and not my pop3 force9 emails . There are all my contacts there butwhy does it wipe my emails and settings and how can i get them back.

You have the files on your computer? If so, then just get them back into iTunes and sync them back onto your iPad. You can use the books part of iTUnes, or if you reader app has a data transfer option, use that to sync them back onto your device.

My "deleted" email is supposed to go into a holding area where I then have a second chance to save or delete for good. I use this method to temporarily save my current files while redirecting the older files to another account, then putting the "deleted" files back into the active account. When I did this the last time all the files were deleted permanently and I want to know why. How do I make sure this won't happen again? Because of this, I now have lost at LEAST $50.00 in pending rebates and over payments that were pending.
I have read a lot of suggestions concerning my problem, the thing is I don't have the option of Re-downloading and in the file menu when I get my library options I don't even have the option of backing up my movie, music, apps, and I don'tt have the Purchased option under my quick links for some unknown reason. Open itunes store Click "Purchased" under "Quick Links", simply does not work for me. I certainly would like to contact itunes support who would kindly granted me a one time re-download of my purchased music. When I upgraded my 4s phone to ios7, I no longer had the app store or itunes, can I get it back and how?
Make sure that you haven't restricted it in the settings - Settings>General>Restrictions>On. If you have it set to on you may have disabled app downloads and that removes the icon from the screen.
Swipe for screen to screen to look for it - it may be hidden in a folder.
You can restore it the home screen quite easily, but this method will restore your home screen to the way it looked "out of the box" and your current home screen structure will be removed.
Anyway the way you can do this is - Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout.

Some Photo thumbnails are black, selecting them crashes app
Scattered throughout my Photos are dozens of photos with black thumbnails. When I select any of these, the image appears full screen but with the arrow overlay indicating that it's a video (which they aren't). One second later, the Photos app crashes
