You need version 7 of RoboForm for Firefox 4. Version 6 will only work with Firefox 3.6.* or earlier.
If you have version 6 this may be viewed as a method to generate income by Roboform in forcing users to update to version 7 and not offering updates to version 6 to make it compatible.
An alternative free password manager that works with Firefox 4 is Lastpass - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/lastpass-password-manager
If you have version 6 of Roboform and need to use it you will have to downgrade to Firefox 3.6
To downgrade to Firefox 3.6 first uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data". If you select that option it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
You can then install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your current bookmarks, passwords etc.
To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.

Thank you for your question. iTunes 11.1 is required to update to and sync with iOS 7. If you are still running iTunes 10.6.3, I recommend trying to obtain the update by going to the iTunes menu and selecting Check for Updates.

Just upgraded iPhone 4 from 4.2 ios to 6.1.3 ios now can't connect to internet

I just updated my friend's iPhone 4 from 4.2 ios to 6.1.3 ios -- she had not updated it since she purchased it. The uploads installed fine but now she can't access safari/internet and can't send pictures via text message. She is strictly 3g with no wireless access at her home. Could this be caused by the software upgrade? If not, how/where do I start looking for the problem.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If your friend if having trouble connecting to her cellular network, the steps below might help:
iPhone: Troubleshooting a cellular data connection
Resolution
Follow the instructions below for assistance with troubleshooting cellular data issues on your iPhone. After performing each step, please test to see if the issue is resolved.
Toggle cellular data off and then on again on the iPhone: Tap Settings > General > Cellular.
Restart your iPhone.
Check for a carrier settings update.
Update your iPhone.
Remove the SIM Card and reinsert it. Allow the iPhone to reaquire the network.
If your SIM card has SIM PIN enabled, try toggling it off: Tap Settings > Phone > SIM PIN.
Try another location. If a different location works, but the original location still does not, contact your carrier to report the issue.
Reset network settings: Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Restore the iPhone as new.
Contact your carrier to verify that the iPhone is properly set up on the account with the appropriate, current data plan. If you are traveling internationally, you may need to turn data roaming on: Tap Settings > General > Cellular. Check with your carrier first to understand the cost of international data roaming. Also, see this article.
Note: If your carrier does not appear in this list, verify with your carrier that you are using the correct cellular data settings.

A few comments:
You will eventually be able to retrieve all your apps. You will be able to go to the App Store on your iPad, click "Updates" in the lower right, click "Purchased" and re-download them from there (but be careful - download them one at a time).
It sounds like the reason the photos and apps did not appear is you may have run out of memory on the iPad. The new iOS offers more features, and is somewhat bigger than the old. Check Settings > General > Usage and see how much space you have left and what the big space consumers are. You should do housekeeping to get an absolute minimum of 10% of the space on your iPad free. For example, if you have a 16GB iPad, you would need absolutely no less than 1.6GB free.
You said "I do not dare doing another restore ...". On the contrary, you should update your iOS at every opportunity to avoid these giant updates such as you just did. You went from iOS 4 to 6, which means it's been over a year and a half since your last update. If you did them more frequently, they would be less dramatic.

After starting, Mail answers are very very slow. The same for Note. Instead of, sending mails is only a bit slower than before upgrading.
In Safari, I choose Goggle as starting page in Preferences, but at every restart misses that starting page and the search strip says "Seek Google or instert an address".

I am trying to reinstall Acrobat 9 after upgrading my x86 computer from Win XP Pro SP3 to Win 8 Pro. I used the CD to install the original Acrobat 9, then began the process of applying all the updates that have been issued since. The update from 9.0 to 9.2.0 was 300.1 MB, but my satellite ISP only allows for 250 MB per day. How can I update to the current version 9.5.3 without having to download and install all the intermediate versions?

This problem may occur due to loss of some system files while upgrading your dell vostro 1014 laptop from 8.0.to 8.1 or unsuccessful upgrade.
Try to refresh your laptop by inserting windows 8.1 installation disc.
To do this go to control panel->recovery->refresh your system without loosing any data
If you don't have any windows 8.1 installation disc just download from Microsoft website.
Make sure to choose correct architecture of your windows installation (x86 or x64) when you download.

the compiler states the import.org.apache.xmlbeans cannot be resolved.
I have three classes that deal with xml objects and all three have the same errors.

I uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and that fixed it. Here are the specific instructions that I was given.

1. Go to Microsoft website to fix install and Unistall problems. Click "Run now" from Fix it to remove all iTunes & related installer files:

Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order:

Apple Software Update

Follow the instructions from Apple article listed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923 to remove all components
3. Reboot your computer. Next, download iTunes from here:http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and install from scratch

If you want to move to a new, separate iCloud account you have to delete the account, create a new account with the other ID, and migrate your data to the new account. Deleting the account will only delete it from your phone, not from iCloud. This will not effect other devices still using the account. Also, you can continue to share your ID for the iTunes and App stores even though you will have a different ID for iCloud. They do not need to be the same.
To begin, if you have any photos in photo stream that are not in your camera roll or backed up somewhere else save these to your camera roll or you will lose them. To do this, open the photo stream album in the thumbnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos you want to save, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll.
Once this is done, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On My iPhone. Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID (if you don't have one, tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom). Then turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On, and when prompted about merging with iCloud, choose Merge. This will upload the data to the new account.
Finally, if you have any data in either iCloud account that you no longer want (such as someone else's contacts) you will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete it.
