After you have reset your new iphone, what is the next step to applying the previous back up from the old one?

Essentially I have a new iPhone and I've done the reset according to your instructions on your site. How do I apply the latest back up from my previous phone so that I can have all of the content, the back up and everything that was connected to the iCloud?

Also understand that iCloud and iTunes backup different things - iCloud really only the "essentials". Read more here:

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just cancelling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

If you have sync'd / transferred the songs to iTunes prior to the restore (they would be listed under iTunes Store or within your library if so) then you can easily sync these across. If, however, you don't you will need to get in contact with iTunes Store Support so as that they can look at possibly reauthorising a download of them for you.
As an aside, with any purchases you ever make regularly backup and transfer the purchases from your device to your computer. That way you shouldn't lose them

The iTunes stores in different countries are entirely separate. You can only use an iTunes store credit in the country in with it was created and purchased content cannot be shared across countries. Family sharing groups must be country-specific, using iTunes store credits for purchases only within that country, and sharing purchases that were made in that country. Mailed back a new iphone. what will happen next?

I ordered a new unlocked iphone trough the Apple store, but it arrived damaged. The outside had everything ok, but as soon as I grabbed it I noticed that there was something loose inside the phone it also made noises. So I returned it back in to the box and mailed it back. The iphone is designed to be synced with your computer regularly. You should have set up syncing from day one.

What should be the proper steps to un-installed CS6 creative suite from an old computer and re-installed onto new computer ?

I would like to un-install and re-install CS6 Creative Suite onto a new computer.

You do not need to uninstall though you can if you prefer to. Your license allows you to have two activated installations, so if having a backup installation available is something you could use, you might want to keep the original installation intact.
If you do not want the old installation in working order then the minimum you need to do is deactivate it by opening one of the programs and choosing Help -> Deactivate. This will deactivate the entire suite for that machine. You could leave it this way as the use of the applications is disabled at this point, except if you wish to you can reactivate it. If you wish to uninstall you should be sure that you perform the deactivation first.
As far as getting the software on the new machine goes, you install it the same way you did originally, using the serial number to activate it.

I am having issues with the kernel_task process utilizing high amounts of cpu >150% and memory >240mb whenever I utilize data streaming of any king via the web as well as when I try to connect via VPN. Sometimes it stays high until I exit the browser. I tried the reset process for the SMC but do not know if I did it successfully. I would like any/all info regarding optimization of the kernel_task process to bring the CPU/Mem usage down. I have a Macair 1 on Mountain Lion.

I have purchased a new laptop and want to move my itunes music and maintain my playlists from the old desktop to the new laptop.

An additional complication is that on the old desktop I have music in 2 locations, both on C: drive and F: drive that I would like to combine all to one location now and still maintain my playlists.
I may need to do this first on the old desktop before moving to new laptop. Either way is ok.
Does anyone provide documentation on how to do this is highly appreciated?

I have just got a new laptop. I am running windows 8.1 which I am still learning to use.
