Agent Desktop Error When receive Incoming Call

Hi, I have  CAD Ver 8.5.1.39   |   CUCM Ver 8.5.1.10000-26   |   UCCX Ver 8.5.1.10000-37  running on my network now.
there some problem occurs when I put an Agent into the Line Group with Top Down Distribution call(actualy all the Distribution call type face the same problem).
1. When the Agent Receive Incoming Call from outside(PSTN) sometimes the CAD don't Show Up and show no response but the CIPC work normaly. showed in  Not Responded.jpg
2. When the Agent Receive Call and it is show up. I can't answer the call. When I press ctrl-A or i push the answer icon i got the error message show in error.jpg , sometimes when i want to make a call the same problem happens
3. When the Agent Pop Up and the caller end the Call before I can answer. The call got stuck in Agent and Agent cannot make a call. Agent must logout and login again to fix this problem, show on the stuck.jpg
4. When the problem 3 occurs and if the Agent don't fix this problem, the stack got more caller. show in stuck2.jpg
I dont know why this happen, all the call come from outside(PSTN). when I test call from internal the problem doesn't occur.
Please help me. Any help will be helpful

Hi,
I have an auto attendant, for example like this:
Welcome to the XYZ Company,
Press 1 for purchasing (10 Agent)
Press 2 for Consult (5 Agent)
Or press 0 for operator help (3 Agent)
When the consumer press 1, I want the call distribute to 10 Agent in the Purchasing team.
To make scenario like this I use the hunt pilot and to use hunt pilot i must have line group first.
So I need to put the 10 Agent into the Line Group.

  • Agent Desktop Error when CCM1 server fails..

    I have configured IPCCX in HA environment.. so there are two CCM servers (CCM1 and CCM2) and two IPCCX servers (IPCCX1 and IPCCX2)..i have configured extension mobility service in redundant mode...I also associated the phone with RM JTAPI provider.. every thing works fine when both ccm servers are up, means agent are able to login to both phone and the agent desktop.. but when i remove the network cable of CCM1. the phone successfully login (after some delay)..  but agent desktop gives the following error..
    "Login failed due to configuration error.. please ask your system administrator to associate your phone with the rmjtapi provider user id according to the instruction in the administrator guide"
    Even though i have associated the RM CM Jtapi provider with the phone... this situation only occurs when i down the ccm1 server.. if both servers are up every thing works fine.... any idea about it...

    hi,
    i added the ip addresses of the cucm server with the hostnames in ipccx servers on the following location and it resolved the issue.
    c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc
    i entered the ip of ccm and ipccx with host names in the "host" and "lmhost" files...

    I have been experiencing the same problem for several months. Sometimes (hopefully it remains rare), when I have an incoming call, my iPhone rings but the screen won't turn on, so that I won't be able to answer the call. The only thing I can do then is to silence the call. Has someone experience the same issue ?

    i had it in 1.1.3 but after the update to 1.1.4 didnt have it again (only had it a few times before thought).
    i think when i reset the phone (hold home and sleep/wake button) it stopped but i cannot remember for sure
    try that, make sure your running 1.1.4, if that doesnt work try a restore and then after that go to an apple store

    Yes the ringtone works. I know you are trying to help however I am fairly tech savvy and have eliminated all basic user defined settings that could cause the issue. The issue is not that there is no sound the issue is that there is no call incoming notification at all. The call does not connect to my Boone to even make it ring and display as a missed call

    It sounds like you are trying to make a call with FaceTime, it never finishes connecting to the person you are trying to reach. I want to recommend the troubleshooting steps from this article named:

Critical failure. Cisco Secure Desktop must run and validate your system. When I go verify Safari settings under "Weblaunch Platform detection, sun Java and Java Detection are all clicked.  I even change the DNS in safari system preferences, to no avail.

    Sorry I don't really understand.... there are no partitions on the drive.  How do I repartition it?
    And should I use "erasing free space" or "erase" for wiping clean my drive of everything?  Erase seems to be faster last tiem I tried.

    Has your carrier been having issues with Call Display? Do the telephone numbers come up when people call, or does it just show 'Unknown Number' or 'Blocked' ?

    Contact your carrier. Phone functions are a carrier responsibility. Have them check your account. Are you seeing any error messages?

    I can't receive incoming calls and sms on my iPhone 4 after the 3G connection has been activated and used actively by me. Outgoing calls and messages do work and as long as I use the Wi-Fi connection everything's fine but the problem appears after switching to 3G. Any help? Thx in advance!  

    I think the next step is to do a reset by holding the sleep and home buttons down at the same time until the Apple logo appears.  If you haven't done this before, keep holding the buttons when the turn off slider appears.  The screen will go black and after what seems like an eternity, actually several seconds, the Apple logo will appear.  When the logo appears, release the buttons.

    Hi,
    I think it is the problem with your HTTP connection used by ABAP proxy. so when your PI system tries to connect to ECC using HTTP it fails to connect.

    I went to the link. I selected iPHONE.  There was a big iPhone icon above the comment box -- so I was absolutely, positively on the right page.  I spent five minutes or so crafting a constructive comment as to why I wanted the full photo feature back on incoming calls on iOS7.  Then...i noticed the box below the comment area asked 'What operating system are you on?'.  And the drop down selection list included every operating system since Job's garage days -- but not one single iOS entry.  No iOS entries on an iphone page.  Unless I'm missing something, I think anyone writing a feedback comment is wasting his/her time.

    not able to make outgoing calls in iphone4. Regularly i face this problem, at the same time i receive incoming call, can do net surfing, can access email and sms, only outgoing calls get failed every time. please answer to solve this problem

    It sounds like you are unable to make any calls, but you can recieve them, and everything else seems to work fine. I recommend you use the troubleshooting in the following article to help you get that resolved, named:
    iPhone: Troubleshooting issues making or receiving calls
    Follow the steps below to resolve this issue. Please test after each step.
    Toggle airplane mode: Tap Settings > Enable Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn off airplane mode.
    Check your phone settings:
    Check your Do Not Disturb settings: Tap Settings > Do Not Disturb.
    Check for any blocked phone numbers: Tap Settings > Phone > Blocked.
    See if Call Forwarding is turned on: Tap Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding.
    Ensure that your software is up to date:
    Check for a carrier settings update.
    Check for an iOS software update. 
    Note: Some updates may require a Wi-Fi connection.
    If the iPhone has a SIM card, reseat the SIM card.
    If the iPhone 4 or iPhone 4s is on the Verizon network, dial *228 from the iPhone and select option 2 to update the Preferred Roaming List (PRL). The PRL determines the cellular towers the phone uses for cellular service, selecting those with the best signal strength.
    Reset the network settings: Tap  Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
    Try to make or receive calls in another location.
    Attempt to isolate to one network band:
    If you're having the issue on LTE, disable LTE, if possible, and try again.
    If you're having the issue on 3G/4G, disable 3G/4G, if possible, and try again.
    Contact the carrier to check the following:
    Your account is properly configured to use the specific iPhone that has the issue.
    There are no localized service outages.
    Your account doesn't have a billing-related block.
    Your calls don't have errors on the carrier system.
    Restore the phone as new.
    If the above steps don't resolve the issue, go to an Apple Retail Store, carrier, Apple Authorized Reseller, or contact AppleCare to send the phone in for service.
