Aggragate.. problems ?? help

Hello
Im using SAP BI 7.0
using WebReports
For example:
- Characteristic - "SHOP"
- Key - Plan1, Last_year, This_Year, Value
I have this problem:
1) Without Aggrates my informations is like
SHOP |||| Plan1| Last_year | This_year | Vaule |
Italy 500 400 450 300
milan 300 200 250 200
rome 200 200 200 100
(milan, rome are in hierarquy)
its whole correct.
a) when i run aggregate the values get like:
SHOP |||| Plan1| Last_year | This_year | Vaule |
Italy 500 800x 450 600x
The values are wrong? Why? Cache problems?
How can I correct this problem?
b) in another reports for example, after expanding till 3rd hierarquy node the values gets correct.
for the 1rst node:
SHOP |||| Plan1| Last_year | This_year | Vaule |
Italy 500 800x 900x 300
milan 300 200 250 200
rome 200 200 200 100
for the second node:
SHOP |||| Plan1| Last_year | This_year | Vaule |
Italy 500 800x 900x 300
milan 300 200 250 200
A 100 100 150 50
B 200 100 100 150
rome 200 200 200 100
(still wrong)
for the 3rd node:
SHOP |||| Plan1| Last_year | This_year | Vaule |
Italy 500 400y 450y 300
milan 300 200 250 200
A 100 100 150 50
x 100 100 150 50
B 200 100 100 150
rome 200 200 200 100
the values get CORRECT.
Why this is happening
How Can i solve this situation??

"Hello,
Just try if this works..In your formula or key figure, click on Aggregation tab, select Exception aggregation as Total and select Reference characteristic as the lowest level in your hierarchy.
