Airdrop on my iPhone5 iOS7 cannot find other devices but they can see me

iPhone5 iOS7 v7.0.4
when my phone has airdrop activated with the setting "everyone" on, the other devices can see my phone and send me content but i cannot see their devices or send them content. It's a "one way street". Any suggestions?

just downloaded this for my galaxy s3 with the same exact results? am i missing a setting somewhere?

i was wondering if it is possible, this person i believe uses a Android or Iphone, for the camera to be turned off for video chat? I can never see the other person but they can see me - and i can see myself during the video chat. My video which they see i also see takes up the whole screen. You have to enable it in SKYPE. Open up Sykpe click on tools then select options . When that windows opens select video settings. Then you well see select webcam click on White box select your web cam choices. Windos 7 HP computers it is called HP web camra filter. I just close out the filter stuff if I am not using it during chat session. Some HP computers call it cybrlink web cam. If your web cam isn't listed yet the web cam still works in other applications your Skype software might be corrupted. It sounds like for some reason you cannot see libraries on other devices but they can see your library just fine. I would recommend you perform troubleshooting steps 4-7 from the following article:

Make sure in FaceFime>Video the correct Mic is selected
Also, go to System Preferences>Sounds>Input and make sure that mic is selected and the make sounds and see it the light light up with changes in volume.

Try to isolate the issue. Use earphone and if the issue still happens then it might be the phone issue.
- If earphone works fine then it may be the mic on the iPhone. Try cleaning the debris on the iPhone. Finally a restore of the device and try to set it as a new device. Tha will isolate if it is a software or hardware issue.
- You can take the phone to Apple store once you have tried all this.

If you're having the same problem I did where you could hear other people on a call, but they couldn't hear you and your microphone worked fine for everything else then you are in the same boat I was.
After a week of trying to fix it, a friend and myself have our phones working correctly again and my phone has been working fine for the past 3 days now.
To fix the problem, we re-downloaded the 4.2.1 file outside of iTunes and did a restore on the phone. (We both restored from a backup and it still worked). You can find the specific file download links on the 4th post on this page: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1052794&page=5 or through apple's support downloads page. Once downloaded, double click the file to open it (iTunes should open) and plug your phone in then do a restore. We both did ours from a backup and it still worked fine, the thing that has to be reinstalled is the update, which is what the restore will do.
It took my friend three tries of downloading until his worked, but for me it worked on the first try.

Good news! I believe I have fixed my phone!!
A friend of mine was having the same problem that I was having where you could hear other people but they couldn't hear you.
We fixed the problem by redownloading the 4.2.1 update. 4th post down on this page: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1052794&page=5 is a list of links to the update files. I downloaded the one for my phone and did a restore (from a backup) after downloading the file and double clicking it so iTunes opens. Since I've done this my phone has been working perfectly again!
It might take you a few tries, it took my friend 3 tries until his worked right and it worked for me on the first try. I'm guessing something was screwing up during the download.

Try a reset:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Cannot find created infoobject in infoobjects, can see it in metadata repos

Hi all,
I have created a characteristic infobject in an infoarea. But i cannot view the infoobject in the infoobjects (when i click find and see, it says not entries found).
But the same when i check in the meta data repository, i can see the infoobject.
In the environment tab i have selected display all infoobjects, but still i am facing the same issue.
Help needed!

Hi,
While creating the info object, hope you may not assigned to any package.
You can open any of the Info object catelog and you get the info object from the right pane by search option and then you can move the same to left pane and then you can activate the info object catelog. later you can see the same info object the catelog where you have moved...

I can't hear other people but they can hear me - skype issue

I was using skype on my mac and i closed the mac lid itself before opening it again, and when i joined the group call again, i couldnt hear anything but they could hear me. i restarted skype, restarted my computer, checked my audio, did the echo test, nothing. I even logged onto a windows computer and still nothing, so it must be something wrong with skype itself, but i cant find anything on it.i can hear notifications, see them, but i cant hear the ringing for the group call or their voices at all, with or without earphones.help?

if you use some case or screen protector check up on where the mics on the iphone are and that your case / screenprotector and or fingers are not blocking them

Can't find photo library but I can see them in photo editing apps???

When I go to my photo app on my ipad I can see some photos but not all of them. When I tried to open one of the photo editing apps I have all of my pictures are there. Why can't I see them in the other photo app where they use to be. To my knowledge nothing has been changed on the ipad, I just noticed it one day. Thank you!!

you do not say which photo app you can only see some of them in.
if you are looking "Photos" with the rainbow flower icon, then this is only your camera roll, not all of your photos. So any new photo you take will appear in your camera roll, and you can upload old photos into your camera roll, but it is not meant to have all your photos there. Think of it like a roll of film in a camera, you use it for a while, then you take it out and put a new roll in.
