Aligning an object to left upper corner

Hi, as a novice dreamweaver user, I woul like a logo in the
left upper corner, however I keep getting about 1 cm space above
the logo and 2 mm left of it. In the design grid the object starts
at 1,1 (allthough I'd love at 0,0 .
borders are at 0.) I 1st create a table (border 0) and put
the logo in the upper left cell.
In IE as mentioned , the logo sits at about 1 cm from top and
2mm from left. Also my table borders seem to occupy space
What to do ?

Heights in <td> tags *IS* valid HTML. It's table height
that is not.

yeah u can change the JFileChooser's title by calling the setDialogTitle(String) method. i'm not sure of the icon change, i think it can't be done.

i dont know what happened to it, by the way i downloaded 3 gb in 3 cd forms from the net, on the instalation of the 3rd one it did all of that

Have you tried to start up from the OS X 10.2.4 CD by holding down the C key as the startup chime ends?
How big is your hard drive and how much space remains available on it?

First thing to try is to restart.
As you cant you the mouse or keyboard to shut it down, you need to hold the power button down for several seconds.
If this dosn't work, if you have and external keyboard try using that if still no luck it might be worth re-installing mac OSX.
If you still having problems after this then there might be problems with the keyboard, trackpad and possibly your logic board

Mavericks and MacMini - after sleep mode windows resized and glued to left upper corner

Hi!
I have MacMini and HDMI monitor. When I go to bed, I use sleep mode and off monitor using power button (I don't like standby light). When I woke up, I press on my touchpad to wake up my MacMini, after that I stand up and turning on monitor. All works fine, until I installed Mavericks. Now, after turning on, all windows changed size to very small and glued to left upper corner. I can't resize or move window. Only shutdown app can help. But, I can't shutdown Finder, I need reboot MacMini. It's very annoying.
As I understand, this problem appear, when I wake up MacMini before turning monitor on. When I turned on monitor and after that woke up MacMini, windows don't change his sizes.
What can I do to solve this problem?

This issue is driving me insane. I lock my computer a couple of times a day as I go to meeting and what not. Everytime either Outlook or VMWare or Chrome will be screwed up when I awake it from sleep. I have to kill the app and start it back up again or I can't get it out of its weird "docked" mode. Basically the application window will be nearly off the screen. I can move it on the screen but the caption will be off screen still and I will not be able to size the window at all. It really messes VMWare's mind up when this happens.
I wanted Mavericks as it was supposed to fix multiple monitor issues but it has made it worse. Very sorry I upgraded. I hope they fix it in the next bug patch. I just cuss at the stupid thing when I wake it.
MacBook Pro 16g of memory with external 24" monitor via HDMI -> DVI connector. Laptop is primary monitor on the left, external monitor is on the right. Mavericks is in the doghouse just below both of them.

I this special use i think both are suitable tools but looks like i must use numbers becouse in pages there is limits how many rows i can get.

Welcome to Apple discussions and the Numbers'09 forum.
I'm not sure exactly what you are asking here. Both Numbers and Pages start in the upper left corner of the page, but both also have tools that take some space across the top of the window and a sidebar of the left side of the window.
Pages will let you hide the format bar and the ruler (see the View menu) to reclaim most of the space at the top, and hide the Page Thumbnails running down the left side of the page (Uncheck the Page Thumbnails item in the View button's menu). Use the (Document) Inspector to set the margins to smaller values to move the content closer to the top left corner, and set the header and footer values to 0 if you are not using headers or footers.
Numbers will not let you hide the Sheets list on the left side, but you can make it take less space by dragging the square to the right of the word "Sheets" left toward the edge of the screen. As in Pages, the Format bar may be hidden (the ruler is hidden by default). Margins may be set in the (Sheet) Inspector.
On the screen, Numbers hides Print view by default, allowing you to scroll over the whole sheet without seeing page breaks.
PDF uses the page size set for the document fom which the PDF file was created. To get more rows in a table, you will need to either decrease the height of each row or increase the size of the page.

Do you mean that you want to have a link that says "Top" that moves the user back to the top of the page?
If so, you just need to add an A tag:

In this update from 5.0 to 7.0 I hate .o versions, said that net frame 1.0 was invalid and was updating to 1.3.1 which never finished, I killed after an hour, and now have no net frame but a gray one. I was lead to net frame 3.5 SP1 which I already have but has nothing to do with an extension. What is going on here?

I was originally in 5.0 when Firefox would go to a tiny square in the uper left hand corner and disapear. By clicking on the task bar icon for firefox and doing a size enter it would apear as a tiny box I could drag which was invisible before. This happened when I clicked on a e-mail link and firefox was closed. I hope 7.0 fixes this.

HT2486 I can't find how to import contacts from my mail and can't find a contact button in my mail. when I click on the word contact in the left upper corner like they told me a little box comes up with copyright info but doesn't give me any info.

Another question would be if the address book on Macbookair is like a central address book for all emails.

Try tapping on your id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store apps on your phone and iPad and log out of your account on them, and then log back in with the updated version of your account so as to 'refresh' the account on them
