All tax condition in while billing document insted of Sales order

Hi,
As per our present process for excise and non excise Sales order and any other type of sales order we have created different pricing procedure and sales order type and when we create sales order we can see the tax conditions with amount in sales order only,  is it possible to make only one sales order type but intial no tax condition should come in Sales order we want to common sales order type and the we will create different delivery types for different type of order conditions lik eexcise , non ecise etc. and after that when we create the billing document at that time tax condtion should come in the billing document condition with tax amount.
   How to configure above.
regards,
zafar

Hi Zkarnalkar,
Have you tried setting pricing requirement #24 for all tax conditions in your pricing procedure?
This is a standard SAP requirement routine that will allow the condition to appear only for Invoices (other than Pro-Forma), Credit/Debit requests, and Returns.
If this is too much, then you can ask your development team to copy this code into a custom requirement routine and adjust as needed.
Best Regards,
Laura

  • Billing document for multiple sales orders

    Hi All,
I am in to ECC 6.0. How can i get single billing document for multiple sales orders?
Can anyone tell me those configuration settings?
    Thanks
    Patel J

    Dear Jaganath,
For Single Invoice, for multiple Sales Order, following details must be same:
    1. Sales Document Type for all Sales Order must be same
    2. Payer
    3. Incoterms
    4.Payment Term
    5. Account Assignment Grp - Customer
    6. Billing Date
    7. Exchange Rate
    8. Foreign Trade Data
    Now, in Copy-Control Settings between Sales Order and Billing (T. Code: VTFA - Order to bill copying control), Select your combination for Sales Order-->Invoice;
and Double Click: Item (from Left-Hand side, Dialog Structure) and Double Click on to your Item Category.
Here, in Filed: VBRK/VBRP, maintain Routine: 003 - Single Invoice.
Important: Also, if Sales Orders have different Divisions,
    T. Code: VOV8 - Sales Document Type Maintenance
    untick the Box: Item Division.
    T. Code: VOR2 - Common Division
Assign those Divisions to Common Divisions.

  • Billing document creation without Sales order

    Hi everybody,
We need to create a Billing document without reference to Sales order.
Is it possible? We would use the BAPI "BAPI_BILLINGDOC_CREATEMULTIPLE".
Thank you in advance for your help!
    Regards,

Thanks to all for your help,
Finally I solved the problem. You can create an invoice document without reference to a Delivery or Sales Order by using BAPI BAPI_BILLINGDOC_CREATEMULTIPLE. Document  type FP and item category DLN.

    Hi all,
Thanks for the helpful answers. I realized after your answers, my question was misunderstood.
Ok, i can refer to billing documents one by one in the sales order creating screen i know, but i want to refer to many billing documents at once.
In this mean, Srinath'a answer was very helpful. As i thought there is no other way except user-exit modification or new routine.
    Thank you all.

  • Single billing document for each sales order

    Hi,
We currently have a Contract to Invoice process, wherein we created Sales Order related invoice directly.
However i need to create a single invoice for each contract separately although they share the same characteristics, i do not want to combine the contracts into single invoice, but want a 1:1 relation as we intend to batch the billing job.
I tried the routine 003-Single invoice at  copy control at item level, this does not seem to work.
    All suggestions are welcome.
    Thanks.

    HI
You could try the following if you want the delivery also to be separate for each Sales Order.
    Order Combination Indicator
Indicates whether you are allowed to combine orders during delivery processing.
The Order combination Indicator is maintained in the customer master. Sales Area Data, Shipping Tab Page.
    Procedure
The system proposes the indicator from the customer master record. You can change the value manually in the sales document at both header and item level.
The other option is Maintain the field
    ZUK-VGBEL = VBRP-VGBEL.
in the data transfer routine for the relevant item category copy control settings.
    with kind regards
    Sundar

  • No tax information exists for billing document

    Hi
We have a problem. In our scenario, we create a service order followed by service confirmation and bill from service confirmation. All prices including taxes are maintained in r/3. prices and taxes are picked in the service confirmation also.
When we create an invoice from crm (CRM billing), the correct price and tax is picked . But when we try to maintain billing documents, we get an error as follows.
" No tax information exists for billing document 90000108-0000000010, condition type JIVC". Document are not getting posted to R/3.
JIVC is the tax condition type created in r/3 and downloaded to crm. GL account determination settings have been maintained in CRM.
However when i do a billing in CRM without tax, accounting documents are generated and hitting the right GL account. Also, when we do a billing in in r/3, the tax is hitting the right GL account.
I have not maintained any TTE settings in CRM. Are TTE settings required at all in this scenario? If so could you inform what needs to be done.?
We are on CRM 5.0 and R/3 4.7.
    Thanks and regards
    Bhaskaran

    Hi Bhaskaran,
In CRM according to the taxes there r two ways of calculation,
in ur scenario u r using the R3 billing so it according to downloading of condition types and cond records it will shows the taxes in the invoice
if u r maining u need to call the TTE
i hope u r with indian client if follow in backend
    check these settings in R3
    TAXINN (India):
    Following are the condition types:
    Define New Condition Type
IMG > Sales and Distribution > Basic Functions > Pricing > Pricing Control > Define Condition Types > Maintain Condition Types (V/06)
T.Code - Details of Condition Types
V/06 – JIVP copy of JLST (A/R VAT Payable) & change condition category to ‘D’ & Access Sequence ‘MWST’
V/06 – JIVC copy of JLST (A/R CST Payable VAT) & change condition category to ‘D’ & Access Sequence ‘MWST’
OBQ1 - JIVP copy of JLST (A/R VAT Payable)
OBQ1 - JIVC copy of JLST (A/R CST Payable VAT)
    Define Account Key JN6,JN7 & JN8 (T.Code: OBCN & also in SD)
IMG> Financial Accounting> Taxes on Sales and Purchases> Basic Setting> Check & change setting for Tax Processing (OBCN)
    IMG> Sales & Distribution> Basic Function> Account Assignment / Costing> Revenue Account Determination> Define & assign Account Keys> Define Account Keys.
and check the proper condition records r downloaded or not check middleware settings for that.
If u r doing CRM billing i am not sure of indian client, as i know u need to do maintain the Pricing procedure in CRM also and u have to call the TTE

  • How to manual maintain TAX condition value while creating sales order

    Hi
I am creating one Tax condition suppose JLST without access sequence .
while creating sales order I am manually maintain the % value of TAX. suppose it is 1%
then I see It show some value in TAX .
save that sales order & creating delivery document for that but when I create Invoice its show error.
" Tax code  in procedure CMTAXP is invalid ".
I know the configuration only for Tax condition with vk11 condition record .
BUT now I want to maintain TAX condition at the time of creating sales order.
so I remove the access sequence of that condition .
but It shows tax code error while billing.
My main question is that If i maintain condition record while creating sales order then how i can assign Tax code .
    Can it is possible ?
    if yes then How?
    please help me.
    thank you

    Hi,
The "straight-forward" answer for Tax Code creation is contact the FI consultant. He shall help you, by creating Tax codes.
I have tested, with creating a tax cond type (copy of MWST) & manually entering values. I can create Sorder, Dlv and Bill but I cannot create an Accounting document. That is because of every line (amount) a Tax code is necessary.
I THINK, you can NOT have manually filled tax codes; access sequence is needed to get the tax value (%) and the Tax code from the condition record.
There is lot of material on the web to understand Tax classification, code etc. etc. See a useful link below -
    http://www.sapgeek.net/2010/04/sd-determines-tax-code/
In short Tax code is a must and take the help of your FI consultant for the configuration of the same.
BTW - Tax code is already made created for MWST, therefore I suggested that you can use MWST. Furthermore, you can change the values corresponding to Tax codes in FTXP.
But if you are a beginner in these things, better take help.

  • Tax code determination in billing documents

    Hi,
In the intercompany billing document, system has picked tax condition type(MWAS) value as 19 percentage with condition records.
We have not maintained any condition records for that tax condition type. We have maintained that vale only in tax code settings under one country.
How system is picking that tax vale in to billing documents with reference to condition type.
    Regards
    Lakshmikanth

Tax rates are maintained in tax codes via transaction code FTXP. All tax condition elements are maintained via OBYZ (OBQ1 for tax condition type, OBQ2 for access sequence, and OBQ3 for tax procedure). And each country is asssigned a tax procedure via OBBG. In your case, MWAS must exist in OBQ1 and the corresponding tax procedure, the rate of MWAS must have been entered in the tax code of output tax type.  The SD condition types with condition category D and with the account key for tax (such as MWS) in the SD pricing procedure are used to determine the tax code during document processing.
To find out how this tax code is captured, on the condition tab in the billing document, click on the Analysis and locate the SD condition type(s) for output tax, identify which record is read. Then on VK13, enter this condition type and specify other selections, the condition records for tax code determination appear.

  • Origin of sales tax ID number in billing documents

    Hello,
The field "Origin of sales tax ID number" in billing documents determines from where the tax ID number is taken, for example:
       A - Ship-to party
       B - Payer
       C - Sold to Party
When the partner functions of the customer are different, how can I decide whose tax ID number the billing document takes? I need to take the tax ID of the payer but it takes of the ship to party.
    Thanks in advance, best regards,
    Silvia

    hi,
The path here is IMG, Sales and distribution, Basic functions, Taxes, Maintain sales
    tax—Identification number determination.
Three available options can be assigned to each sales organization. It is recommended that in order to keep consistency throughout the system, use the same determining rules across all sales organizations.
The first is determination rule A, which indicates that the tax number and tax indicator classification are generally taken from the sold-to party customer master record.
Determination rule B indicates that the tax number and tax classification are generally taken from the customer master record of the payer.
Finally, if the field is left blank, the system determines the tax number and the tax classification according to the following sequence:
1.If the payer has a VAT registration number and is identical to the sold-to party, the tax number and tax classification are copied from the payer (in this case, the ship-to party is not relevant). The tax number is copied according to the country of destination relevant for taxes.
    2. If 1 does not apply, the ship-to party has a VAT registration number, and the sold-to party does not, the tax number and tax classification are copied from the ship-to party.
    3. If 2 does not apply, the tax number and tax classification are copied from the sold-to party.

  • Tax conditions for partial billing.

    Hi All,
Tax condition for the client is changing from 1/12/2008.
We have a situation that some of the line items of the sales order is billed before 1/12/2008 and some are not.
So when the remaining will be billed after 1/12/2008 it would cross the date but the condition record (Tax condition %) for the sales order will remain the same, and the rate of tax would be calculated wrong.
Could you please let me know if there is any solution for this.

  • Error while billing document releasing to accounting.

    Hi Experts,
Please give me possible reasons for below error while billing document releasing to accounting.
"Valuation with material cost estimate: error with product "500258045"
    Message no. KE350
    Diagnosis
In Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), the system tried to valuate a line item using the current standard cost estimate.
In order to determine the current plan period, the system needs to read the valuation segment of the material master.
The system has found that the current plan period is not filled forproduct "BDE98561002" in plant "9856".
    Display material (View: Costing)
The system looked for the material cost estimate using costing key "ZK1", as defined in the Customizing settings for CO-PA.
    System Response
    The document cannot be processed.
    Procedure
    Contact your system administrator".
I have checked CKR1 transaction there were no cost estimates with KF costing status.
    NOTE: Material Ledger Activated.
Please suggest the possible reasons and what to check?
    Regards
    Chandra.

Check the cost estimate that is mentioned against the Costing key ZK1 whether it exists in the system and as you are saying there seems to be no cost estimate for the said material.
Hence release the std cost estimate for the said materia using CK11n or CK40n

if you want to do that from program use standard bapi's to cancel BAPI_BILLINGDOC_CANCEL1... also please reffer to transaction code BAPI for more bapis to reverse pgi - or you can write a BDC to reverse pgi - tcode is vl09.
i dont think you cancel  order but you can delete depending on your config. check out in application menu on va02. use bapi BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE to reject the items in sales order.
