All Templates in Spanish!?

I just got my Macbook... when i started playing with iWeb I realized that all the Templates are in (what appears to be) Spanish. I then checked my Pages trial and the temps are also in Spanish. Why?
I'm assuming I clicked somewhere and made it spanish... how do i switch it back to English?
By the way to clear some potential advice:
1. The MacBook was bough new at an official Apple Store in USA
2. All the menus, bars etc. are in English... only templates show up in Spanish
....it's real strange

I think what you are referring to is the nonsensical text in the text boxes. This text is called "lorem ipsum" It is used to fill in the space so that you can better visualize the page. There is nothing wrong with your iWeb. You will replace this text anyway. Just click in the text box to highlight it all and then click delete. Then type your own text.

None of the templates are in Spanish. It is all Latin quotes from Cicero designed as placeholder text to show you what the design would look like without the distraction of it being in your particular language.
America makes up less than 5% of the world's population, and there are many other languages spoken than English. This fits all.
Even in America there are a significant number of Americans who can identify Spanish when they see it.
I gather you did not try to click in it to see that it becomes selected and when you type replaced by your typing?

I see. You switched iTunes stores willingly and on your own and now you cannot get the store to change back to what you want it to be. You did change the credit card and billing address back to the store/country that you want to use now is what I gather from your last post. And I assume that it was working OK previously.
I don't know what else to tell you other than to try quitting iTunes and restart the iPad - or reset the device and see if that triggers the iTunes store back to the one that you want to use.
Quit iTunes and restart. In order to quit or close apps - Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button. The task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. If you are using multitasking gestures in iOS 5 - you can swipe up from the bottom of the screen to reveal the task bar. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Or try a reset. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

We had a very similar issue. We found the reason to be that the user node was being reversed replicated before the profile node was created and profile properties saved. Our solution was to add a property to the user node (e.g. useraction=created) which we added after the user and profile node has been created successfully. Then using a workflow launcher we look for the property being set using the Condition (useraction=created) and a Event Type of Modified, triggering the reverse replication workflow that way.

It is Latin nonsense, placeholder text to show the layout. Click in a text box and start typing. Your text will replace it.

Can you change the language shown in templates, all templates in pages are in Spanish not English?

Every time that I use pages it offers me templates but when I go to use them they are always displayed in Spanish and not in English.

It's pseudo-latin filler text and can't changed. You need to create you own english content to replace the filler.

HI, I just bought the pages app and am having trouble changing the templetes to english. I've tried using the inspect>text>more tabs to change the language, but it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm wondering if theirs a bug with this app or am I missing something.

Edit Templates With Multiple Languages (want to see all templates)

I have the following problem:
I want to edit this template:
On my old windows pc I can see all three templates (German, English & French) one below the other! Which is important, because I need to edit each one, how ever it is only one file!
Now, with Dreamweaver CC for Mac I can only see the following:
The two anchors indicate the two other languages. I can see the underlying code, yet I can't see the template. Now on my old version of Dreamweaver I would not see the anchors, I would see the same template in English and then in French.
I hope this describes the problem enough to understand and help me.

I answered yesterdey but the answer is going loosed, this morning I tried several times maybe now it will go.
E.g there might be sophomores,seniors etc.Then I have to add these levels to every member department like math sophomore,math senior etc..
That's why I think is better to create another dimension for sophomores,seniors etc. and you memorize the data in the combination of all this dimension (faculty_dep, key figures, etc.) without an huge increase of the combinations.
I already used it.However, I must be able to use property instead.

All templates in different language

How do I make the template's "body" read in English? I don't remember it before FCP7 upgrade tonight. MAIN, Previous and Next are all in English but the rest is in a different language. I believe everything else is in English post upgrade to the new FCS....I've checked Motion, Color, FCP, and STP. DVD Studio Pro is the only place I've found this issue...
Obviously, I can change the text...but sometimes it's got great ideas:)

Did you also notice that when you click on the text in the template to make some original content that the entire block is selected at once?
This is placeholder text, you aren't supposed to be able to read it, and no, you can't change what language it appears to be. This is a practice that's as old as the printing trade. Google or Wiki: "Lorem ipsum" to learn more.

Have any of you experienced the problem where all the templates in your list disappear?

No, it wasn't my personal files that were messed up. I was helping someone else resolve the problem after he overwrote his own file with the plist file I have in the template download.
I Super Duper my ENTIRE installation every night - and thank God cuz I really hosed up iWeb yesterday and had to restore my entire domain.sites file. Eeek.

Why are all templates french?

How can I eliminate all emails that are in Spanish?

We have had several virus's all atached to spanish emails. We receive approx. 6 spanish emails weekly. I want it to end.

Ordinarily, with a language based filter, I'd look for a header, but since the Spanish language will use a western or unicode character set, or encoding, in common with other languages that use a Latin character set, there won't be a trivial distinction based on headers or charsets.
I'd suggest you build a filter that looks for distinguishing characters, such as ¿,¡ or ñ and then do something with those messages. I'd mark them (with a tag or a star) or move them to a folder rather just outright delete, until I was confident that the filter is behaving predictably and correctly. You may find some recurrent distinctive words specific to the Spanish language that may also be detected by your filter.

UWL - Different numbers for wf-templates over all SAP Systems are needed?

Hi Experts,
we have the situation that we have three systems with a invoice receipt workflow. In all systems they are the same template numbers (e. g. WS99900012). Now it is a good solution because every development at the workflow could be transported to the other two systems and good is.
Now we heard that all template number must be a distinct number over all systems. Otherwise the UWL will not find the correct workflow in the correct system.
Is this true? Or have the UWL another attribute except the template number to find the correct combination system/workflow?

Hi,
When you configure the UWL for your workflow tasks, there will be configuration XML file(s). You either generate them automatically or build them manually, or something between these two. The thing that I mentioned will be done in the configuration file(s).
Now I cannot find any official document about this topic. But as I said I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work. I have configured UWL to work with multiple backend systems. And your case is basically the same. The only difference seems to be that your task IDs will be the same for each system, but the different backend system objects should handle this. Of course I cannot be 100% sure about this, and sure there might be at least a bug in the UWL that it cannot handle these.
The uwl configuration you can find in portal in System admin -> System config -> UWL.
