Hi,
You must download the JDBC driver for SQL SERVER from this website:
http://jtds.sourceforge.net/
(Please download the distribution, and not the source - ex: jtds-1.2.2-dist.zip) - Unzip the file in a directory you can create independently from SQL Developer - You have to get a .jar file (ex: jtds-1.2.jar).
Then , in SQL Developer, do the following:
Click Tools, then Preferences, then Database, then Third Party JDBC Drivers.
Click Add Entry.
Select the jar file (ex: jtds-1.2.jar). for the JTDS driver you downloaded from http://jtds.sourceforge.net/
Then Click on the Left high pane Connections.
Click on the icon 'New Connection' .
Give a Connection Name and a User/Password for the connection. This user must have sufficient privileges to perform the tasks that you want perform while connected to the database, such as creating, editing, and deleting tables, views, and other objects.
Click on SQL SERVER tab.
Specify the SQL SERVER hostname or TCP/IP address and the port.
Click on the 'Retrieve database' button. If previous parameters and JTDS driver are correct, you will see your SQL SERVER database displayed in the list box.
Select the database and then click on Connect.

The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required
If you do not have that information you will not be able to use the Device.

A restore does. If you are using the iphone as designed, then everything should be on your computer.

If no joy...
Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings.

Some vague error on not having right to write a file in ProgramData folder wheras as an admin i have full rights. Next I downloaded the install file from itunes site - no luck it would not install. Then I tried to remove itunes - it does not want to go. Am at wits end... Is the option only to restore it as a new Ipad?

Have you tried getting the password reset via http://iforgot.apple.com ?
If you can't get your password reset via that page then try contacting Support in your country, they should be able to reset it for you.

What you mean by 'buy and create a new id', it's free to create iTunes accounts. But until you've logged out of your existing account, you won't be able to log into a new account.

Recently I logout from App Store and immediately I logged .after that I clicked the FaceTime and it is asking for signin.so I entered the credentials and clicked on signin .at that I got one pop up like rupees 5 deducted from your carrier account

Just to clarify, iOS is the operating system for iOS based devices such as the iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad.
