Am unable to install iTunes.  Every time it says it cannot open because MSVCR80.dll is missing

Every time I install iTunes the message says it cannot open because file MSVCR80.dll is missing.  Help!

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.
