Yes, this is the 3-digit code on the back of my Visa credit card!! I have tried all the suggestions that other customers have said to try!!
Such as: making sure I put the right code or numbers in, going back to my account and editing the information in ITunes, and
Re-entering the information!!! Are there anymore suggestions!!!???? Please, I need help!

    Open the system menu via Alt+Space and see if you can resize that window.<br />
    If that works then close Firefox (File > Exit/Quit) to save that setting.

    Hi Everyone,
    I'm really new to Adobe Premiere and Encore. I finally learned about Cineform Neoscene and was able to turn my Canon 5 D MK II files into something usable. I've just made my first documentary (Fiji Floods - 2009) - somewhat amateurish but not bad for a first effort.
    So here's my problem. I successfully made a Blu-ray disk which had chapters and then cut a second version in which I deleted a few scenes - this was minus the chapter links - but burned okay. I then tried to burn a third Blu-ray of version 2 with the Menu and Chapter links. No go. I keep getting the message "Please insert Blu-ray media, close the tray, and click OK." - over and over.
    So I thought I'd side-step Encore by burning an image file and using my Cyberlink software to copy that onto Blu-ray. Cyberlink detected something on my supposedly clean disks (which I had tried to write to using Encore) but copied the image anyway. It copied "okay" but gave me the message "failed to close". I can play this version on my computer using Cyberlink but not on my Samsunbg Blu-ray connected to my widescreen TV.
    Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be going on? Should I go buy fresh Blu-ray and hope for better success?

    I don't know why but itunes just suddenly wouldn't accept the security code???

    Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
    If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.
    And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

    You shouldn't "lose" your iTunes music when restoring if you have synced it to your computer.
    If you are a resident of the U.S., have iTunes 10.3 or later installed, and iOS 4.3.3, you can re download your iTunes media for free.
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
    Apple requires that you "verify" your Apple ID account information anytime you update or download iTunes content whether paid or free. It's a security precaution. Better to enter your data everytime then have someone compromise your account.

  • Any reason why I keep having to empty the trash twice?

    I'm not talking about attempting to trash something that requires a log out before it can be disposed of, but just general things, old apps, zip files, etc, in the trash. I click on empty trash only to discover a couple of things are still there. A second 'empty trash' always solves the problem. It's not everytime I empty, perhaps 2 out of 5, but when it happens, I see two 'empty trash' dialogues flash onto the screen, one underneath the other. Any ideas?

    Everytime? Surely that can't be the answer, merely a workaround?
    In any case, isn't this method designed to delete all files including those that are locked.
    My problem is that the files I find remaining are not of the locked kind, and while this method may work, I shouldn't have to use it under normal conditions.

  • I did an upgrade from 4.0 to the new 6.0 about 5 months ago. After the upgrade installed it said reboot system to apply upgrade. Now it wont open and keeps telling me that the older version needs to shut down the computer and upgrade the old version.

  • I recently bought Mac book air and was doing a fresh install of 10.7 and I erased my hard drive and now want to reinstall osx but it keeps telling me that it can't find install information for this machine and to call AppleCare.

    When you say OSX, which version do you want to reinstall? 
    Was the MacBook Air new when you bought it?  Did it originally come with Lion?  Mountain Lion? 
    When you say you erased your hard drive, did something go wrong while you were installing Lion? 
    Were you installing it from a file downloaded from the App Store, or from another source?
    When you press and hold "Option" while you boot up, does "Recovery" come up as an option to boot your computer?
    If so, you can reinstall Lion from the recovery part of the drive and (hopefully) everything should be fine.
    Let me know if you still need a hand with your MacBook and we'll see if we can get you going again.

    Did you try to rename the file cert8.db (cert8.db.sav) in the profile folder and maybe secmode.db as well?
