Please let me know if there are any suggestions for CFM upgrade to ECC 6. We are currently in CFM Version 2 and R/3 version is 4.6c.

HT5037 I have just installed version 10.8.3 to our imac and now I can't open iPhoto. Does anyone have any suggestions? I tried to upgrade it but it dosen't work

We recently installed version 10.8.3 to our 2 year old mac and now we could'nt open iphoto, it told us to install library upgrader, so we did and it still won't work. any suggestions.?

And have you run the iPhoto Library Upgrader after you installed it? First run it, to prepare your iPhotLibrary for upgrading, and then launch iPhoto again to complete the upgrade of your library.

Error while running TPM_MIGRATION for CFM upgrade

Hi All,
While running TPM_MIGRATION for upgrade, executing steps for conversion in company code I am getting folowing error.
Step : D42- OTC: Enhance parallel business transaction
Error : Position management category in PMP 2000 is not compatible with product type EI
I have tried changing Pos management category in PMP (pos management procedure) but didnt get the right one.
If any one can help me if there is some other config required apart from TPM_Migration for upgrade which I am missing.

Product type EI is External Swap Normal Hedge, & Product category is SWAP. I tried changing Pos Management category but then it threw error for some other product type.

Any discount at all for earlier upgrade?

So... we have five phones on our plan. One of the phones, the "master" phone, was upgraded last year to a more recent version of the LG EnV (I think that's the name).
If I'm reading correctly, we can get zero discounts if we were to upgrade that phone to, say, a Droid, even if we also upgraded the plan to include a comprehensive data package. Is that the case?
Also, is there a customer support/sales chat function online? If there is, I couldn't find it. Help--I hate talking to live people!

Here's how discounted upgrades work:
For the primary line on a 2-year contract - You can upgrade at 12 months (which it sounds like you did), or at 20 months. When you upgrade, you sign a new 2-year contract, but you can upgrade again at 12 months from the start of the new contract. The annual upgrade forfeits your NE2 credit, and there's a $20 processing fee.
For seconday lines (the other lines on your family plan) - You can upgrade at month 20, with no NE2, but also no processing fee. If any of these lines are on a 1 year contract, they can upgrade at month 10. Every line has its own contract, so different lines CAN have different upgrade eligibility dates.
In your case, you may want to call in and ask about a current promotion that allows anyone with a contract end date in 2010 to upgrade to a smartphone at the 2-year pricing.
As far as the chat function, it comes up when a rep is available. Browse around the site for a bit and put things in your shopping cart like you're going to make a purchase, that usually makes it pop up for me.

What happens when you try? Do you get an error message.
disconnect from the wifi and try on cellular data, if you can access the apps, then the problems lies with your router.

There is no upgrade to iPhoto with OS X 10.10.3 - here was an update to version 9.6.1 a few months ago and Photo 1.0 was added with 10.10.3 - what software and which version are you having trouble with - iPhoto or Photos?

Is there any upgrade checking script for PL upgrade

Dear Experts,
I know there are Pre-upgrade checking script to validate database integrity before an upgrade from 2005 to 2007.
However, is there any such similar scripts for an upgrade from 2007 PL12 to PL13? (Inter PL upgrade) or can I use the same script for the same purpose?

I asked this question because sometimes I get "DB is inconsistent" error after upgrade, and I don't know why?

Thanks for the suggestions... tried changing resolution and that had no effect, and I've checked my Perian and DivX installations in System Preferences and both say they are completely up to date. I upgraded Quicktime today to 7.5 before all of this became a problem -- but I don't know how to upgrade iLife. In Software Update everything is completely up to date (eg each of the iLife apps).
Oh well, iMovie is not very useful to me anyway -- just somehow annoying that it fails to work. No point flogging a dead horse!!

I recently bought a used macbook (2008) and was told that it was set back to factory settings and came with all the orignal software, box etc. The first Installer disk of the Mac os X was already in the disc drive, but I'm not able to get past where it saves the installer. It wasn't able to find anywhere to save it. I have no clue what to do. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

Snow Leopard disc must look like this to run on a 2008 MacBook:
and not say Update, Dropin, OEM, or any Mac model on it.
2008 MacBooks could at minimum also use the 10.5.6 retail disc that looked like:
And some of the earliest 2008 models can use 10.5.4 as well, but it couldn't say Upgrade, Dropin, or OEM or a Mac model on it, except MacBook, if it was the one bundled with that MacBook.

You need to upgrade the computer's OS. Choose About this Mac from the Apple menu and check the processor.
If it's a PowerPC Mac, it can't sync that device.
If it's a Core Duo Mac, click here, install the DVD, and run Software Update.
If it's a Core 2 Duo or better Mac, upgrade it as if it was a Core Duo Mac, and once done, if desired, open the Mac App Store and try downloading Yosemite. If you get told it's incompatible, go to the online Apple Store and order a download code for Lion 10.7.
Mac OS X 10.7 and newer don't support PowerPC software such as Microsoft Office 2004. If you upgrade the OS, back up the computer first.
Some device models require Mac OS X 10.7.5 to sync.

Trying to recover T-Bird emails from old HD. Not finding them. Any suggestions?

Upgraded to Win 7. Upgraded HD. Set old HD aside. Now need to find old emails on old HD. I have old HD in an encasement, connected to my computer by usb cable. I am able to access HD info but cannot find file that contains old emails. I left most all of them in the inbox. I am not sure what folder I am looking for on old HD that will contain old-inbox. So far unable to find them. Any suggestions?

If you have an optical drive, make sure there is no disc in it.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ If you’re running Mac OS X 10.7 or later, open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the page that opens.
Step 1
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left.
Enter "BOOT_TIME" (without the quotes) in the search box. Note the timestamps of those log messages, which refer to the times when the system was booted. Now clear the search box and scroll back in the log to the last boot time when you had the problem. Post the messages logged during the time something abnormal was happening. For example, if the problem is a slow startup taking three minutes, post the messages timestamped within three minutes after the boot time, not before. Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Edit it out by search-and-replace in a text editor before posting.
Step 2
Still in Console, look under System Diagnostic Reports for crash or panic logs, and post the most recent one, if any. In the interest of privacy, I suggest you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if present (it may not be.) Please don’t post shutdownStall or hang logs — they're very long and not helpful.
