Anyone find a good looking Terminal app for retina MBPs?

When I compare the appearance of Terminal fonts on the rMBP to non-retina MBPs or the MBA I actually prefer the look on the latter, because retina scaling means the display is always doing the equivalent of anti-aliasing the fonts. This makes the resulting fonts fatter and bolder on retina displays, actually making the text somewhat fuzzier and more difficult to read than the razor-sharp display of Terminal windows on non-retina displays.
Has anyone found a way around this, or is fat "bold"-looking Terminal window text just a necessary consequence of the retina display drivers not mapping one font pixel to one on-screen dot at anything other than (non-Apple supported) 1:1 resolution?

Is iTerm2 any better at this?

To answer my own question, it appears iTerm2 is capable of producing nice, sharp Terminal window text when antialiasing is shut off where toggling it seems to have no apparent effect in OS X's Terminal.app. :(

Hello.. i have a bit of a hard time, getting urxvt use a different color for intense coloring.
See this screenshot to know what i mean:
As you can see, Konsole shows a different color for intensity, where urxvt simply uses the foreground color.
Question: Can urxvt be configured to act the way konsole does? Chatting is not the same without this...

It's subtle but I have found it always gives clearer results.
Where did you learn about the -NUM for font size? I just tried it and I like the results, but I didn't see it in the manpage.

As the subject implies, I'm Looking for a good antivirus/antimalware app for iPhone 5 with iOS 8.1.2. Don't care if it costs $$ just want something that works. Sadly, spoofing doesn't really require much hacking, All a spammer would need to use your email address for spoofing would be your email address. If it's also being sent to your contacts, your email account may well have been hacked. But that would have happened on the server level. Your phone wouldn't have been involved. Unfortunately, once the miscreants have your contact list, changing your password will not get that back. Changing the password to something strong may help prevent future misuse.

As Randy Landry1 says, Google for "silent ringtone", download and install on you iPhone as a ringtone.
Now create a contact for the offending phone number. Assign the contact to the silent ringtone and set no vibrate.
When that number calls it will not ring, nor vibrate. It will light up the screen, but if you do not see that, it will not bother you. They could leave voice mail, but that is easily deleted.
And if it is a situation where the are violating the do not call list, you can use the missed call log to report the number to the FTC.
Also, if the calls are abusive or threading, and the leave a voice mail, you something to show the police.

If you are using the application server that comes with Oracle Applications - you probably need to use the JDeveloper version that comes with that one too. (The OAF forum will have more info on this).
If you are using JDeveloper 10.1.3 then you can use a stand alone OC4J 10.1.3 to deploy your applications - and save yourself the hassle of messing up with your apps server.

Ok, you should generally only get this when you are converting your ID to an iTS account for the first time.
Sign into iTunes with your Apple ID and you should get this.... IRC once you agree or accept it's now an iTS account and you wont get that again.

All of the apps I have found on the App store either do not have the text to speech capability or if they have it they will only read a page at a time or simply read the text you paste into their window. I really do not understand what is so difficult about having this feature as Kindle provides it--though Amazon does not make the feature available on its iPhone 4 app.

thanks. yes i am aware of the VoiceOver feature but it is NOT the solution to my problem. as you said, it is a solution to a different set of issues. i want the text to speech ability because i there are books i need to read but do not have the time to sit down and read them and have become used to listening to them read to me either by a professional human reader or with the text to speech software on the Kindle.
I think Apple makes the best audio devices but i am really disappointed in this inexplainable shortcoming. if apple can give us siri they ought to be able to design a nice little button that i can push to turn on text to speech while i am in a document, book, magazine or webpage. clearly it is possible as apple has added the "reader" button in safari to have web pages dropped into the reader format.

The Griffin Survivor is a military-grade case that I use. It's $40 and I purchased it at Best Buy. It has a rubber piece that covers the charging port, but can be easily removed for charging while still in the case. Download the apps on your syncing computer and then sync to the iPod. Note that you can only sync apps for the one syncing computer you use with the iPod. You can manage music and videos among different computer.
