Anyone having trouble updating and loading apps after updating ipad software?
I have an ipad(1st gen). Updated to the latest software a few weeks ago. Shows apps available for update, but wont download and load the app now. Anyone else having this issue? Also, safari frequently wont open a link and says safari is not connect to the network. Have to close the browser and reopen it to get it working sometimes. Frustrating!!! Help!!
My iPad 1 won't update either- it says if I continue I will lose all information on the iPad. I use it for my home business and can't lose all my data, contacts, and calendar items! HELP!
It is crashing in the middle of app use, something is not right!

Did you really mean "os 11"? There is no such OS.
There is iTunes 11, is that possibly what you are referring to?
It's best to be specific about the issues that are occurring and in what version, as some versions fix issues that exist in other version. -

Go to expresslane.apple.com and go to itunes/itunes store and billing/redemption and apple ID account billing, and click on send an email or talk to a live chat advisor.. have your order numer, cost, and the name of the item... you'll need to explain in detail. If you send an email they will get back to you within 24 hours. If you chat with a live advisor they will assist you immediately. They are really good at getting you a refund when needed.

Is anyone having problems with the home button not working correctly after down loading ios6?
I haven't but try resetting...
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
Then restart your iPad.
No data will be lost as a result of a reset. -

Recently got rid of an iphone 4 that was having wifi issues after updating to 6.1.3 but wanted to know if any 3gs users are having issues with wif after installing the same update? Currently on 4.3.3
You can try resetting your iPhone by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists. -

After updating iPad everything loaded except apps.
Did you sync with iTunes after you updated your iPad? If you have been syncing your iPad with iTunes, simply sync again in order to put your apps back on the device. If you lost them for some reason, download them again using the same Apple ID that you bought them with.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I know it is frustrating when you cannot use the Messages application as you would expect. The first thing I would suggest would be to open the multitasking screen and quit the Messages app. After It quits, relaunch it fresh and test. If the Messages application is still having the same performance issues, try restarting the iPhone. Those steps and others can be found in the following article.

I updated my iPhone 4S software to IOS 6.1 and now when I speak to people on my phone it sounds garbled. What can I do to fix the problem?

Quit the Safari app completely and reboot the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -
Anyone having trouble with their MobileMe email after switching to iCloud?
After making the switch to iCloud, I can't access my MobileMe email at all. When I enter my information on my phone to set up the account it verifies it, then when I go to the mail app it says the password is incorrect. When I got to my Mail map on my mac it says the server rejects my password. When I go to the mobile me and iCloud websites they tell me there is an error.
Same here - I had to turn my iphone4 Off several times and finally left if off for a few minutes - that seemed to do the trick. Once I restarted it prompted me to transfer my MobileMe account to iCloud and when I clicked OK it worked like a charm.

Having error displayed at 42% during download. It crashes and tells you to retry.

After I upgraded to Mavericks my mouse seems to just time out and not work. I can point and click and that works fine but the scrolling is terrible. Just stops working.

Anyone having trouble with App Store install and cloud store buttons not working after 6.1 update? I go to install an app. I hit install and nothing happens. About a minute later it asks me for my password and then it does nothing. The install button goes back to saying install. However the app shows up in my installed list and in cloud but no app installed.
OK - I found a helpful post - closed app store app and under Settings/General/Date and Time I reset the date and time by switching off "Set Automatically" and then switching it on again. Went back to App Store, launched it and Updatesseems to be working again.
Go figure? Logical, No! -

I have also been having another problem - with BBC iPlayer and other video streaming not working due to insufficient bandwidth, despite my overall download speed being consistently around 50Gb. This is also affecting AppleTV downloads
I am using Virgin Media as my ISP, and was wondering whether you do as well. This might be the common thread.
