U know I'm living in Iran and I need too creat apple I'd without credit card.i created it and in iPhone's support I read I can download free apps from this apple I'd that I created. But I cont. I tryed to download from iTunes with VPN and from my iPhone but it doesn't work n I've got a message "error1009"! How can I solve this problem? Could u help me plzzzzz?:)

Based on what you have said so far there is no way to answer your question. You must have a valid payment method on file with the iTunes store, even to download free apps. The payment method is used to verify who you are. The profile information in your iTunes account must match the information for the credit card you have entered. -
I have created an apple id on my pc but when i'm trying to download free apps from itunes store it's asking for credit card information which i don't have, that's why i went through apple support there i found "if you don't have credit card then click on none option but the problem is there isn't any none option so plzzzz some help me?
If you have an existing ID, & you don't want to use a credit card, you'll have to redeem an iTunes gift card. If you don't want to do that, you'll have to create a new ID by following the directions here, EXACTLY:

I do not understand what the problem is .I have had this problem myself. It means you had/have insufficient funds on you iTunes account from a past purchase. Say you bought a $5 app but you only have $4, it won't let you get any apps free or not and won't let you update apps.

When I am trying to download an app, my friend's APPLE ID is popping up by default as he had used it first after purchase of the instrument. How to change this default ID to my ID?
All purchases are forever tied to the Apple ID that originally bought them and will require it to update in the case of Apps.
If you don't want to be using your friends Apple ID, I suggest the following:
Settings->General->Reset->Erase All Content and Settings.
Then set up the iPad with your Apple ID as new.
Alternatively you can just go to Settings->iTunes & App Stores->Apple ID->Sign Out, and then Sign in with your own.
But again Apps will still request your friend's Apple ID to update every time. -
Problems with iTunes/ipad2 I'm trying to buy FREE apps and I'm being told my card is declined but I also have more then enough credit on my account! Anyone having this problem?
Part of the validation for credit cards is that they need to be registered to exactly the same name and address that you have on your iTunes account, which prepaid cards tend not to be. Do you have a proper credit card that you could use ? Or are iTunes gift cards available in your country so that you could try using them as your payment method ?
Until you have a valid payment method on your account and what you owe iTunes has been paid off then you won't be able to download any item from the store, including free apps (and updates to apps). -
Can someone please assist me. I was given an iPod 3G as a gift and I tried to download various apps and it told me that my iPod needs to be iOS 7 or more but I checked and my iPod is at its latest upgrade which is 6.1.6, how can I get those app?
See a a version compable with your iPod is available:

You first have to download the non-compatible version on your computer. Then when you try to purchase the version on your iPod you will be offered a compatible version if one exists.
Also, if you have iOS 6.1.6 yo have a 4G (has cameras). A 3G does not have cameras and can only go to 5.1.1 -

as per the screen shot it looks like we dont have enough permissions on your Preference folder . I would suggest the following steps and let us know if these worked or not for you .
Go to //Library/Preferences/
~/library/Preferences
/library/application support/Adobe
~/Library/application support/Adobe
and give full permissions to Preferences folder and the Adobe folder.

If you can you can choose the None option and only put the card info in when you want to buy something. It also makes your account less suceptable to hackers as there is nothing that they can use to buy anything.
