Just purchased this HP Deskjet two days trying to install with my HP probook loaded it on my laptop showing its connected but will not allow me print, and yes the USB cable is connected HELP !
Hey , Welcome to the HP forums! I see that you are having some issues with printing from your Windows XP PC to your Deskjet 1510. I can help with that. To start we'll run the Print and Scan Doctor. Once you do that you can select your printer and on the next screen click on Fix Printing. Please let me know what happens when you run the program and I'll know how to continue. From whom did you purchase Premiere Elements 13? If from Adobe, you should be able to get your money back within 30 days of purchase.

Do you know that you can export a file with 5.1 channel sound from Premiere Elements? Not Dolby Digital 5.1 channel, but you have some opportunities
for a AAC 5.1 channel and some others as described in the following
ATR Premiere Elements Troubleshooting: PE11: Exporting a 1080p50 or 1080p60 file with 5.1 Channel Audio
In that same blog are a few other blog posts on the subject if interested.
But, if export with Dolby Digital 5.1 channel is your only focus, then try for your money back and next time first go the tryout route before
purchase to assure the compatibility of your program with your computer and project goals.

I want to buy a new camcorder and am considering one by JVC. This one, plus a few others such as Sony use AVCHD. I gather this would be need converting before any editing can be done in imovie?? I cant find a simple answer to this question. It seems strange to me that Mac dont appear to support AVCHD when so many video camera companies use it. Can anyone advise please, in simple language as I am far from a computer geek!!!

When you hear someone mention that you must convert AVCHD to use in iMovie, it is usually because they removed the files from the camcorder and only removed part of the files and folders. You need all of them to import to iMovie.
However, you should check to see if the camcorder you are choosing will work in iMovie. Here is a list of compatible camcorders.

There are apps that will do handwriting recognition, such as Writepad HD. However, I suspec that such an app would be even more of a challenge to an older person than trying to use a keyboard.

My understanding is that the iPad Mini has a 5W charger. You could use Apple's 10W charger for older iPads or 12W charger for the new iPad. They will charge faster.

Order an IDES system free of charge via the Service Marketplace software catalogue. To order an IDES system free of charge, you need the corresponding SAP license.
On top, Solution Manager only works if you have an S-Number and a saprouter connection to the SAP backend systems which you only get if you have a license. So even if you had the software it doesn't work.
As of now there's no chance to legally get an IDES system as an individual to "train".

If you sell something yourselves on eBay, people may question you as well, not knowing if you are sending them something legit, or exactly what you described. It is called trust and honesty on the part of the buyer and seller. That is what eBay's rating system is for.
I bought my most recent Mac on eBay. Not this PowerBook I'm typing from, but a Mac mini being sold by one of those resellers. The unit was not stolen, etc. I would rather buy something as important as a used computer from a seller who has a great reputation (based on their feedback) than from someone who's not. (Or in that case, buy from a Mac-related website). That is why I directed the original poster to that particular link because they asked for such--people that shipped internationally--and the item listed is being sold by a reputable dealer.
Note: again, I am not the seller of the item!
By the same token, in my main job (I have two, and none of them are this one... posting help on the discussions) we were looking to purchase some used iMacs to replace a bunch of aging LC PowerMacs. This company is one who is supposedly reputable. When we ordered? They never came due to a shipping error and we only found out after we called them ourselves to find out what the deal was. Shows that just because they look good online, doesn't mean they're the best.

I certainly cannot afford to buy one now and then update when a newer model comes out, especially if it's released only a couple of months from now.The latest one came out just 4 months ago. Doubt one is coming out soon.
There are always going to be people who are one day out of their return period when a new device comes out, and that's just that. No one can predict. And we are all just users here who would have no idea. But I would get an iPad now given the last one came out four months ago.
